EXPECT AN OPPORTUNITY

“Cla,” A gentle call from Ornado back shocked Cladia for the umpteenth time for the day.

Ah, why are you constantly acting like a ghost, without a sudden voice is already near me.

Cladia said inwardly as she turned her head towards Ornado who had already taken a sitting position beside her.

“Ck, ck, ck..really when you concentrate in front of your notebook, it seems that the bumipun earthquake will not be able to make you flinch,” Cladia slightly smiled hearing Ornado's joke this time.

“This afternoon I can not accompany you to lunch, I have a lunch appointment with business partners, you can have lunch with Amalia and our team. You want to eat where Fred booked his place for you,” Cladia shook his head, he remembered the newly formed wa group after the introduction this morning, consisting of him, Amalia, he said, and 4 other people from the Bumi Asia company, who definitely have no Ornado name there, just James.

They deliberately did not include Ornado's name in the group so that they feel comfortable when sometimes they joke and their conversation slightly deviated from work, such as the promise of lunch together this afternoon, and James is a trustworthy person not to divulge his secrets in front of the team.

Since this morning after the group was formed they have promised to eat together this afternoon at the company cafe. Fortunately, before he informed Ornado, Ornado already had an event this afternoon.

“No need to bother, we have made an appointment to eat together in the cafe upstairs,” Ornado slightly knitted his eyebrows, cafe upstairs? Just a day Cladia was here as if she already knew what facilities were in her company, even though since morning Cladia did not seem to leave her seat.

“Do you have a guide in this company? It seems like just a day you already know a lot about this company,” Cladia opened her phone, opened it, and pointed it at Ornado's face, there clearly Ornado read there was a conversation group with the name “Earth Asia Sanjaya”.

Seeing that Ornado nodded his head, with slightly raised eyebrows and slightly open lips, well aware that his name was not in the group because until now there was no invitation from anyone to join the newly formed group.

“Wherever people work, there must be a group that does not include its CEO as a member of the group, it is common,” As if to know what is on Ornado's mind, Ornado, Cladia immediately explained why she was not invited to be a member of the group.

Cladia casually retracted her phone from Ornado's sight and placed it back on the table, unaware that Ornado's eyes were following the direction in which it was moved.

“Is the CEO's wife not recognized as a representative of the CEO as well?” Cladia looked straight at Ornado.

“Only James knows my status, and I'm sure James is not the type to leak his mouth, there's no point in him leaking my personal information to the person in your company,” Cladia got up.

“I want to go to the toilet,” Cladia immediately walked away from her work desk, not caring about Ornado's eyes are still glued to her cellphone.

Huh, what kind of talk did they write in the group?

Ornado said in his heart, his hand reached for Cladia's phone lying on the table and he could only play it around, because obviously he could not open the locked phone. Upon hearing Cladia's footsteps, Ornado placed the phone back on the table in front of her.

“You don't have a lunch appointment out? Why are you still here? I went upstairs first, the others must have been waiting for me there,” Cladia grabbed her phone and left Ornado unconsciously with a depressed face of Ornado because she could not see what was written in the group.

Since when do I care about such trivial things, why can't I let go of the slightest thing related to you.



When Cladia reached the cafe, only Robi had arrived, and Cladia walked up to her and ordered food.

“Where else?” Cladia was looking for Amalia and the other 2 people they should have had lunch with.

“They followed, maybe soon, just now Amalia said she had to email her co-worker in Sanjaya first,” Robi explained why her other friends were not there yet.

On the occasion of lunch, Robi immediately took a sitting position next to Cladia, spontaneously Cladia immediately shifted her seat to slightly away from Robi.

Cladia breathed a little because James was with Ornado that afternoon, so did not join them for lunch, otherwise Robi's pretentious attitude would be familiar if it reached Ornado's ears, it could be a problem, considering the events they met at the graduation ceremony some time ago was enough to make Cladia wary not to cause any new problems between her and Ornado.

“How are you Cla, we were still busy, I haven't had time to greet you. I'm so happy to see you again Cla.” Robi looks at Cladia's face while scooping food on her plate, Cladia just smiled thinly without returning a glance from Robi.

“It seems like Kak Robi's career is quite good here, not until 5 years I heard Kak Robi already has a fairly high position here,” Cladia trying to divert the conversation so as not to lead to personal things.

“I love working here, really uphold professionalism, no matter who you are and how long you work, if you excel, your career will rise quickly. Unlike other companies that often rely on connection and seniority, it does not give younger and talented opportunities to move forward.” Cladia nodded her head, Robi's eyes glancing at Cladia.

Whenever and wherever I meet you, you still always make my heart flutter. You remain beautiful as we first met on our campus, it seems you are getting beautiful now, Robi said inwardly, a moment later she turned her gaze from Cladia towards the plate in front of her. There was something that since their previous meeting had really stuck in his heart.

“Sorry Cla. The man who was at graduation with you back then, was he really the same person as the CEO I worked for?” Cladia who was enjoying her drink choked on Robi's question, she just remembered the time she met at her graduation show Ornado introduced herself to Robi as her future husband.

Ah, I forgot there was one more person who knew my status with Ornado, Cladia said inwardly as she took a tissue to clean her face from the water she had just drank.

“Before I have never met Mr. Ornado, just heard his name, just a few months ago he came to this company. I heard one of the reasons Mr. Ornado moved to an office in Indonesia because he was going to marry a woman born in this city. I heard how long ago he was married, although we don't know for sure who his wife is, is that you Cla?” Cladia fell silent, her lips preparing to say no, but Robi had already noticed that there was a ring around her ring finger, at first he deliberately always wear the ring so that no man approached him because by looking at the ring on his ring finger must be people immediately know the status of his marriage. Cladia smiled nervously.

“Please do not tell anyone this problem yes, please....” Cladia clenched her hands together in the chest, giving a sign she was earnestly begging Robi who immediately scrunched her forehead showing her her sense of her nature.

“Indeed why? Any problems with your marriage?” Cladia took a deep breath.

“My situation is difficult for me to explain, but please, in the meantime I don't want others to know about my marriage, which I myself don't know whether to survive or not,” Robi looked at Cladia deeply, she said, she doesn't know what happened to Cladia's marriage, but from Cladia's answers and face she can judge that the beautiful girl is unhappy with her marriage. Is their marriage a forced marriage? Is Ornado a jerk who has a lot of women? Or is Ornado a husband full of violence?  Cladia who he had known had never been seen near any man, was there already another man whom Cladia loved? A lot of questions revolve around Robi's head, but whatever it is Robi just smiles, at least, whatever the reason, he feels luck is still on his side, there is still a chance for him to get Cladia.

“Don't be sad Cla, whenever you need my help, I'm ready to help,” Cladia immediately moves her palm towards Robi.

“No, no, has nothing to do with anyone, I can handle it myself,” Robi smiled hearing the rejection from Cladia, she said, which to him is not a rejection but like the code that states there is still a chance for him to snatch Cladia's love. Well, that's Robi's biggest hope right now.
