Level 125 - Climbing

"Hopefully this can take us to the edge" said Smith, who now stands by the lake and drives a small raft they have made from several tree branches they managed to find.

"Is it strong to support both of us? It doesn't seem to be able to" said Joanne who seemed hesitant to stare at the raft they had made.

"certainly could. Let's go up." Smith stepped onto the raft first. After successfully standing there, Smith then reached out his hand to help Joanne who was still on the edge.

"Let's go up, it's okay" he said. Joanne hesitantly stepped slowly onto the raft they made. After successfully ascending, Joanne began to feel relieved because it turned out to be strong to support both of their bodies.

"It turns out to be strong" murmured Joanne.

"I told you. Now help me paddle." Smith thrust a tree at Joanne. The girl grabbed it and gripped it tightly, after which they began to paddle so that they could reach the other side of the lake they passed.

Arriving across, the two of them immediately descended from the raft.

"How now? Do you have a plan?" Joanne looked at Smith.

"We go up there and we find the eagle." Smith pointed to the mountain before him.

"What if he's not there?"

"We'll keep looking for him, I'm sure the eagle's taking Jackson not far from here." Smith stepped in followed by Joanne from behind him.

...*...

"Where did he keep the Kane Collection he was guarding?" Jackson kept moving. For almost hours he searched around the place, but he could not find where the eagle hid his Kane Collection.

"What makes me wonder more, why did he bring me here when there was nothing here? Where's nest?"

Jackson paused for a moment. "Really! Maybe with me finding the nest, I'll be able to get what I'm looking for."

Jackson sped up his footsteps, trying to find an eagle's nest.

...*...

"Huh.. hahh…"

Joanne laid her body on the ground as soon as she made it to the top of the cliff. His breath was wheezing, fatigue trailed his body with sweat pouring profusely all over his body.

Smith is not far from there. His eyes circled around looking for the whereabouts of the eagle nest they were headed for.

"W-can we rest for a while?" Joanne muttered trying to regulate her irregular breathing.

It had been hours they had climbed from down there, and they had just arrived at half the mountain.

"We don't have time. If you keep buying time, maybe night comes." Smith did not find the existence of the nest at all.

Joanne changed her position to a stomach. "I wonder why you can be so strong to climb so far? Even though this mountain is very high, I'm even tired of just climbing up here." said Joanne.

"Then, Kay and I used to climb together. We also often exercise wall climbing." Evidently.

"You should be so strong." Joanne woke up a little restrained, she then approached Smith there.
