Chapter 114 - Darren Weird?

"Don't be overconfident, I have a million pieces of evidence of your crimes. So don't expect the two of you to escape the law!" Assertive Andy, he smiled obliquely as he saw the two women looking completely shocked by what they heard. 

"Okay, I think that's enough. So enjoy your time here, reflect well on your actions. Goodbye in the courtroom." Darren said, he and Andy got up from their seats and left. Making Rita try to pursue Darren, he still does not accept if he has to spend time in prison. But the guard guards immediately caught Rita and restrained her movements.

He doesn't want to be here, he doesn't like it. He didn't want to leave all the luxuries he had just because of Darren. Instead of his conscious, Rita's intention and revenge to destroy Darren with Sherena gets bigger. He clenched both his hands in anger.

"Darren, let me go!" Shouted Rita, until the warden was upset and then closed Rita's mouth using tissue and dragged her back to the holding cell. 

"Don't be noisy!" Firmly guarding the guard, then he left with his firm steps. He did not care about the prisoners who kept shouting for release, because it was common in this place. "Ckk, come on, ma'am. Enough and stop your intention to go after Om Darren, he doesn't belong to mom anymore. She's been happy with other women, you should be self-aware too. How can I compete with Sheren?"

"What do you mean heh!" Rita's snapping made Agnes smile on her side.

"Sheren is a young woman, while Mom? It's old, after all, this mother is Om Darren's ex, right? So where could he possibly want to go back to the ex who had already thrown him away? I guess only fools do that." Agnes answered making Rita angry. 

She is angry, she is angry because now her daughter instead looks as if defending Darren and Sherena. No longer on her side, Rita approaches and strangles Agnes' neck until she is ready to search for oxygen. 

Agnes hit the cell until it made a noise. The guarding warden immediately came and saw what Rita was doing to her own biological daughter. Ambition had made the woman dark-eyed, she did not care even though it was her own daughter. As long as it blocked his intentions, he would get rid of her. Crazy right?

A good opportunity, Rita kicked the warden and ran out of the cell. The warden contacted the other guards immediately and that night, the entire prison was boisterous just because one prisoner had escaped.

Agnes coughed, the girl was seen gasping for oxygen. She really did not expect that her mother would have the heart of her, but all this time she knew that her mother was a good mother figure, but why now she changed? 

"You okay?"

"Yes, I'm fine. Thank you for coming at the right time, otherwise I would have died at my own mother's hands by now." Agnes replied with a small smile. 

"It's my job, the henchmen are here and don't try to escape." Said the warden and went out of the cell, then re-locked him. He had to get back on guard and had to look for the whereabouts of the woman who had escaped earlier. 

While outside the prison, Rita smiled wickedly. He managed to escape from the pursuit of the police, now he is walking alone on the side of the road. The barefoot, orange prisoner's clothes and disheveled hair, hands in handcuffs, make Rita look very obvious if she's an escaped prisoner. 

He walked to cross the road, but unfortunately he was less careful and did not see if there was a high-speed vehicle approaching in his direction. The woman screamed and in a split second, her body floated until it finally fell on the cold and wet asphalt because when the collision occurred, the spatter colored the atmosphere of the night.

Police who are still pursuing Rita also immediately see the state of the victim. However, due to a head wound that was very severe, making his life could not be saved. Rita died tragically, her ambition was too crazy until finally she died horribly. 

His head was leaking even the contents of his head almost came out so hard he hit the asphalt because of the collision. The police immediately alerted the person who reported Rita and took her to the cell, namely Darren and reported that the suspect on behalf of Rita had been killed by accident.

'Hallo, we from the police want to inform you that a suspect named Rita has died in an accident.' 

Of course, it made Darren who had just fallen asleep after doing a heaping job, because he was busy with Sherena these few days, plus preparing for a wedding to be carried out in the near future, in just one more week.

"Okay, I'll be there tomorrow. Tonight I'm really tired, sir." Answer Darren. The call was over, Darren was silent for quite a while. He felt that just now when he was visiting the prison, the state of the woman was fine, right? But now he's dead in an accident?

"But how can an accident? Come on, I'm sleepy." Mumbled the man. He went to bed and the next morning before going to the office, he would go to the prison to see the state of the woman he once loved so much. But now, he turned to hate the woman instead. 

Especially after yesterday's incident, fortunately his baby was very strong, so he could survive. What if it doesn't? He would never forgive that woman, even after she died he would not calm her down!

The next morning, Darren comes to the hospital with Andy. He asked permission from the police on guard and the police allowed it. Darren doesn't tell Sherena this, he's worried that the girl will feel guilty for the woman. In fact, he is completely innocent. On the contrary, Rita is guilty of this. "Why did he die, sir?" Andy asked in his soft voice. 

