As promised, Jamie brought three tupperware boxes of rice and side dishes just before Melody came home. All three boxes were in Melody's grasp, but she didn't come home soon.
"Sorry, Melody yelled at my sister's wife."
His head bowed, those words just popped out of Melody's lips. Five fingers limp, until supported with the other hand so that the dinner does not spill.
"Don't think about it." Jamie gently rubbed the top of a woman's head in front of her.
Again that sentence. Often Melody felt herself being treated like a child by a man of the age of six. Melody nodded after.
The sun slowly disappeared from the sight of Melody, the woman who always had a lethargic face every time she met the evening. Her makeup had even worn off since half a day, if it had worn off she did not fix it.
She believes that without makeup though, her face is calm and pleasing to the eye. Unmistaken. Even the views of others will say the same if they have the guts.
From across the sidewalk of the highway where he was waiting for the taxi that picked him up, stood a man of familiar stature. Tall, but slightly bent to parallel if juxtaposed with Melody.
He slightly squinted his eyes, the face as expected was indeed a man named Alan who lived next to his master. It was just, why was the gaze of the man different. Melody bowed and found her cleavage slightly exposed, she immediately properly restyled her striped shirt.
"Dissolve," said the woman.
Soon the biker stopped in front of him, thrusting the green helmet on Melody. When he hooked the helmet strap, he realized.
The driver of the ojek on line was a young man who used to often take orders Melody. Also lent him a raincoat that has not been returned until now.
"Where are you going, man?"
Melody asked a young man whom she finally realized his name after a long time. In a few weeks, this young man named Irman Tirtonadi disappeared and only appeared under dusk now.
Irman only replied with a smile, after Melody put on her helmet and was in a comfortable position on the seat, he drove his bike at normal speed.
"Wait here, yeah!" melody said, raising one of her index fingers.
His feet ran as soon as possible, the lights outside his house and the house of another neighbor had been lit to replace the role of the sun. After only a few seconds, Irman slapped his own cheek. He looked at his palm, sprawled by tiny blood-sucking insects there.
A girl suddenly approached him, Irman unfocused and did not know where the girl who brought this black crackle came from, which then the crackle was thrust at him. Irman opened the package.
Raincoat.
The two young men did not say a word, just looked at each other and nodded at each other. Then Irman turned the motor starter back on.
"Thank you" said Felicia's lips, "her raincoat, said Melody."
Once again the young man nodded sincerely, then drove away. Without realizing the raincoat he lent was different because it had been replaced with a new one.
Days pass.
The feud between Melody and Felicia's two half-brothers worsens, miscommunication ensues as Felicia shuts herself down. Because she was tired, Melody intended to use the opportunity on her day off.
...****************...
On the other hand, the already stylish boy was crying in the corner of the room. Emily reneges on a promise to accompany herself to a stationery shop, with Natasya and her father.
It's a lie, Emily has no intention of accompanying him at all. The most important thing today is that he must stop his father's intention to leave the company to his younger brother Emily.
Right in the future, the inauguration party will be held and his father's company will go down to Emily's sister.
Even though Natasha was by his side, Daniel still wept over his promise that melted into the wind. Even though Jamie was relaxed, his clothes were still attached, unlike Daniel who had taken off his little shirt along with anger.
Daniel answered, "No!"
"Well, dad and Melody bought it, you guys wait at home, okay?" Jamie.
The fish was caught easily as soon as he mentioned Melody's name. Daniel ignores his checkered little shirt on the floor, leaving a cartoon t-shirt on his body. Of course with jeans that still wrap the legs.
If Daniel was comfortable with that, his father wouldn't be too much of a set-up. The three of them immediately headed for the parking lot. Without finding out first, whether the woman is at home or not.
Melody still had not found her sister coming out of the room, if she was bullied while sleeping or studying then her mood would be bad. In the end Melody did not want to waste time and quickly stood in front of the door of her sister Felicia's room. He just raised his hand to knock.
Geck! Geck! Geck!
Knock the door from the main door.
Her body froze for a moment, shortly after which Felicia's bedroom door opened. Melody turned her face, moved her hand down and opened the main door. Felicia stepped quickly towards the window of the room, finding out who was the one who knocked on the door of her house.
"Kiss!!!" shouted one of the small children, with a typical sound of a girl's cry.
Felicia again closed the door to her room, "daughter and boy? Brother babysitting two kids?" curious muttered.
Without checking first, the door was opened by ignoring his now scantily dressed appearance. A crop top t-shirt that exposes a part of the belly and hotpants, of course, it is very rude to see other people let alone the man standing in front of him is his employer and two small children.
Speaking of employers, what is it that a married man comes to a single woman's house? The first question in Melody's mind.
The man cleared his throat, turning his face the other way. "Sorry to interrupt your time," he said.
Melody let her in and sat down with her two favorite little kids and one grown man there. Jamie goes on to explain her family's failed shopping spree due to Emily's absence. Without a shred of coercion, Jamie expects Melody's presence because only she can ease her son's grief.
Even in Daniel's hopeful face and not ready to be disappointed again, Melody had no reason not to live up to those expectations.
Chatting with Felicia can still be done tomorrow.
Failing to wait quietly, Daniel surrounded a house no bigger than his room. Meet her with her beloved caretaker, Rudy.
"Are you Rudy, fat guy? Melody used to tell me about Rudy who was a pro who ate everything" Daniel exclaimed.
"Then you're Daniel the genius boy" Rudy replied with his flat face.
The rounder approached Jamie, observing around the man. Invisible as none of Rudy was looking for, Melody came with a black knee-length umbrella skirt and a long-handed plain top. His long hair was tied high just like his daily hairstyle at work, otherwise Daniel would have put his hair into the nasal cavity.
Come-coming Melody had seen the sight of her sister who was not shy looking for food, she pulled the neck of Rudy's shirt and warned him.
"There's nothing" Melody said, turning to Jamie, "she's looking for food."
"Follow it, we're looking for food outside" said Jamie unmitigated.
There were already two small children, adding another one did not hurt. If Jamie's other kid won't care, Rudy's been pretty close to her since eating together yesterday.
Rudy was obviously excited to hear it, he did not hesitate to agree Jamie's invitation. Melody just let out a long breath, then apologized for being troublesome.
Melody had her permission, but she didn't respond. Then he tried to send a message, read but there was no reply. They left Felicia alone at home, Melody felt a little guilty and still held a curiosity.
What possessed the boy?
