Nanny's Beloved Genius Child

Nanny's Beloved Genius Child
Chapter 35 Emily's Desire

Little Emily was sitting on her father's lap, on a swivel chair in her study. Every day the father is busy working, little Emily likes to accompany and observe the busyness of her father who looks cool and heroic.

Because of his great affection for his family, the man worked during the night. So amazing, Emily dreamed something like that happened in her life when she grew up. Live for a career, not a career for a life.

"I'll continue papa's company!" exclaim little Emily.

Middle school is over, Emily looks forward to these steps. Where he would start his ambition, because he thought he could already choose. Wrong, the father balked at his son's wishes, warning him that whatever he did, the company's inheritance could never fall into Emily's hands.

This woman was married to a man from a distinguished family, whom she had never known at all. A business marriage takes place, without love at first.

Although her husband gave her heart, Emily did not feel the same feeling, even the existence of Daniel was a compulsion for her. Since his birth, his son has been nothing more than a tool, to realize his ambition. Especially after knowing Daniel's intelligence is above average.

"Daniel has to use his brain to the fullest, so as not to waste it" he told himself as he walked towards his room.

He did it, very well despite being a little depressed. Daniel noticed and complied in order to be able to clear up his learning faster.

Melody wondered why Jamie would let her or Emily do it without asking permission. He came out of the study room and set his foot following toward Emily walking. Out there who else besides Emily whose son just wanted to go to school was already excited. She could already see Emily's back at the door of her room.

"Sister, wait," Melody said.

Emily stopped her steps, her shoulders looking up and down. His short hair despite the unravelling, the winding golden necklace around his neck looked shiny. The woman turned her body.

"Yes" replied the woman.

Can be seen clearly by Melody, Emily's eyeball twists lazily right as her body turns around. He became reluctant to call her "brother" when her position is now a nanny that Emily paid for.

Melody lowered her voice, "Daniel mastered English and all the basic science needed to pass the test, what exactly was Daniel after?"

Though seemingly unconcerned, he observes Daniel's true learning progress. Faster and more careful than his two younger siblings, but not much different from him in the past 20 years.

"I give priority to education, none of my descendants are uneducated and haphazard like you" said Emily.

"Shameful right? Good thing Glenn didn't marry you, Sasha's family is far more honorable than orphans like you who have nothing" she said.

Melody was still gathering the details of patience for the first scorn, already supplemented by a new one. His pride is suppressed, if not because Daniel Melody would not continue this work.

The evil side of Melody's heart said, "it's much easier if you take her husband, surely that woman will cry blood. Is Melody good?"

Melody's benevolent side denied, "don't! We're all gonna fuck, you evil bastard! Better not to continue and help Daniel just lighten his load, lest we ruin people's households!"

"The second makes more sense" said Melody neutrally inwardly.

Without even having time to make a suggestion, Melody backed off first. The woman will not change her mind just like that, especially if the one giving advice is not the person she likes.

He looked back at the little genius in his study, leaning and crossing his hands on the door frame. Daniel glanced and pointed his teeth towards Melody every once in a while.

Daniel even began to lose respect for her, forcing her once. The hours of rest increase, but so do the hours of study. Matter continues to rise to a higher level, the more Daniel mastered the more endless.

...----------------...

The long days of study passed, the test days were in sight. Just wait for the hour, after Daniel sleeps he will prepare to the designated place.

The sky is dark, Daniel hasn't let Melody go home. What he's worried about tomorrow, Melody can't figure. On the bed, Daniel just stared at the sky. His mind was not there, according to Melody hovering above the clouds. Whether Daniel knew it or not, Melody's hand was sorely stroking the child's fine hair that never went to sleep.

"Why the hell? Your preparation is very mature, too mature it seems. Or maybe it's rotten? Is that why you're afraid of failure?" melody's laughter broke out instantly.

Daniel's eyebrows suddenly descended, like they were about to fuse together. Melody stopped laughing, thinking Daniel was going to say something. But Daniel had closed his eyes, his body still moving. Melody waited for him for about a few minutes, as she was sure the boy had fallen asleep and Melody left him.

Melody was tying her sneaker rope on the floor near the main door, shadows and the sound of footsteps approaching. A large body silhouette was imprinted on the space-minimal wall, Melody looked back.

Jamie's still in his office clothes, pinching a stainless bushel. Melody noticed the three-shaped thing that was being carried beside her body, then looked up with a look of wonder.

"You never say, Emily's been filling this container with a lot of rice but raw eggs that you have to fry yourself?" Jamie.

Finished with his shoes, Melody stood up but still had to slightly raise her head because the difference in height was quite far, 12 centimeters.

"Hahaha, yes kak must be fried independently, but the eggs are calm three kok, not less or exaggerated." Melody's smile expanded.

At first glance Melody accidentally saw the chest of Jamie's field slightly open, the buttons were already two apart. His eyeballs kept moving from center to side over and over again, until Jamie noticed it.

"Lusa wait for me to come home, I will cook properly" Jamie said.

"No, don't rep-"

Melody cut her own line, "Melody's off tomorrow?"

Especially tomorrow, Jamie's sending an inbound license to take Daniel. Melody was surprised of course, other than weekends, there was no word of holiday in Jamie's dictionary.

He's crazy to work, but not forgetting Daniel is his first priority.

"I'm not on vacation, which means you're not on vacation either." Jamie turned his back, like someone was approaching.

Apparently because of hearing Emily's approaching steps, he had long felt the aura of someone from a distance. If Daniel is asleep, then who else is.

"What the fuck?! The boy can't take a day off." the woman suddenly denied.

Jamie hasn't changed his mind. The atmosphere felt increasingly gripping, Melody did not want to linger there. The two began to face off like tigers ready to strangle each other.

Mosquitoes such as Melody need not be deliberately silent nor the aura of its existence is weak, they are not aware of the squealing of the open door let alone the sound of the sneaker's delicate steps.
