They arrived at the lab. Muhammad, who saw Ranum and Himari, came closer. “Let me take care of Ranum, Himari.” Muhammad asked.
Ranum. “Let Himari take care of me Mad.”
“Alright if that's your wish.”
Himari is directed towards Muhammad. Muhammad just looked at the woman's face, astonished.
Arriving at the treatment room, Himari helps Ranum back up in his bed. “Thank you.” Ranum smiled looking at Himari.
“By pleasure.” Himari returned Ranum's smile with a sweeter smile.
A doctor came into the room. “Good afternoon Young Miss Himari and Young Master Ranum, sorry to interrupt her time. I have to check the condition of Young Master Ranum.” The doctor spoke, immediately checked Ranum's condition and gave him some medicine.
“What tonight I can go from this island doc?” Ranum asked.
“Sorry Young Master, with your current condition, maybe we just let you out of here in about three more days.” The doctor said.
“I can't wait that long doc, I've been feeling better. Look.” Ranum got up suddenly, Ranum cried out in pain. “What happened to me, why does my body hurt so much!” Ranum grimaced in pain.
The doctor immediately restrained Ranum's body. “Do not force Young Master. You were seriously injured by the explosion. From our diagnosis, you have combustio grade II 30% TBSA. Some metal debris is also found in your body. The good news, you do not have shortness of breath, do not have lung problems, no broken bones, hoarseness or other abnormalities. Your breathing frequency is 20 - 22 times per minute and your saturation percentage is at 99% when checked using 2 lpm nasal oxygen, your hemodynamics are also stable, including your blood pressure. Which all shows that you have no internal organ injury. We also have provided some of the required injections. So you will be good – fine as long as you do not force yourself and get good care. We also have to re-install your infusion Young Master.”
Ranum. “I'm good – fine.”
“Alright then, at least you want to take the medicine we gave you. Later in the afternoon your schedule for washing your wounds. Excuse me first Young Master Ranum and Young Miss Himari.” The doctor bowed slightly, exiting the room.
“You were stuck for a few days in this laboratory with me.” Himari grinned, happy.
Ranum ignored Himari's rant. “Feelings earlier I was good – was fine when we left here. Why it hurts so much now.” Ranum's confused.
Himari shrugged her shoulders, not knowing. “Maybe your illness wants you to be here longer to keep me company.” Himari smiled.
“Or maybe my body got spoiled when I met the doctor, damn body!” Ranum grumbling.
“Your face is even funnier if you're upset like that.” Himari laughing. “Aparticularly in added wounds – wounds on your face it.” Himari was still laughing.
Ranum was silent, confused by the condition of his body.
“You want me to make food?” Himari asked.
“I'm not hungry.” Ranum answered briefly.
“Alright, I will tell the doctor to re-attach all those –-style tools to your body.” Himari smiling.
“Oke – okay I'll eat.” Ranum speaks ketus.
“Alright, wait a minute ya.” Himari immediately came out of the room.
Ranum who saw Himari had come out, immediately got up from his bed slowly. His face grimaced, enduring the pain. “Sial! What happened to my body!” Ranum grumbled in annoyance. Ranum grabbed the infusion pole to help him walk. Ranum came out of the treatment room, met Muhammad.
“Hi boss, already lightened?” Muhammad greeted Ranum, standing up from his stool.
Ranum nodded.
“Do you want to return to Australia now?”
“Cannot. The doctor told me to stay here. I don't know what he's explaining. For sure I still need treatment here in about three days.” Ranum sat on the bench. “Do you have Mad cigarettes?” Ranum asked.
Muhammad grabbed a pack of cigarettes in his pocket, gave the package to Ranum. “I think you are not at home in this place.” Muhammad laughed a little.
“That's.” Ranum burned his cigarette.
“If judging from your condition on that night it is very natural that the doctor told you to stay here for a few more days.”
“I'm not that weak Mad.” Ranum spoke flatly.
