My Mr's. Virgin

My Mr's. Virgin
Chapter XVII

Ten minutes, fifteen minutes had passed, but, the awaited figure had yet to reveal the trunk of his nose. After attending the weekly service, Noel whined to find his mother.

After returning Noel to Tari, Andrew exited the church, and stood under a mango tree. While leaning on the trunk of a mango tree, his eyes were busy watching the movements of the people who were still chatting in the churchyard. Young-mudi joking, nosy teasing. Children play romp so freely without burden.

Looking at the young people who were laughing, reminded Andreas of someone, the Kribo Mariana. With Mariana, Andreas feels comfortable when he is nearby, even though they only met last night. He even had time to think that Mariana could be a friend and maybe also an antidote for the wounds that he had been suffering. He also hopes to free himself from the shackles that have been tormenting him.

However, the change in Mariana's attitude in just a second, washed away her confidence and hope that had floated on the surface of her heart.

The change disturbs his feelings. He's offended. The taste he had experienced when Rena left him. Disillusioned.

A soft pat on the back averted Andreas' gaze. The figure of the body that had been awaited by his presence, was as sad as a rotten scallop before him. His calm and authoritative carrying in the white robes of the pride of the priests, aroused a sense of jealousy to visit Andrew's soul.

He used to have that pride robe. However, he realized, that everyone has a different calling in his ministry.

"Have you waited so long?"

"Yes, too long ago. My back is rooted, this."

"Ha-ha-ha!" Father Wens laughed at Andreas' reply. They shook hands while asking for news.

"You yourself? Where's my bangs?" ask Father Wens.

"Councry?" Andreas asked back.

"Well, have marriage not invited me, until your heart, e!"

"He-he-he!" Andreas chuckles. "Where do you know I got married?" tanyakanya.

"Frater Benny's. He said you invited him when you met him at church, when he was training" he said. Andreas nodded.

"You know, I was surprised when Brother Benny said you wanted to get married" he said, sitting on a rock near where Andreas was standing.

"Are you not afraid of women anymore?" tanyakanya. Andreas silence.

"Who's your wife's name? Which guy is he?" ask again.

"Not so" said Andreas.

"It's not what?"

"Not married" Andreas said softly, looking down. There is grief in his words.

"Yahoo!" Father Wens looked on in disbelief.

"No way!" He stood up, then grabbed Andreas' hand, scrutinizing the finger of the hand wanting to ascertain it himself. There was no ring on his ring finger.

"Why?" tanyanya.

"She ran, I mean she left a month before the wedding took place."

"Go with another man?"

"No! But I don't know why." Father Wens was silent. "My phobia has not healed yet" he continued. Silent. Each with his own thoughts. Father Wens sat down on the rock. Long they remained silent.

"You know someone named Mariana?" Andreas asked, breaking the silence.

"Woman's her name is Mariana?"

Andreas shakes. "The woman my father betrothed me to."

"What?" Father Wens was surprised. "Since when do NTT people like to match their children? If anything, it was in the days of Siti Nurbaya," he continued. "He-he-he!" He chuckles amusedly.

'Mariana? The crib was also named Mariana, Andreas' inner being.

'Ahh, no! She's not. I'm sure it's not him. Hopefully, not him, ' his heart is speechless.

"But that's what happened to me" Andreas said.

"Then what about your lover? You don't want to wait for him?" Andreas fell silent. This question was also asked by Ben.

"I guess, no!" he said, but his heart hesitated.

"Mariana's name, a lot. I was transferred here a few months too. So you don't really know the congregation here yet" replied Father Wens.

"Your family, maybe there's a Mariana or an acquaintance of k ...."

"Nothing," replied Father Wens quickly, "do you not know that woman you were betrothed to?" tanyakanya.

Andreas shakes. "Just know her name is Mariana. I was told to find it for myself."

"Squeaky. He-he-he!" Father Wens chuckled again. It stands. Sitting too long, so hot ass.

"Your story is like that in my favorite romantic novel, my pounding" he continued.

"If you manage to meet Mariana, then marry her, let me do the blessing in the church, unite the two of you." Andreas just smiled in response.

Father Wens glanced at the clock that was coiled around his wrist. "It's almost time. I have mass in St.'s church. Elizabeth in Lewokung. You wanna come?" ask Father Wens.

Andreas also glanced at his watch, only fifteen more minutes left, the hour hand showed at 11:00 WITA.

"Okay," he answered.

St Church. Elizabeth was in the hometown of Mariana, the village of Mokantarak which people always call Heras or Lewokung.

Because the priests in the diocese of Larantuka were not crowded, so these shepherds were assigned in turn to perform liturgical celebrations at each station.

Kampung Mariana is not too far from the city of Larantuka, only 9 km away.

Using a motorcycle owned by Father Wens driven by Father Wens himself, the two-wheeled vehicle has now split the density of the highway to the village of Mariana

...***...

Mariana squirms, fixing her head. His neck hurt, because it hung too long on the edge of the bed. The girl always sleeps recklessly.

Kriuuk, kriuuk!

The residents of the central village have also gone berserk. They haven't had lunch today.

Mariana woke up, she glanced at the alarm clock placed on the table next to her bed. It is 13:20 WITA. Sunday is a good time to sleep. Once a week, right?

Crc, kriuuk, kriuuk!

Mariana rubbed her stomach. "Patience! You will also get rations later. Patient in the love of God."

He yawns, "Huuuaaa! What cooking dance is today? The hunger!" He got up, walked and opened the door. Stop in front of the door for a moment, wriggling, stretching his joint muscles.

"Yahoo!" As he yawned, the tail of his eyes caught the torso standing in front of the entrance of the house looking at him.

Mariana was embarrassed, wanting to close her mouth again, but, already wet so let all of you take a shower.

"Yahoooo!" This time he opened his mouth wider, while looking at Andreas. He raised his eyebrows as if asking 'why are you looking at me? Are you fascinated by my beauty?'

Andreas was a little surprised to see Mariana's reaction. The girl did not know any manners. Vaporized wide just like that in front of him. He could even see Mariana's throat child. But he was silent.

The desire of his heart to say hello to Mariana, but the intention was stopped, because he could not expect the attitude of Mariana who always changed. Afraid to spray again, if the spray is using lombok (cili/chili) will be painful to the eyes. The heart also feels painful.

Andreas passed to his room, wanting to rest. He had lunch in the village of Mariana, with Father Wens because he was invited by the Chairman of the Stasi Hall to eat together. Mariana also seemed to not care much.
