Ch 39 – Sacrifices For The Miss

That morning, Claude who had just started his training session, was again interrupted by the sounds of the bandits moving nearby.

Still holding a bow in his hand, Claude immediately hid, and moved slowly away hoping for his whereabouts to be unknown, and fortunately the bandits just passed by without noticing some arrows that were still stuck in some trees.

‘Thank God’ Claude relieved but he did not want to be rash, Claude immediately moved slowly back to the place of Ashura.

Arriving at Ashura's place, Claude was shocked to see Ashura who had put on a serious face.

“Paman ..”

“I know, now you put all – items into Storage Ring, including the bow in your hand, we will move now, this place is not safe for us to stay”

“Good uncle” Claude immediately pack according to Ashura's orders.

Claude did not comment much because he knew Ashura's decision was true, two days in a row – also they were overshadowed by the existence of the bandits, it was clear that it disrupted Claude's training.

This was only known to both when they saw a marker flare that failed to be issued. ‘Oh no, why am I moving closer to them’

Actually these bandits are not so much a threat to Ashura, he can run away or attack them without losing anything, but the problem is now he is with a little boy named Claude, Claude, which he must protect.

“Not that Mr. Coda and Mr. Belo, why are they here” Claude who noticed the two besieged men was shocked after learning the identity of the two men below him.

“Wait ... wait ..., if they are Mr. Coda and Mr. Belo, means the daughter Mr. Belo is bringing may Miss Flame Princess” Claude unwittingly become excited at the thought of her meeting her idol, “I have to make sure first” Claude moves forward.

With – hearts Claude moved forward and immediately found out that his conjecture turned out to be true, Claude was so happy that he made himself unwary to then step on a small twig so.

“Arghhh, The Hero comesgg” without Claude realizing he fell down with a loud cry coming out of his mouth.

Falling in a pose that convinced Claude to be stunned for a moment ‘What I am doing now’, Claude only realized that he fell right between Mr. Coda and the one who will fight him, Claude gulped his saliva.

Trying to calm himself Claude turned to see his idol “Beautiful girl, Forgive my delay” Claude smiled knot.

‘What the foolish boy was doing’ meanwhile Ashura patted her own forehead looking at the absurd behavior that Claude often did.

“You who?”

Beyond Claude's expectations, the Idol only caught a glimpse of him before bowing his head between Belo's back, while the question came from the big man who was in Claude's presence.

“Cih ugly uncle, you don't need to know who I am, there's no point also” Claude started to stand up slowly as if made as cool as possible, but in reality it was as heavy as that armor on his body.

“Hahaha just this time I met a little boy as brave as you, hahah” Vargas laughed before changing his aura “Hey son, stop being so cool and tell me who you are?” Vargas doesn't want to waste – his time.

“What I do is up to me, who is this ugly uncle in front of me to dare to demand my behavior and identity” Claude sneered with his indifference.

(Aura was different from the skill, when Vargas took out the Blood Rage skill, Claude could still feel it, but when it was just Vargas' aura that came out Claude did not really feel it)

Therefore Claude dared to clash with Vargas which in the assumption Claude is not too dangerous.

“You dare ignore me!!” Vargas was wrathful, and immediately moved to attack Claude who was still standing relaxed.

Vargas raised his sword preparing to slash at Claude with one strike before then, arriving – suddenly Ashura appeared to resist Vargas' attack with his Dagger.

“You want to injure this child, well at least you have to defeat me first” then Ashura reverses the attack with a few incisions to Vargas.

Vargas was overwhelmed by Ashura's speed and inevitably had to move back to give them some distance, after which he saw the marks of several incisions around his body, but because of the Blood Spirit he had, he said, Vargas didn't lose much blood.

‘Assassin?’ “Who are you?” but still the appearance of Ashura made Vargas surprised.

“Again – more questions like that, do you not have any other questions ugly uncle” Claude back said.

“Cih faced off with the Blood Spirit user was indeed very troublesome” Ashura commented on the wound on Vargas' body.

“You know my advantage, but still want to fight with me, you are really brave brother”

“Each uncle, Mr. Belo, Mr. Coda through here we must immediately run” before even told Claude has secured his own escape route.

Belo and Coda who were stunned immediately followed Claude, although they did not know who this – person was but the fact they came helped to make Belo and Coda touched.

“You think you can just walk away in front of me” Vargas tried to run towards Claude.

“Dare to ignore me, you're so brave Ashless, Shadow Blade” a tinge of Dagger energy pointed at Vargas' back.

“Sial” Vargas turned around and resisted Ashura's attack with his greatsword.

Ashura does not stay still he immediately moves behind Vargas' body and performs a Double Attack.

Vargas does not let Ashura attack him, Vargas is forced to jump forward and keep him away from Claude's group.

“What are you guys doing, aren't they your prey hurry after them” Vargas returns angrily looking at Tan Qiang and Wen Qi who are still standing looking at the fight.

“You don't want us ..”

“Let's follow them” Wen Qi immediately cut off Tan Qiang's remark and hurried after Claude.

“Hey young man, what are you doing, fast moving” Belo yelled at Claude who was moving like a snail lacking water.

“Yes young hero, you've been valiant come save me, you have to move fast, we'll escape with” Audrey try to encourage Claude.

“Belo keep moving forward, I will stay here and hold two people who will definitely follow us, hey young man quickly move” Coda stop his movement and turn ready to block anyone who comes after.

“Mr Belo y'all go quickly, just leave me here, I can't move anymore” Claude posing shows the attitude he is ready to sacrifice “Miss Flame Princess leave everything to me, I will banish everyone who dares to chase after you”

“But Young Hero, how about your safety, I can't bear the life sacrifice you gave” Audrey followed Claude's stringing path.

“You don't need to feel indebted to me beautiful lady, meeting you alone has become a living payment for my life.” Hearing Audrey's words, Claude is getting smoldering.

‘Wekk, this child is very shameless’ “Uncle Belo let's just leave this child, rather than him being a burden to us” Audrey whispered softly to Belo.