“Because you're not weak so the doctor just told you to stay here for a few days. If I were in your position it would be much longer the doctor told me to stay here.” Muhammad laughs. “Oh yes, I forgot to deliver. Yesterday Miss Dayana called me, she was very worried about you.” Continue Muhammad.
Muhammad nodded.
“Pretty don't do that. Never contact anyone when bad conditions hit me. I can handle it.” Ranum smokes his cigarette.
“Then what should I say to them?”
“Anything besides my bad condition.” Ranum answered briefly.
“Why are you here!” Himari exclaimed loudly, her hands carrying trays filled with food. “You why can't stay in the room anyway Ranum?” Himari scolded Ranum.
“I'd better go. I don't want to interfere in your household affairs.” Muhammad immediately ran away, away from Ranum and Himari.
“I just want to breathe fresh air.” Ranum.
“Cigarettes produce fresh air?” Himari asked ketus.
“Maybe.” Ranum smiled looking at Himari's sour face. “What food do you make for me?” Ranum asked.
Himari put the tub on the table. “I made you makizushi and ebi furai.” Himari's face immediately returned cheerful. Ranum immediately picked up a piece of makizushi.
“This is very delicious.” Ranum returns to pick up a piece of makizushi.
“Good if you like the penguin meat in it.” Himari smiling.
Ranum was surprised, belittling his macizush. “You wear penguin meat!” Ranum exclaimed, surprised.
Himari laughed, shaking her head. “I'm just kidding. Your face is very funny if you are surprised like that.” Himari laughed amusedly.
“Jeez, I think seriously. So wasted one piece of this makizushi.” Ranum regretted, again ate the melted Makizushi in his hand.
“Jeez Ranum! That's your scar, why eat it again?” Himari was surprised to see Ranum's behavior.
“Stay feels good.” Ranum didn't care, his hands nimble at grabbing ebi furai.
“I can make it again if this is less Ranum, you don't need to do that.” Himari laughed a little.
Ranum did not care, still eating food in front of him greedily. Himari silently looked at Ranum, smiling. Himari was happy that Ranum loved his cooking.
“Do you cook here often?” Ranum asked.
“Lumayan. When I get tired of instant food, I definitely cook.”
“Surely everyone here really likes your cooking.” Ranum spoke with his mouth full of food.
Himari. “I never cook for anyone other than myself and you.”
“Really?” Ranum looked at Himari with bulging cheeks, full of food.
Himari laughed, nodding. “Maybe my cooking teacher who often tasted my cooking. That's also with the reason to judge the taste of my cooking, not me to make it special for him.” Himari continued to explain.
“Why did you do that?”
“Because my goal is to learn to cook only to make delicious food for you later when we are married.”
Ranum choked, reaching for his drink glass.
Himari laughing. “I'm serious Ranum.”
Ranum regulated his breathing. “Listen to me, there are still many men out there who are more worthy of you. There must be a guy out there who can love you sincerely.”
Himari. “I've often tried to open my heart to other men. But I can't. I just love you Ranum. The love I feel for you is not a lie or just because of circumstances. I was right – really love you as sincere as my heart. I have no reason why I love you. But that's how I feel. My feelings are too real. I've loved you since we first met, when we were five. I can't explain how I feel. But I love you so much, as often as you dodge, as long as you disappear, no matter how far apart we are as much as you reject me. I still love you Ranum Anatoly. Only you.”
“Hei.” Ranum held Himari's hand, making Himari's face flushed. “I just don't want to hurt your heart. I'm not as good as you have in mind, you know all my ugliness. I'm not the right person for you.”
Himari shook her head, smiling bitterly. “No problem. I understand you love your wife very much. You know what it's like to love someone. That's how I've felt all this time to you.” Himari pulled her hand, running away from Ranum. Himari shed tears.
They arrived at the lab. Muhammad, who saw Ranum and Himari, came closer. “Let me take care of Ranum, Himari.” Muhammad asked.
