“So how is the meeting, what will we do?” Baron Lathias asked.

“So I was assigned to help the adventurer guild build a defense base on the border, hmm this ..” Baron Lathias falls in contemplation.
Baron Lathias knew the intent of the city lord, with his status as one of the richest men in the city, Sir Richard indirectly had him expel a portion of his property to defend the city.
“What are you pondering?!” Baron Yorda again frowned.
Baron Lathias remained unanswered, Baron Lathias was considering how much loss he would experience, and what profit he would gain from helping the adventurer guild this time around.
“Hoy I know you're a greedy human being, but let me ask you, will you still retain your treasure when your life is clearly at stake here?” Baron Yorda could no longer bear the attitude of his friend.
