"Take him off!" The screech.

The focus of Joanne and the snake turned to Jackson who had just shouted. "Jackson.." Joanne put on a smile.

"Come another bully." The snake sizzled in annoyance.

"If you dare, face me." Jackson walked towards him.

"You have dared to challenge me, you must accept the punishment. But, after I finish my business with him." The snake turned to look at Joanne. The girl quickly closed her eyes, avoiding the gaze of the snake whose eyes turned red again.

"Forget your intentions! I'm not gonna let you touch her." Jackson shot the snake in the head repeatedly, leaving him unable to focus on Joanne and spontaneously turned his head towards her.

"You're really disturbing."

The black man removed his twists from Joanne, moved toward Jackson who was there.

Joanne fell down, her body numb due to the twists so tight. He inhaled the oxygen around him greedily, trying to restore his heart rate as before.

Joanne turned her attention, looking at Jackson and the snake that was now moving towards her.

"Don't look him in the eye." cried Joanne reminded.

Jackson who heard it only nodded in response. He immediately moved, turning his gaze to another part of the snake's body. Shoot her body repeatedly, but every time she shoots him; every time it turns into stone.

"You can't beat me."

The snake used its tail to attack Jackson. But Jackson's deft reflexes made it easy to dodge any attack by the snake.

Jackson rolled from one direction to the other, shooting the snake again with his gun.

"I'll finish you off!" Jackson shot him again.

"Jackson!" Joanne looked at Jackson who was knocked down, his body limp with his gun out of hand.

"I have to help him, but how? My energy alone is completely drained, only 10% is left%." Joanne tried to get up but failed.

"Argh.." Jackson grimaced. The screen of the system appears showing the percentage of energy that is only 20%.

"Perhaps because he could turn himself into stone, his energy became so powerful that just once the flick of his tail managed to drain my energy." Jackson muttered withstanding the pain radiating all over his body.

"You're done." The snake came up to Jackson, his eyes had turned bright red and his tongue was sticking out like a snake ready to attack its prey.

Jackson turned to stare at his pistol which fell about a meter from his position. "My time is not much. If I want to stay alive, then I have to kill the snake before my energy reaches 0%." Inner Jackson.

"That means I have to figure out a way as soon as possible to defeat him." Jackson turned his gaze to the snake that was now moving towards him.

The snake continued to move closer and closer towards Jackson. Jackson was silent for a moment.

"Wait..the potion, right!" Jackson reached into the pocket where he stored a magic potion that could defeat the snake.

The snake got closer to Jackson and prepared to wrap around him, but Jackson quickly spilled all the liquid in the bottle right into the snake.

"Araa!!!!"

The snake screamed loudly, Joanne to her surprise. His body suddenly stopped exactly a few meters from where Jackson had initially spilled liquid in his hand.

Slowly the part of the snake let out a puff of smoke.
