After Ornado's birthday party that night Jeremy and Niela still stopped by their house for a while while helping to bring down some of the gifts that had been left in their car, cladia chose to ask permission to rest because she was tired.
"Ok, Ad, all your presents have been taken down, we're going straight home," Jeremy took the car keys out of his pocket, because by chance tonight he accidentally didn't bring his driver, wanting to be alone with Niela.
"Aren't you going to wait a minute to talk?" Jeremy smiled mischievously at the offer from Ornado.
"We know enough about Ad, today it seems like you are very happy, it doesn't feel appropriate that we force you to accompany us while Cladia is waiting for you in the room," Niela smiled at Jeremy's joke.
"I hope what Cladia did earlier you can continue again where you should, happy to celebrate the rest of your birthday tonight with Cladia." This time Niela could no longer hold back her laughter hearing Jeremy's successful teasing made Orando's face slightly flushed and misbehaved. Jeremy's hand grabbed Niela's hand to invite her to leave the house, but just two steps back, Jeremy turned his body back, looking at Ornado with a flirtatious smile.
"Don't forget my date before our wedding day arrives, good luck tonight, try harder Ad," After speaking Jeremy walked straight to the exit with his laughter with Niela, leaving Ornado who can only smile knots due to the temptation of Jeremy.
At first glance Ornado touched her lips with her fingers with a smile, remembering the gentle kiss of Cladia's lips tonight that she absolutely could not forget, it felt like the former kiss was still left on her lips, it felt so soft and sweet, too. Since then Ornado continues to be imagined with Cladia's kiss. Ornado took a deep breath, until finally decided to walk away from the family room and walk towards his room with a happy smile that had continued to decorate his handsome face.
Cladia was not just physically tired. For some reason since Cladia was so difficult to erase the memory of Ola and Amadea kissing Ornado, there was a rumbling feeling in her heart that made her heart feel uncomfortable.
For some reason the memory of Amadea and Ola today really made her feel sad, irritated, angry, disappointed that she could not express and could not understand what kind of feeling it was. Without feeling Cladia who was sitting in front of the window of her room while looking at the lights in her rose garden suddenly shed tears. Cladia had no idea what she was feeling, but her heart felt sore at every thought of the incident. Due to too much turmoil in his mind Cladia did not realize that Ornado who had just approached him looked shocked to see something clear flowing on his wife's cheeks.
"Are you okay, Amore Mio?" Cladia hurriedly wiped away her tears with the backs of her hands. Ornado moved in front of Cladia who was in a sitting position, with one leg Ornado kneeling in front of Cladia. His head looked up to look at the face of Cladia who looked so swollen, I don't know how long she had been crying.
"What happened to you? Did anyone hurt you? Tell me," Cladia shakes her head without answering Ornado's question, it feels like her tongue today is a little muddy, how could he make a sound to tell Ornado that today he was really tormented because of his memories of Ola and Amadea at the party.
Ah, really stupid, why should I cry? I really don't understand why my tears can't be stopped, Cladia said in her heart while trying to keep wiping her tears.
Ornado took a deep breath seeing Cladia not responding to his question at all, making Ornado try to second-guess what was in Cladia's heart.
"Are you feeling sad about Ola?" Unknowingly Cladia's eyes immediately looked at Ornado with a slight widening as soon as the man mentioned Ola's name. Ornado immediately smiled, as his guess was correct.
"There's never been anything between me and Ola, and never will be, trust me, for me only one person who deserves to be Mrs Xanderson" Cladia gulped her saliva, it's really hard to say, but finally the statement that was held back was spoken as well.
"But you don't mind receiving a kiss from him..." Ornado's eyes glared in shock at Cladia's words.
"Not at all, he meant to kiss me, but I managed to avoid him, did you see him kissing me?" Suddenly Orando chuckled, realizing that Cladia's position at the time was impossible to see her pushing Ola's body, Ornado's right hand moving slowly touching the hair on Cladia's head gently. This time Cladia was just stunned, there was no evasive movement from her body.
"Trust me, tonight who stole my kiss is Mrs Xanderson, no other woman,"
"But Amadea too...." Ornado furrowed his brows hearing Cladia mention Amadea's name, indeed at the party Amadea had kissed her cheek.
