Chapter 143 - Our Wedding Marvin & Arina

Today is the day that Marvin and Arina have been waiting for. Yes, today is their wedding day. With a party held by Rama which is quite luxurious, considering this is the marriage of his only son. So, he wanted to make a very good impression for this wedding, because the wedding was a sacred and memorable moment, so he organized a party like this. 

Marvin stood nervously near the wedding altar, with a black tuxedo wrapped neatly around his body. The young man looked very handsome wearing those clothes. Several times, Marvin wiped his sweat that soaked his face probably because of his so nervous and made him sweat. 

"Now, wipe on tissue." Darren said as he held out a tissue to Marvin. 

"Thanks yes, Bang."

"Hmm, nervous you?"

"Yes, bang. Nervous, until it feels like this mules stomach." Marvin's whisper that made Daren chuckle. 

"I was also like that when I was going to marry Sherena, later after saying the sacred promise would be relieved. Good luck, bro." Darren said as he patted Marvin's shoulder as a man, then he sat back in his place. Tomi and Andy were also present. Do not ask where their wives are, because the three women who are bridesmaids or cool terms are called bridesmaids. 

In the room, Arina is still in makeup by MUA who is hired by Rama, to juggle his future daughter-in-law to look beautiful and make everyone hypnotized by Arina's beauty. There, there's Sherena, April and also Meysa. The three of them took turns to be bridesmaids at the wedding of his four friends because that's their promise and uniquely they got married in the adjacent time. Likewise with their pregnancy, currently only Meysa is not pregnant. 

Meysa's face looked pale, from earlier she complained of dizziness. Maybe because last night she was all out in combat by Andy, her husband. So he's less rested, he's still trying to be positive thinking. Within three months of her marriage, she had tested several pregnancies, but the results were always negative. It makes her dizzy, because honestly she and Andy already desperately want the presence of an angel present in her womb, to perfect their lives. 

"Mey, shoots very Lo. Why?" Sherena asked while patting Meysa on the shoulder. Unusual woman looks silent like this, so a bit of astonishment for her friends. 

"Dizziness my head." Answer her shimmily.

"Take the medicine first." April Saying. She was as pale as Meysa, but not dizzy. April is pale because she is tired of imagining the smells of food and perfume from the invited guests are mixed, she is afraid events such as the wedding Meysa and Andy will repeat. 

"Yes, thank you." Meysa said, he took the medicine and drank it. 

"No?" Ask Arina. 

"Yes, it's better. Don't worry, just focus on your marriage, Rin. I'm fine." Meysa replied with a smile. Likewise with Arina, she smiled with relief upon hearing Meysa's reply. 

Until finally, the show began. Arina looks beautiful with a dress attached to her body, a dress that expands on the bottom of her, making Arina look like a royal princess. But, there is her sorrow behind the appearance of Arina who is beautiful like the princess, that is, she has difficulty walking. Until had to make his three friends were holding the tail of his dangling dress.

The big door is open. Arina smiled when accidentally her eyes met the eyes of the lover, wait not a lover anymore but her future husband. 

Marvin looked at his future wife with a gaze full of admiration. Beautiful, her aura is clearly visible to make her chest back pounding unbecoming just because she saw Arina walking slowly with her ladies. 

'I'm really pretty, my stomach is getting mules. Goddamnit.' Inner Marvin. So nervous, his stomach feels heartburn from earlier. 

Arina smiled sweetly as she looked at Marvin's nervous face, his face paled, but a second later turned red as he was already standing before her. 

Darren giggles at Marvin's nervous face which to him looks very funny. Marvin reached out his hand, Arina accepted happily. The two walked slowly to the altar, the religious leader who had been standing there waiting on the altar was smiling when he saw the two of them coming with slow steps and hands that joined each other affectionately. 

"Now, you are officially a married couple." 

Both of them smiled sweetly, this was really very happy. A very precious moment for both of her now, Marvin brought his face closer towards Arina and kissed her lips. Everyone applauded, including Arina's three best friends. They smile with happiness, they are happy with the marriage of Arina and Marvin.

Finally, after a long struggle with the many trials they faced, they finally united. Marvin and Arina's struggle produced good results. In one of the chairs far enough away from the lap, a person sits with both eyes glazed. He watched his son marry the woman he loved. 

His steps were indeed wrong, he was too carried away by feelings to act evil like that. He saw the smile full of happiness that his son showed made his heart full. Really for whatever sake, his heart also felt happiness because of his son's marriage. 

Sintia rubbed the tears that dripped without being prevented, the woman also moved from her seat, but her steps were blocked by Darren who had seen the existence of Sintia since earlier. 

"T-Mister Darren.."

"You still dare to show your face here?"

"I just wanted to see Marvin get married, that's all. After that I'll leave, I won't bother Marvin and Arina anymore."

"You don't want to see your son? Even on her happy day, Miss Sintia?" Ask Darren again. The woman looked at the man, if I'm honest, she was eager to see her son. But, does Marvin still want to meet her? He's convinced by now, that Marvin hates him. 

How not to hate him? The thing he did was really very evil back then, just because of his ambition.

"I'm sure Marvin is a good boy. Likewise with Arina, before you judge someone, you should see clearly how his attitude and his true nature. Arina is a good woman, she is compatible with Marvin. I'm even surprised by you, what kind of woman do you want to be Marvin's escort?" Darren asked which made Sintia bow her head.

"I'm ashamed, I'm sure he'll hate me now, sir."

"Find them, act well. You've failed at being a mother, at least don't fail to be a guest!" Darren said cynically. Sintia also nodded. With a doubtful step, he walked forward and climbed up to the pelaminan, where his son and daughter-in-law were taking pictures with the guests. 

"Congratulations on your marriage.." Sintia said that made Marvin round his eyes. Earlier, she was already feeling sad because her mother did not come to her wedding. Honestly, she did hate her mother, but she still missed the figure of the woman who had given birth to her a dozen years ago.

"Mama.." Ogre Marvin, he can't hold back his tears anymore. He grabbed the frail body of the mother-status woman into his arms. 

"Thank you for coming, Mama."

"M-marvin.." Sintia said in surprise, a reaction that was far from expected. He thought that Marvin might rebuke and say he was full of hatred, but it was not at all. He instead hugged her with open arms and full of warmth, a warm embrace that did not change at all, still the same as it used to be. 

Sintia closed her eyes, then slowly returned her son's embrace. Both of them cried in that embrace, making Arina also dissolve in the atmosphere that felt very sad.
