Second Meeting

In an elite cemetery, a group of people stood around a tomb with the ground still wet, Enver standing there blankly. Unbelievable, he had to lose the only person who considered him family.

Tragedy in the Valera mansion, made the news warm among vampires, but was closed off from the wider community.

After the funeral was over, Enver learned a fact that made him finally understand, why the mother wanted to kill him so much, and also how the father could kill Enver's grandfather.

Bram's father, who is one of the Valera company executives of Enver's grandfather's trust, tells Enver all the truths he has not revealed.

The fact that was revealed due to Enver's attempted murder by his mother several years ago, when the violent behavior was revealed, Enver's grandfather discovered that it turned out that Enver was the son of Enver's father from another woman, not from the legitimate wife. It wasn't hard for Enver's father to finish off the woman's family members, who were looking for their missing family. Because they are a type of vampire that has weak energy. But because of that circumstance, the family had teleportation abilities that made the woman several times try to escape. Although her efforts always failed due to limited energy, the woman was often found unconscious on the stairs or elevator of the apartment.

Fed up, Enver's father gave neither food nor blood to the woman except a little, so that the woman could not teleport, even just to get out of the room where she was.

Slowly the woman's body took care of her, in contrast to her bulging stomach. Because the woman's appearance was not as beautiful as it used to be, Enver's father abandoned her. Until one day the mercenaries whom Enver's father assigned to watch over the woman said that the woman was pregnant.

Enver's father tries to kill the woman, but even after being killed, the fetus in her stomach continues to survive. That's because Valera's DNA is so powerful. Enver's father couldn't throw the baby away either. So he told his legal wife to pretend to be pregnant, and so Enver got into the Valera family.

But all of Enver's father's efforts to cover up his vices have been uncovered when his legitimate wife is found several times trying to kill Enver. Like what Enver's father feared all along, Enver's grandfather who upheld good dignity, immediately dethroned Enver's father from the position of successor, and the position was empty for a while.

Grandfather Enver noticed the development of his three grandchildren, Enver had the most outstanding level of development. Leadership, responsibility, intelligence and other things that support the ability to lead the Valera company. It was then that the grandfather decided to make Enver the successor to the head of the Valera family.

Enver's father and his legal wife were imprisoned in a vampire prison, a place very isolated from the outside world. But the decision was a time bomb, because Enver's father and his wife were able to get out of prison not because of good behavior, but because of the help of a law official, who turns out to be the best friend of the successor to the Reynard family, the mastermind of the deviation of blood exploitation in the orphanage that causes many residents to become victims.

All of that was revealed the day before Enver's grandfather's death, because that's the night of the tragedy that didn't just happen in Mension Enver. But it was in the Allagi family where the head of the family was killed, and the successor was critical. Even in the Reynard family itself, the head of the family died at the hands of his own son.

Enver, who became the head of the Valera family, did not have time to take care of his mother and two children. Because at the beginning of his leadership, Enver had to clean up the traces of the father. Several executives and legislators at the Valera company were removed and replaced by new people.

As the fatigue mounts, Enver realizes that he has not drunk Jean's blood since her grandfather's death. Because the blood supply from the home was stopped by the officials who turned out to be the accomplice of Reynard's successor who is now the head of the Reynard family. Enver is forced to drink other blood just to survive.

When the Valera company stabilized, Enver began to think about Jean. The little girl might experience misfortune in her life if left alone. The longing for the scent of the girl's blood that could make Enver feel the calmness began to strengthen, making Enver experience a disturbance of focus.

Enver begins to look for ways to bring Jean into his grasp, coincidentally Enver is trying to dismantle the case of a home that can be closed easily when the two heads of the caretaker's family are killed, Enver tries to get a spy into a parlor, a nurse, a doctor, a nanny, or even a gardener. Several times failed, but finally a nurse can escape without suspicion. At first there was nothing to suspect in the orphanage environment, because it seemed not all the servants of the parlour were involved. And again the spy who escaped was a human, so he could not be sensitive to vampire activities.

Enver, too eager to see Jean, goes to school on the first day of first grade, and begins teaching and learning. But because of the sudden importance of the company, Enver cannot see Jean, because Jean has not arrived when Enver arrives at school.

But the longer, Enver gets thirsty. Sometimes he asks Bram, the son of the company's executive to send him news or photos of Jean at school.

After a long time, Enver's vision felt cloudy, because of the sadness of losing his grandfather. That day the laughter of Jean joking with her friends brought a new color to Enver's life.

A spirit of life that had previously been lost buried in revenge for the death of the grandfather, now splashed back in Enver's mind when Enver's eyes accidentally met with the gaze of Jean who turned towards him.

Was it always this way, the feeling of vampires looking at and smelling the scent of blood, of the owners of the blood they drank?. Or does this only happen in some cases of vampires who feel lonely?. Enver wondered, because in fact, though it brings a sense of calm and happiness in Enver.