"It turns out because of your jealousy towards the two of them that you turned brave to the point of taking the initiative to kiss me?" Cladia's cheeks instantly flushed to hear Ornado's words just now.
"I'm not jealous. Right, why am I jealous...." Ornado took his hand off Cladia's head. With a slight bowing of Orando's head laughing, his right hand covered his amused laughing lips.
"Oh ok, if I know that way it can make you take the initiative, I don't mind thinking of another way to repeat it again" Cladia's eyes widened in shock, a few seconds later her tears came back down, she said, he really did not like the matter being made a joke by Ornado, he felt humiliated. Ornado who instantly realized his mistake instantly fell silent, stopping his laughter.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry Amore mio. Don't cry anymore, I don't mean to make you feel insulted, I'm too happy because of today's events" Cladia wiped her tears back, trying to stop her, but her tears kept flowing.
"I know it takes extra strength and courage to make you do that, I'm really grateful for your hard work learning to love me" Ornado looked at Cladia softly, as she said, made Cladia sigh slightly so she could control her chaotic-looking self.
"It seems like I completely forgot about Amadea. Never feel jealous of her, she will never be able to replace your position in my heart," Ornado again stroked Cladia's head gently with affection.
"She's my cousin's sister," Cladia ventured to return Ornado's gaze with a slightly shocked look at Ornado's explanation of who Amadea was.
"She's the daughter of papa's younger sister who married a man surnamed De Luca. My father was my grandfather's first son, his second was James and Afro, besides my father still had 5 younger sisters, one of whom was Amadea's mother. I've told you, I have a lot of female cousins whose age is below me, number more than 10. From childhood Amadea and James used to stay at our mansion, so he and James were closest to me. Even papa already thought of the two of them like his own son, purposely letting them stay in our mansion to accompany me so that I would not feel alone since the passing of mama. Since childhood, Amadea idolized me, but only a little sister who loved her brother, so she was very curious about you, the only woman I wanted to marry. She felt that she had to be the best girl I could marry," Ornado stopped speaking for a moment, glimpsed by Cladia whose face had calmed down.
"She once purposely introduced me to her friends whom she considered beautiful and great to try to prove whether I would still choose you," Ornado smiled considering the events of that time which made him quite angry with Amadea, even though he had never scolded Amadea before.
At that time Amadea deliberately pretended to have an accident and asked Ornado to come. Amadea did that to get Ornado to come to her friend's house so that she could introduce him to her friend. For the next Amadea back trap Ornado more than two three times with a variety of different modes. Ornado does not understand but he deliberately pretends to be stupid rather than continue to be angry with Amadea, following the game Amadea until finally Amadea tired and give up, even making him really curious about the figure of Cladia.
"In the end after meeting and cooperating with you she admitted that you are a great woman worthy of being my wife" Ornado lowered her head for a moment, bowing her head, then again looked at the face of Cladia who even with her eyes still could not hide her beauty.
"You never said anything about Amadea to me," Ornado rose from his knees, standing before Cladia while again gently stroking Cladia's hair, trying to show how much she loves Cladia and never regretting making Cladia her life companion.
"I'm sorry, when I'm with you I'm so focused that I often forget about other things, next time I'll remember to tell you anything about me, including about anyone who's near me," Cladia took a deep breath, without realizing that there was such a relief in her chest at this moment, and she felt guilty for the charges she had aimed at Ornado without finding out first about the truth.
Cladia took a deep breath, come to think of it, it was actually mostly her own fault. All this time Ornado understood so much about himself that he came to small things, whereas Cladia, too indifferent to Ornado, he almost never sought information about who Ornado was, how his life was, how he was, about her family in Italy, even what her husband's hobbies were like Cladia doesn't know for sure.
"Sorry Al, all this time I don't care much about you," Ornado smiled with relief at Cladia's face which no longer showed a sad face.
"Don't worry, we have plenty of time for you to get to know me more deeply, we've got our whole life" Ornado looked at Cladia's face once more, suddenly the memory of Cladia's kiss immediately flashed again in her mind.
"Ehem, rest, it's night, I'll change first" Ornado walked towards the changing room while taking off his suit. For a few minutes Cladia was still silent, but then she stood up and walked towards her bed after closing the window curtain of her room.
