Chapter 8 - Stealing the Kiss

Darren is working on something inside his laptop, he looks very focused on his work. The work of a director is always a lot, never ending.

But, Darren turned his gaze away from the laptop when he heard his phone ringing. Darren opens his cell phone, then reads a message sent by his neighbor's son, who else if not Sherena.

'Not sleeping yet, Om? Do not stay up late, not good for health.' The contents of the message that made the corner of Darren's lips lift. A small attention, maybe even according to others looks very trivial, but not so for Darren. He misses these kind of attention-filled messages. 

Darren replied to the message sent by Sherena. Again, this was the first time he wanted to trouble himself by replying to messages from someone. 

"Yes, I'll be done soon. Why aren't you sleeping? Tomorrow's school." Darren replies, but he hesitates to send her to Sherena after she rereads her message. Prestigious right? What if the girl is a baper and thinks that she likes the girl? No, so Darren erases her again and just retaliates as necessary.

"Yes." Yeah." Only two letters in reply to the attention-grabbing message from the girl. Darren didn't care even though the girl was disappointed in his reply. 

But, as Darren's estimate was grossly wrong. As a matter of fact, Sherena is currently prancing around in her room. He rolled back and forth, so happy because his message was replied by the flat but handsome man.

"Aaaaa, my message is on bales dong. Although only two letters doang, but I swear I gapapa." Sherena said while covering her face with a pillow. A short reply but being able to make Sherena act like this? Especially if the reply that was so Darren sent, what would Sherena be made? 

It wasn't the content of her message that made Sherena happy, but because Darren replied to her message. That's all, but he was not too hopeful when sending the message. But stay pessimistic. In fact, Darren replied to his message quickly. 

"Aaaahhhh pleased her.." Sherena muttered, she re-read her messages to Darren, nothing special. Because Darren only replied as necessary, short, solid and clear. Okay, yes or no. That's all, but Sherena doesn't mind it. That is, he must try harder to melt the heart of a Darren.

"Hufftt, I have to try harder to knock you out, Om." Sherena muttered, she also looked at the photo of Darren that she took secretly earlier at her house. 

In fact, from the side alone the man looked very handsome. She had actually fallen in love with him at first sight, when they met for the first time that day. It's a day that will really work for Sherena. Moreover, at that meeting Darren had just finished taking a shower.

After finishing with her happiness, Sherena finally decided to sleep, the next day she had to go to school. Said April, the teacher who tomorrow teaches is one of the killer teachers, aka fierce. So, he had to mentally prepare her from now on. 

The next day, Darren prepares to go to work. However, when going through Sherena's house, he saw that there was Arya who was confused because her car was not also lit. Behind the middle-aged man, there was Sherena who stood up in annoyance. Her uniform is quite open to the eyes of a Darren.

In fact, it was quite closed to Sherena compared to the other students in the school. In fact, her friends wear skirts above the knees. As for Sherena, her skirt was still below the knee. 

"Why's the car, sir?" Darren asked, he got out of his car. Sherena rounded her eyes, Darren's appearance looks really like a wealthy widower. A navy suit, his brownish hair in the back comb neatly, shiny shoes that make the man look perfect.

"I don't know, strike like that." Arya replied while scratching her nape.

"Then, Mr. Arya came with me. Let the car be fixed by a mechanic, let me call." 

"No, Darren boy. I'll just take Sherena to school, today I'm on leave." Answer Arya.

"Ohh, yes I have. Then let Sherena be with me, coincidentally the direction of the school is also in the same direction as my office, sir." Darren's automatic bid makes Sherena's heart pound.

"Aaahh, if you don't bother anyway you can."

"Just come, come." Take Darren, he walks first to his car. Sherena said goodbye to her father.

"The Sheren left first yes, Pah."

"Yes, be careful on the way. Don't be naughty." 

"Where's the naughty Sheren, pah." Ketus Sherena who made Arya chuckle.

"Yes, papah." Answer Sherena. He catches up and gets into Darren's car, he sits in front next to Darren who is sitting behind the wheel.

"Is your uniform not too short?" Darren asked, without looking at it. The man just focused on the road and drove his vehicle at moderate speed.

"Uniform?" Sherena asked with her bodooh face, she researched her appearance as well as her uniform. Nothing strange according to him.

"No, my uniform's fine." Answer Sherena.

"Yes, it's fine. But, your skirt is too short."

"Huh, what is it? I don't think so. You see, at school, I even wear her skirt tuh on the knee. I'm still mending, putting it under my knees." Answer Sherena. Darren glanced at a glance, the girl moved a little already can be sure that her thighs will be visible.

"Cieee, om jealous. Aye right?"

"Jealous for what?" Darren asked with his flat face. 

"Yes jealous, the evidence is possessive."

"Who is possessive? Don't be a person." Darren replied while plucking his lips. Sherena silently gave her smile, believing that Darren was beginning to possess her.

But again, don't expect too much. Darren said, don't be too baper. Could he be scared later, who's ashamed? He is also yes. 

"Jude, Om. I go down first, be careful on the way ya."

"That's really learning, don't date mulu." Darren said that made Sherena smile a little.

"Ready, Om. No good-bye before I actually go down?" Sherena's question made Darren glance towards the girl. 

"What kind of farewell greetings are you talking about, Sheren?"

"Kiss on the forehead, or cheeks for example." Sherena replied with a sweet smile.

"No, come down quickly. I'm busy." 

"Dihh, grumpy om-om."

"As far as you." Darren said no matter, but not Sherena if not reckless. Yesterday he managed to kiss Darren's right cheek, now he managed to steal a kiss on Darren's left cheek. 

After stealing a kiss on Darren's cheek, Sherena goes downstairs and goes to school with her friends. Leaving Darren who is still fixated because of Sherena's behavior that is completely beyond reason.

"Gosh, that girl.."
