DANGEROUS DISCOVERIES

The Pilatus PC-24 carrying Ranum and Alexa has arrived at the headquarters of the Loshad family. Some people were already waiting for Ranum's arrival. Ranum carried Alexa off the plane, putting Alexa in a prepared wheelchair. Everyone welcomed Ranum's return warmly.

“Thank you everyone, but I don't have much time. I need your help to heal Alexa. Mr Sam, come here.” Ranum called Samuel. Samuel Alexander was the right hand of the Great Boss.

“Please take care of Alexa until she is right – is completely normal again. I don't want him to be handicapped in the least. I entrust Alexa to you.” Ranum whispers.

“Good Young Master, I will call the best doctor to cure Alexa.” Samuel smiled.

Ranum nodded. “Alexa, I have to leave you here. Take it easy, they'll take good care of you here. I promise.” Ranum smiled at Alexa who was in a wheelchair.

“Heri, once Alexa is fully recovered, she will be my personal assistant in your place. Give me your room and whatever Alexa needs. Your salary will remain the same, only your tasks will be reduced, you will become Alexa's assistant,” Ranum spoke to Heri.

“Whatever you want Young Master.” Heri smiled, nodding impassively.

“Please take good care of Alexa everything. I entrust Alexa to you. Thank you all.” Ranum smiled. Everyone obeyed Ranum's orders. Ranum turned right, went back into his plane. Samuel takes Alexa to the Loshad family's private hospital at headquarters and gets the Loshad family's most up-to-date medical care.

Ranum has returned to his home. Ranum was surprised when he saw his house that had been neatly arranged. Ranum went to the kitchen because he smelled the cooking, he saw Chen who was cooking in his kitchen.

“Hai. You've already come home. Sorry I didn't realize it” Chen cleaned his hands on the apron he was wearing.

Ranum nodded. “You cleaned this whole house?” Ranum asked flatly.

Chen nodded. “I'm confused what to do. So I better tidy up your house to fill my free time.”

“Thank you.” Ranum answered briefly.

“On the carpet in your room there are traces of dry blood. That's your blood?”

Ranum. “Blood of my wife.”

“Oh yes, where is your wife? He was never seen. Have you guys split up?”

Ranum nodded.

“Did you hurt your wife so she left you?” Chen asked with a plain face.

Ranum smiled. “You could say that.”

“I'm sorry I've asked such a stupid question.”

“No problem.”

“Woman last night, was that your new lover? How is he currently doing?”

Ranum. “Name Alexa. He's been dealt with by people who are experts in the field. He will be good – fine.” Ranum took a beer can in the refrigerator and drank it. “How about your content? What need to be checked?”

Chen shakes. “I don't know.”

“How long have you been carrying that baby?” Ranum asked back.

“About three weeks.”

“I don't know anything about pregnancy. You better check your womb to the doctor, it's much better to know its development. The cost issue, I'll bear it all. The important thing is that the child is healthy.” Ranum walked towards the backyard.

“Where are you going?” Chen asked.

“Smoking.” Ranum replied briefly.

Jarrett came to Ranum's house. Chen opens the door for Jarrett and tells Jarrett that Ranum is in the backyard. Jarret immediately met Ranum who was smoking in the backyard.

“Hi friends!” Jarrett exclaimed happily to see Ranum.

“Hai.” Ranum returned Jarrett's embrace.

“I heard you broke into a prison in Goulburn and killed hundreds of people there, including the warden.”

Ranum. “Not like you think.”

“You are right – really crazy man! Even inside a highest-security prison could create such a big mess. And everyone heard that you killed Jose Phillips, too. Is the news true?” Jarrett asked.

Ranum nodded.

“Oh yes, the woman who opened the door for me. Who her? Is he your new boyfriend?” Jarrett asked curiously.

Ranum nodded.

“He only knows my name from a business card.”

“Then why did you bring him here? Do you like it?”

Ranum. “He has no place to stay. So I let him stay here.”

Ranum shook his head, smoked his cigarette.

“No problem.” Chen smiled.

Jarrett was already busy eating the dishes that were on the dining table. Ranum and Chen ate the dishes at the table.

“That makes you very delicious. Ranum is very lucky to have you here.” Jarrett spoke with a mouth full of food.

“Thank God that you like my cooking.” Chen smiled.

“Oh yes, my name is Jarrett Barnes. Just call Jarrett or whatever you like.” Jarrett introduced himself.

“I'm Chen Xiuhuan. Nice to meet you.” Chen smiled at Jarrett. “Oh Yes Mr. Mark. If I may ask, what is your real name?” Chen asked Ranum.

“Call me Ranum.” Ranum answered briefly.

“On your business card, why is your name Mark Kelly?” Chen asked curiously.

Ranum nodded. “I just don't like it if my real name is known to many people.”

“He's a very mysterious man. You will know his life after you have accepted him as your lover.”

Chen choked, he immediately grabbed the glass, then drank the water inside the glass.

“What are you good – is fine?” Jarrett asked.

“He will not be good – fine after hearing your stupid sentence.” Ranum spoke flat while scooping the food on his plate.

“What's wrong? You guys look very compatible. One is beautiful, the other is actually ordinary, but since I love my life, I will say that you are handsome.” Jarrett laughing. Chen laughed at Jarrett's words. Ranum doesn't care about Jarrett's babbling.

Everyone has finished with – each meal within fifteen minutes. Jarrett grabbed his cigarette and burned it. Ranum snatches Jarrett's cigarette in Jarrett's mouth, Ranum squeezes the cigarette. “Don't smoke here.go to the backyard.” Ranum threw the cigarette into a dirty plate.

“Indeed why?” Jarrett asked confusedly.

“In this house is already a smoke-free area. So no one can smoke in here.” Ranum picked up a beer can then threw it at Jarrett.

“Rules in your home are getting weirder.” Jarrett grunts – murmurs walking into the backyard, carrying a can of beer.

“Why did you ban him from smoking inside the house?” Chen asked Ranum.

“Because of the baby in your womb.” Ranum answered flatly, his hands nimblely lifting the dirty dishes on the dining table.

“Let me do it. You go smoke with your friend.” Chen held Ranum's hand.

“But this is my job.” Chen speaking.

Ranum. “No one gives you a task in this house.” Ranum turned his back on Chen, his hands nimbly washing the dishes.

“Thank you.” Chen looked at Ranum's back. “I'll go to the family room.” Chen Continue.

“Sleep in the room, choose one of the rooms. As long as it is not the room on the left, you are free to choose it.”

Chen nodded, stepping away.

After finishing washing the dishes, Ranum picked up a can of beer from the refrigerator and headed to the backyard to meet Jarrett. Ranum burned his cigarette.

“I'm not trying to captivate anyone.” Ranum answered flatly, smoking his cigarette. “Stop talking about women, replace with more useful topics.”

Ranum shook his head, smoked his cigarette.