"Where do I know, we ask the police." Answer Darren. How does he know because the woman can die when last night he was still okay, right?

Darren entered the mortuary, the police immediately opened the body bag zipper and immediately Darren rounded his eyes. The woman died with a gaping wound to her head.

"He was hit by a car last night while trying to escape from prison, sir."

"Oh, so? What about the impactor?"

"We've secured it now, sir." Answer the police. 

"All right, I'm retracting my report." Darren's disconnect made Andy pat the man on the shoulder. She's not sure if Agnes won't do the same to her mother, what if she threatens Sherena's safety?

"Sir.."

"We'll talk later." Darren replied, Andy nodded his head.

"Alright, then please take care of the funeral properly. I'll cover the cost, I'm sorry."

"Alright, Sir. Thank you, we also talked to the daughter of the suspect, she said she wanted to donate a number of her important organs to people in need." Say that cop. 

"Good, at least he can do good even after he's dead." Andy muttered.

"Well, then we both excuse us." Darren. Both of them left the room. Honestly speaking, she felt her own pain at the sight of Rita's state, she died horribly with a huge gaping wound on her head. But, the wound will be sewn first before the body is bathed later.

"What's wrong? You want to talk?"

"Yes, Sir. Are you sure you'll retract that report? I don't think just don't, don't take the risk that could happen later." Obviously Andy.

"We'll see, no one knows how he's going after this? She could have changed and become a good girl."

"But what if it were the opposite? I'm worried that he might do something that puts Miss Sherena's life in danger. Because I'm sure, he can't possibly bother you. But not with Miss Sherena because she's a woman, sir." Andy is obviously at length.

"Yes, Ma. What's up?"

"Why, why hasn't it come down yet? Mama's worried about you, afraid of her even her sickness's transgressions." Answer Arumi. Sherena understood very well that her parents must be worried right now, but what could she do? As long as Darren hasn't told the truth, he'll hide it as much as he can. 

"No, Ma. It's just limp, sheren's allowed breakfast in the room?"

"Hmm, I can. Have you had breakfast porridge, huh?"

"Yes, Ma." Answer Sherena. Arumi leaves her daughter's room to get breakfast. 

In the living room, Arumi runs into Arya. The man said goodbye to go to the office, but now he's back home. 

"Who's back, Pa?"

"His important meeting material is missing, Ma. Hehe.."

"Your habits, Pa." Arumi replied while chuckling.

"Where's Sheren?"

"In his room, Pa. She's still lemes, this is Mama's gonna grab breakfast right in the anter to Sheren's room." Arumi replied with a small smile.

"Hmm, he hasn't improved?"

"Mom don't know, Pa. His face was still pale, but he could already walk around." 

"Alright, if there's anything about Sheren. Call Papa soon?" 

"Yes, Pa. There go, bad luck." Arumi. Arya nodded her head and left the house with her meeting material file left behind, then immediately drove her vehicle at medium speed. Understand the old car, brought speeding a bit definitely broke down. So he can't carry his car at high speed. 

Shortly after, Arumi returns to her daughter's room with a bowl of warm porridge in her hand. Porridge with a tempting yellow sauce, its aroma out making the stomach rumble. Sherena smiled slightly, then ate her porridge voraciously. 

The same thing happened to Darren, for some reason he suddenly wanted to have breakfast chicken porridge. Though all this time he rarely ate porridge, even impressed not like it because of its texture. But now he really wants to eat chicken porridge which is given curry sauce, it will definitely be very good. 

"Andy, stop first at the porridge place huh? I want to have breakfast this morning."

"Breakfast porridge? Is Mister not wrong?"

"No, why is it?" Ask Darren. 

"It's okay, it's just that your usual Mr. is the most anti breakfast porridge."

"I don't know, this is again so." Answer Darren. Andy did not suspect anything, he drove his vehicle and stopped when he saw there was a porridge who was hanging out on the side of the road. The distance from the hospital to the company is quite close, only about 15 minutes using a four-wheeled vehicle. That's also if not jammed, if it jams yes definitely ngaret can be up to half an hour or even an hour. 

Darren immediately ordered the porridge with the full portion and ate it with a voraciously, making Andy look at the man's face with astonishment. Weird right? Why could he suddenly like chicken porridge? Though it is not unusual for him to have breakfast with chicken porridge, in addition to not liking its texture, he also does not like porridge because it does not make his full for a long time, in contrast to rice.

"Why are you staring at me like that, Andy? Do I look weird?" Ask Darren.

"What's weird about people having breakfast chicken porridge?"

"Yes not really, but the problem here is, you don't like breakfast porridge. That's all." Answer Andy. Darren himself actually feels surprised plus strange with himself, but he feels natural, right if he suddenly wants to eat breakfast chicken porridge?
