One month before the election, the June mas had applied for leave from the chairman of the Village Consultative Agency (BPD). This is so in order to maintain the neutrality of BPD in the village election kades. There are eight BPD members in Sumber Balong village, the BPD members are representative representations of residents in four different establishments. Each of them is: 2 BPD members from Turi, 2 BPD members from Balong, 2 people from Rejo, and 2 BPD members from Cenang.

Mas Jun played beautifully by forming a core team in each of the pedukuhuhan. The core team is the chosen people who have a broad enough view and insight into the fate of the residents and the progress of their village. One by one the citizens who came to express their opinions and support to Yuli, then organized neatly by June mas. The citizens of the four different pedukuhuan who met Yuli, is the forerunner to make changes in the future. They, June embrace to exchange opinions and coordinate in a vision of the movement for the winners of Yuli.

In the first coordination, there are several inputs from the audience as a successful team from the winner of Yuli, among others:

1. They expected Yuli's presence to greet the residents in their shelter.

2. Someone proposes\, each of the successful winning team Yuli\, must record the name of each citizen in the care of those who are willing to support and convey their voting rights to Yuli. And if needed, supporting residents can also submit a copy of the ID card to each successful team in their education.
