Jackson turned to look at all the snakes that were there. Everyone looked terrified, hiding in every crack as they stuck out their tongues once in a while.
"So, is this his reaction to all of them? If they get splashed by this potion, they could die?" Mumbled Jackson.
"good. That means now I can help Joanne and Smith."
Jackson ran from the room, going down the aisle hoping to find the right way out of the dark place.
...*...
"Take him off!!!" Joanne keeps shooting the snake, hoping she'll let Smith out of the loop.
"Aragh!" Joanne was upset herself. He did not stop, and continued to shoot. "I'll make you let him go any way!" Joanne now switched to shooting the snake in the face.
"Take him off!" Shouted Joanne again who managed to make the focus of the snake switch to her.
Joanne closed her eyes with a hand that kept shooting, if she clashed with him; then he would turn to stone.
The snake stuck out its tongue, its tail quickly hit Joanne who in an instant fell on the floor with a sprawling position.
"Argh.." Joanne grimaced in pain, the system screen suddenly appeared showing the percentage of energy she had. Only 29.0% more. Something really surprising.
Joanne is trying to get up from the fall position. His body was really painful due to the hard hit from the giant black snake.
"I told you, I'll give you later!" Tukas the serpent who turned back to focus on Smith's middle money in the loop.
Joanne grimaced, her body crumbling just because of the wagging of her tail.
"Blood.." he said.
Joanne looked at the snake that was now moving its tail, grabbed Smith's chin and forced him to stare at her.
Smith's two hands that could not be moved at all, made him unable to do anything. Smith tried repeatedly to dodge, closed his eyes and turned his gaze in the other direction. Unfortunately, the snake managed to take control of his body.
"Smith.no.." Joanne tried to get up, the action was stifled by the pain that spread to her body.
The snake nodded. Smith opened his eyes spontaneously as if his his hissing sound contained a spell that made every closed eye instantly open.
The snake's eyes shone again, changing them. Smith looked at him and slowly hardened his body into stone.
"Smith!!! No!" Joanne lamented the fate of her partner. Smith's body became increasingly immobile until it turned to stone in an instant.
Finished turning Smith to stone, the snake now turned to focus on Joanne lying there.
"You've made my partner a stone, I'll tell you that what you're doing is a big mistake." Joanne woke up limped, her blood still running down her forehead.
Her body ached, but Joanne tried to ignore all the pain.
His heart was tight, seeing Smith become a stone felt the same as when he saw his best friend Neva disappear right before his eyes.
Joanne can't let any of that go. "I'll reply.." Joanne grabbed her gun, tightened her grip.
"I'll kill you!!!" Joanne ran towards the snake, shooting the black man repeatedly.
