Chapters. 39 Celebration Parades

"What's? you're going to be at your birthday party this afternoon?" prince Enzo said he could not believe it when he and Princess Artha were having their bad breakfast.

"Yes, that's right." replied Princess Artha as she continued to eat her dishes.

" Isn't it too exhausting for you?" prince Enzo was a little worried about the condition of Princess Artha who had to parade on an open horse carriage along the road in the city of Magna while greeting the people of the Magna kingdom who wanted to wish him a happy birthday.

" Hmmm... I don't think it will be too tiring, but you will also come with me, right?" princess Artha said.

"Of course." said Prince Enzo, of course he had to accompany his wife because this was the first time for Princess Artha to appear directly to the inhabitants of the kingdom of Magna.

Meanwhile behind the door of the palace dining room where the prince Enzo and princess Artha lived were two people who were seen waiting for their two masters anxiously.

"Oh, God how much longer do we have to wait!" robie said as she continued to look at the door hoping that they were waiting for soon out of the door.

The anniversary parade and the welcome for princess Artha will start in an hour, but for the second time they will have to wait a long time.

Earlier this morning Robie and Natalie had to wait for Prince Enzo and his master's daughter Artha to wake up early.Unusually they both had to wait until the sun was high enough plus their room door in the lock from the inside.

"Hhh..What they did last night until they were exhausted like this." Robie said with a deep sigh as she and Natalie waited for the two in front of the door this morning. Robie's words made Natalie squint her forehead.

And the incident repeated again now, the two of them had to wait in front of the dining room.

" Natalie, do you think we should just barge in?" robie said, when she saw two bodyguards were walking in droves towards them to pick up Prince Enzo and princess Artha to immediately go to the parade place in the beginning.

"It doesn't seem necessary, Robie!" natalie said as she directed her gaze to the dining room door that was already open.

" Ah, your majesty is really on time!" said Robie immediately meet prince Enzo and princess Artha.

" Are we leaving now?" prince Enzo asked the guards.

" Yes, your highness. Everyone was waiting in front." said the bodyguard politely.

"Well, are you ready Artha?" prince Enzo said as he extended his arm to princess Artha.

"I'm ready!" princess Artha answered as she wrapped her hands around Prince Enzo's arm cheerfully.

Princess Artha's birthday parade has begun,on the open horse-drawn carriage prince Enzo and princess Artha waved to the people of the Magna kingdom who were lined up on the side of the road to meet their future empress. There are some people who try to shake hands with the princess and some give a beautiful bouquet as a gift for the princess. Princess Artha looks very happy and happy to meet the people of the kingdom of Magna who are quite friendly according to her. At first princess Artha was not sure it would be welcomed warmly like this, but when princess Artha saw a lot of Magna people who came to just congratulate her, she felt very touched.

"It seems you have taken the hearts of the people of Magna from me." joked Prince Enzo with a small smile.

"I didn't expect this much either" said Artha's daughter, she still continued to wave her hand from the top of the carriage.

Passing through a fairly crowded area, Prince Enzo saw a rather unusual figure among the crowd. But he thought that maybe that person was just an ordinary freak.

"Shuut..!"

An arrow shot out from the crowd towards the chest of princess Artha who was waving her hand.

"Artha, lookout!!" prince Enzo shouted as he realized there was an arrow shot towards them. Unfortunately, it was too late.

"Aaagh!!" strangling princess Artha, blood flowed from the part of her body that was hit by arrows.

"That...!!"

Prince Enzo's screams immediately shattered Princess Artha's collapsed body.

Things went awry, the crowd started screaming in panic and running to save themselves. The bodyguards immediately made shields for prince Enzo and princess Artha. Some of them immediately chased and looked for the figure that released the arrow earlier.

Natalie cries while holding the princess' body.

"Daughter Artha, forgive me for not taking good care of you! princess please hold on!hyks!" natalie said in the middle of her crying.

"Robie you're looking for the man who shot Artha to see you!! I'll take Artha back to the palace!" prince Enzo said in anger, This is the first time Robie saw the prince so angry.

"Oh, your honor!" exclaimed Robie immediately went to find a figure who had dared to shoot princess Artha.

Moments later, in the palace, Prince Enzo waited for his wife, who was still lying weakly in bed. The arrow that had stuck in his arm had been removed. The court physician, Lord Recliff, had already given medicine for his wound, but the arrow did not reach the chest of the princess, if it was impossible that princess Artha could not be helped anymore.

"Who dares to do this under my nose?" his murmuring was slow but full of emphasis.

"Just look, when I find you, you're done!!" screeching growl.

Meanwhile Robie and several palace guards were searching every alley and street in Magna city, but the figure they were looking for could not be found.

"What if we split into two small groups? that'll make it easier for us to find the guy." Robie suggested to the bodyguards who were looking like him.

"Okay, I agree too!" said the other bodyguard while separating into two groups.

Robie and two other people are now browsing through some of the residents' houses that look quite crowded in this area.

"Tok..tok..!"

Robie knocks on the door of the house they suspect. For a while no one answered their beats.

"Tok...!"

"Look..!"

"Look..!"

Robie again knocked on the door of the house that looked lonely.

"Buck..!"

The wooden door of the house was opened by an old woman, she was seen staring vigilantly at the guards in front of her.

"What's wrong?who're y'all?" ketus.

"Sorry madam, we're Magna's palace guards. We were looking for the bad guy he ran this way. Did you see any suspicious people around here, ma'am?" ask Robie to the old lady.

"No!I didn't see anyone!" he nodded while closing the door.

"Sets..!"

Robie blocked the door with her silence.

"Sorry madam, I still have another question." she said with a smile.

With a pouting face the woman again opened a little door of her house.

"Yes, what else is it? didn't I tell you I didn't see anyone, huh!" he looks really upset.

"Mmm..did you stay with someone, mistress?" ask Robie again.

"No! I just live alone!" abugn.

Robie gave a small nod while thinking about something.

"Hey, sir, escort!are you done yet?I want to get some rest!" the woman was impatient.

Robie took her hand off the door of the old lady's house.

"No madam, I'm done. Thank you!" robie said, then he and the other bodyguards immediately passed from the house.

The old woman immediately closed the door of her house tightly. Meanwhile Robie and the bodyguards who had already moved away from the house suddenly stopped and turned around.

"The old woman lied!" robie yelled to the other bodyguard.

"really?" yell at one of them.

"Yes, he lied when he said he lived alone! There was another pair of shoes that someone else had just put on from the outside and it wasn't the old woman's shoes, because the size wasn't the size of an old woman's shoes."

Robie smiled cynically.
