"Already, Run. Our son must be strong. Now we better take care of Khan's transfer to a big hospital in Surabaya. That way, Khan can get better care there, while waiting for a suitable donor heart for our child." Ata's speech made Runa turn her head and look at the face of the real father of her child. In just a moment, the rest of him turned his eyes again to the child. More precisely, he still ignored Ata.

"Mother will do whatever it takes to save her, Khan. Khan has to be strong, yes, honey!" runa said softly, then kissed the back of her son's hand before he exited the PICU room. He followed Runa.

Runa and Ata perform the procedure to remove Khan from the hospital as soon as possible. There was one thing Runa forgot about. The woman who was being attacked by panic forgot about Sandy. He forgot to give news to the man who had always been beside him, because Sandy happened to be returning home to accompany the mother who was still sick.

The scorching sun during the day did not shake Sandy's intention to travel. The man is now preparing to go to the hospital to see Khan.

"You want to go to the hospital again, son?" ask Mira to Sandy. His face still looked pale, as his pain had not healed properly.

"Yes, Ma. I'm gonna take Khan for a second, yeah! Later in the afternoon I will be home again. If Mama needs any Sandy phone, or I ask Mbak Wati to come here just to nemenin Mama."

Mira shook her head rejecting Sandy's offer. "No need, son. Mama is better, really. Don't worry about mama! Get to the hospital and see Khan. Mom also wanted to know how she was doing. Please tell Runa, I'm sorry because my mother's condition doesn't allow me to see Khan."

Sandy nodded her head while commenting on the smile. "Yes, Ma. Later Sandy said," said Sandy. Then kissed the back of her hand, "that's why Sandy's gone now, yeah. Assalamu'alaikum." Sandy walked away from her mother.

"Waalaikumsalam," Mira replied as she stared at the back of her son who was moving away towards her car.

Arriving at the hospital, Sandy's footsteps led straight to the PICU room where Khan had been treated before. However, after arriving at the place, Sandy felt confused because she did not see the existence of Khan. The PICU room was occupied by another patient. Similarly, the existence of Runa in the hospital. Usually the woman was always around the Khan's nursery, but now she did not even see the trunk of her nose.

"Has Khan been transferred to the treatment room?" muttered Sandy spoke for herself. As if that were a fulfilled hope, Sandy said it happened. That means Khan is past a critical period.

Not wanting to just guess, Sandy finally called Runa. The call was connected, but there was no reply from Runa. Sandy made three calls on her phone, until the third call Runa just picked up the phone. It made Sandy's heart a little anxious because Runa did not usually ignore her call.

"Hello, Run. Where are you? Why isn't Khan in the nursery? Has he moved the room?" Sandy immediately asked a few questions when the call was connected to Runa.

"Runa, are you still there?"

"Eh, yes, Mas. Sorry, I forgot to tell you that Khan has been transferred to a big hospital in Surabaya" Runa explained.

Sandy was caught hearing that. At first glance his brain thinks that his existence is no longer needed by Runa and Khan. He knew that the decision to take Khan to a hospital in Surabaya was Ata's proposal. By bringing Khan there, it means indirectly Runa has complied with Ata's request. Does that mean that Runa has made peace with that man?

"No, Runa must be more concerned with Khan's health. Runa couldn't have gotten Ata back that fast. Obviously I see the hatred is still so deep in Ata," Sandy's mind refuses if the bad reality happens.

"Mass?" Runa's voice restores the mind of Sandy who had wandered. He also refocused on his phone.

"Yes, Run. Why did you suddenly move Khan there? Did Ata force you to do that?" ask Sandy. More precisely he is convincing his heart, if Ata does not have an important role as Khan's biological father.

"No, Mas. This is the advice of the doctor who handled Khan. There is no other way but to transfer Khan to a hospital whose facilities are more complete and it is here. The doctor said Khan's condition seemed serious .. Khan likely needed a heart donor, Mas ...." Runa's voice seemed to be held back when he said his last sentence. Along with the clear granules that flowed in his eye patch. Runa sniffled about it to Sandy.

"Run, you must be tough and patient! The Runa I've known all along is not a person who gives up easily. Women who are strong and patient in dealing with every problem. I'm sure Khan will be fine." Hearing Runa's sobs, Sandy strengthened her heart again.

"But I'm afraid, Mas" said Runa, still crying. Until the front screen of the phone was wet because of it.

"Don't be afraid, Run. Fear only brings you closer to the kufr of God's power. He is the Lord who has all kinds of cures from all diseases. Ask Him, then surrender to His will. Your fear will also disappear."

Sandy's words provided a serenity of their own in Runa's heart. He wiped his tears violently and tried to come back strong. Sandy is right, patience can make the mind can think clearly and smoothly, while fear will only make the mind become deadlocked and more confused.

"I'll follow you there. Please share the hospital location to my HP," Sandy asked later.

"But, Mas. What about your mama? Not that he's still sick. If you live in Surabaya, who will Aunt Mira be?" Runa remembered the condition of Mira who was sick.

Sandy was silent again. That's right Runa said. Now her mother lives alone. If he went to Surabaya, his mother would have trouble if she needed anything. However, his worry for Khan and Runa was just as great. Especially there is Ata who will continue to look for opportunities to approach her Runa. Sandy did not want to regret if her negligence became a victory for Ata. He must always be beside Runa, to minimize Ata's opportunity to be alone with Runa.

"I'll ask Mbak Wati to accompany mama. It seems like his condition is better than before. Mama said her body was a little light," Sandy said after thinking for a moment. Runa also believed. Eventually the woman sent the location of the hospital where Khan was treated. Indeed, Runa also needed Sandy's presence to strengthen herself.
