My Wild Rose's

My Wild Rose's
LET TIME STOP FOR A MOMENT

Cladia opened the door of the room where Ornado was being treated, seeing Ornado's body lying on a hospital bed with her eyes still tightly closed. Aunt Ema, Jeremy and James stood by the bed. As soon as Cladia walked closer towards Ornado's bed, James immediately shifted his position away from the bed, letting Cladia approach toward Ornado who was still lying unconscious. Cladia was pensive, looking deeply into the face of her husband who was like someone who was asleep, she saw the peaceful looking face of Ornado even though it looked a little pale, in hospital clothes and blankets that cover his body to the chest, with his hands on the right and left side of his body lying.

“Sit down Cla,” Aunt Ema dragged a chair, brought it closer to Ornado's hospital bed, let Cladia sit there. As soon as Cladia sat near Ornado, she grabbed Ornado's palm, gently caressed it.

“James, how long has Al been unconscious?” Without taking her eyes off Ornado's face, Cladia asked James.

“Since last night's incident,” James replied briefly.

“What's the operation going well? What is the operation successfully”

“According to doctors Laurel and Dave the operation went well, but somehow until now Ad has not woke up too, maybe he is waiting for you,” Cladia smiled at James' words, James, but the smile was accompanied by tears dripping down her cheeks.

“Al, wake up, I'm here, when do you stay asleep?” Jeremy walked closer to Cladia's back, holding both of Cladia's shoulders and stroking her gently.

“Don't cry, Ad will be fine, he's a strong man. Don't worry, her ability to survive is very high,” Hearing that instead of Cladia stopping her crying, instead her tears are increasingly flowing with a rush, dripping wet the right arm of Ornado in front of her.

“Al, please wake up, don't scare me. Many things that we have not done together, you promised to take me back on vacation to Italy, to Bali, to places that I had not been able to visit before. Many people need your presence, tens of thousands of people under your leadership are waiting for you to wake up. I should be the one in this bed, why should you sacrifice yourself for me?” Aunty Ema's eyes twitched her eyes slightly raised her head upwards holding back her tears from falling to hear Cladia's voice sounding more like a whimper, sounding so pitiful.

“Al, please, listen to me, me and your future son need you. I love you, you must not leave us, please.” Cladia said with an occasional stifled voice because her nose started to clog because of her crying.

“Al, you promised to always be there for me, to let you be the only man I lean on, I should be the one lying there, not you,” Cladia bowed her head towards Ornado's right arm, kissed him with that arm affectionately while sobbing.

“Who will allow you to take my place? Even you have not kept your promise to give me 3 children,” Cladia raised her head, she saw the smiling face of Ornado looking at her, hurriedly Cladia wiped the tears on her cheeks with the backs of her hands.

"I'll take you to those places as I promised. I'll always give my shoulder to where you lean. You know I never broke my promise to you," Ornado continued his words with a smile still on his lips that still looked pale.

“Welcome back Ad!” James, who was some distance away from Ornado's hospital bed, smiled with relief as he walked closer to Ornado, patted gently on Ornado's thigh.

“Since you sat down and held my palm,” Cladia's eyes were wide open hearing Ornado's words.

“Means you deliberately pretend you are still unconscious huh?” Ornado laughed gigglingly, but he immediately stopped his laughter due to the pain in his left back.

“Ah...,” Ornado grimaced with pain in his back.

“Al, are you okay? What part do you feel pain?” Cladia immediately rose to her feet with an anxious face, her hands were busy moving to and fro as if to help ease the pain experienced by Ornado, Ornado's right hand immediately moved to catch Cladia's hand, grasped it and brought it closer to his lips and kissed it affectionately.

“If I hurriedly show that I am conscious, may I get a chance to hear your love statement in front of everyone?” Cladia's face immediately flushed red at Ornado's words, as if she had just realized she wasn't alone with Ornado in the room when she loudly said she loved Ornado. Aunt Ema hastily codes for James and Jeremy to come out leaving them both.

Cladia looked towards Ornado with a feigned look of anger, her hands preparing to pretend to hit Ornado, but Ornado's gentle and friendly gaze made Cladia's hand stop in midair.

“Amore mio...,” Hearing Ornado calling him in a soft and friendly voice, Cladia's head bowed again, then she cried loudly in front of Ornado, making Ornado's face turn confused.

“Amore mio, what happened to you? Why are you crying again?” Cladia raised her face, looking deeply at Ornado's face with her own face filled with tears.

“Al, I'm so scared, I'm afraid you're leaving me. I'm afraid I won't have another chance to show you our son, I haven't done as much to make you happy as you have done for me. I'm afraid I've lost the only man I love. I taku..mmmh,” Cladia could not continue speaking because quickly Ornado's right hand pulled her head to get closer to him and directly silenced her with a friendly kiss of her lips to Cladia's lips.

“A..., Al..mmmphhh,” Ornado did not let Cladia have a chance to say any more, Cladia tried to pull her lips from Ornado's lips, but it seems that even in a new state of consciousness Cladia's power is nothing compared to Ornado's power, finally Cladia gave up, and finally Cladia gave up, following the rhythm Ornado brought to enjoy their kiss that made Cladia's heart feel so warm. Ornado closed his eyes, passionately, kissed Cladia's lips with emotion, imagining he almost lost the woman he kissed at the moment making a drop of melted Ornado's tears wet his temple.

Not just you, I was so scared of losing you, I was so scared that night I couldn't find you, I was afraid I didn't manage to protect you and our son, I was really afraid to imagine how when I woke up from my sleep every morning there was no longer you beside me, I was afraid to live my life without you by my side, all this time your presence in my life that strengthened me, she said, Ornado whispered in his heart as his lips moved deeper into enjoying the happiness of being able to feel back the touch of Cladia's lips. Even the pain of the gunshot marks and the surgery on his back was no more painful than imagining he would have to lose Cladia for good.

It felt like at this moment Ornado wanted time to stop, leaving him for a long time in a peaceful feeling of being able to be together again with Cladia, relishing the warm body temperature of Cladia and her soft lips, making her really want to stop time to make him aware of the whereabouts of Cladia who had already returned into his arms, and he wanted to stay that way, wanting to tie Cladia's whereabouts by his side forever, she said, without anyone being able to disturb them.
