Chapters. 19 A clear morning and yew forest

Not as usual, from this morning princess Artha has a new task as a wife of Prince Enzo, which is to accompany her breakfast.

Although they were in the same palace as the king and empress Magna, but basically princess Artha and prince Enzo lived on different sides, if King Edward and Queen Elizabeth lived in the western part of the palace, Prince Enzo and Princess Artha lived in the eastern part of the palace.

They will only eat together on Sunday nights or other important days, because usually every member of the royal family, especially those who are married, will have their own activities.

This morning Prince Enzo and princess Artha were eating their breakfast at the dinner table, there was no conversation from the two.

Although Princess Artha is the type of person who likes to chat, but she is still a little upset by the events last night, she also feels confused about what to start talking about. Prince Enzo, as usual, remained silent and indifferent.

The two of them finally finished breakfast, the servants had already cleaned the table neatly. Prince Enzo got up from his seat.

"Where are you going?" ask Princess Artha suddenly.

Prince Enzo paused for a moment,

"Practice archery" he answered flatly.

He turned to Princess Artha.

"What's wrong?" ask him to the princess.

"No, I'm just asking." replied princess Artha indifferently.

Prince Enzo again walked out of the room, towards the field where he was training.

"Hhhh. She's so cold!" sigh princess Artha.

"What am I going to do today?" said Princess Artha while being confused.He finally decided to go back to his room only.

"Tok..tok..!" the door to the room is knocked.

"This princess Natalie and Jenny" exclaimed in a voice from outside.

"Come in!" answered princess Artha.

Natalie and Jenny enter the room while carrying a basket of grapes and wild berries.

"Good morning, did you sleep well last night?" jenny asked curiously with a smile teasing the princess.

Natalie placed the fruit container on the tea table, right in front of princess Artha who was sitting reading a book.

Natalie nudges Jenny's elbow telling her to stop teasing the princess.

"Mmm.it seems like I slept quite well last night" said the princess innocently.

Jenny looks disappointed with the princess's answer, of course Jenny expects a different answer from Princess Artha about her first night as a bride.

"O, I see." Jenny said disappointed.

"Your majesty, eat this, all these fruits are very fresh, we both plucked them from the palace garden" Natalie said.

"really?! thank you." said princess Artha while taking a grain of grapes from the basket.

"Mmmm.this is so sweet!!" exclaim princess Artha while taking more wine from the basket.

"Come on, let's eat these fruits together!" the princess said to her two favorite ladies.

Without saying much Natalie and Jenny tasting the fruits they brought earlier.

"Yes right, this wine and berries are so sweet!" jenny exclaimed as she chewed some fruit in her mouth.

"The fruit at the end of this summer still feels good, but unfortunately soon it will enter autumn, we can not freely pick it every day anymore" said Natalie.

"Where is the orchard?" ask princess Artha.

"It's not far from the palace kitchen, there are many fruit trees there, but the one that's bearing fruit is currently a berry bush and wine." Jenny replied her mouth did not stop chewing the grapes.

"It looks interesting, can we go there?" princess Artha said.

"All right, let's go!" exclaimed princess Artha, she felt a little bored staying in her room, looking at the fruit trees was quite interesting for her than just staying in the room.

The three of them moved towards the orchard at the back of the palace, not too far from the kitchen.

Princess Artha wore a blue sea coat, because it is now entering early autumn, although the sun is shining but the cold still feels piercing.

Natalie and Jenny showed me the fruit orchard they told me about.

"Here's a glorious place." said Natalie.

Princess Artha was very happy to see the grapes hanging from the tendrils, some colored berry bushes also showed the fruit. They picked some more fruit to bring.

"Is there a yew forest?" asked Princess Artha while directing her gaze across the field behind the orchard.

"Oh, my majesty, there's an old yew forest. The yew trees there are hundreds of years old" replied Natalie.

The yew tree is the English fir tree (Taxus baccata).

Princess Artha thought for a moment, she suddenly remembered the incident a few days ago, when poisonous cookies made Natalie almost lose her life.

"Jenny, don't you work in the palace kitchen?" ask princess Artha.

"Yes, your highness. Is there anything you need, your majesty?" jenny said.

"Do you know who in the palace kitchen is responsible for making snacks?" ask princess Artha to investigate.

"Hmm.try to see.Mr Churros is the main chef of the dessert section, but there are some maids who help him." replied Jenny steadily.

"Who are they?" ask again.

"Marie and Anna and Miss Anne who usually cook desserts in the form of cookies and other cakes."

"It's only been a few days since Miss Anne was not seen in the kitchen, I don't know why she wasn't seen in her room either." added Jenny again.

"Is that about five or six days ago?" ask Princess Artha again.

"Mmm.iya you're right princess, around that day! " jenny shouted while patting her hand.

"What do you think of Princess Artha?" Natalie is a little suspicious of Princess Artha's question.

"Ah, no. I was just thinking." said princess Artha, she was not too sure what she was thinking.

"Shuut...!!" the sound of arrows hurtling towards his target was heard by the three of them as they passed the other side of the field where the archery practice was.

"Oh, that's your highness prince Enzo!" exclaim Jenny.

The three of them turned their heads towards Prince Enzo who was practicing archery along with general Valentine as well as some soldiers.

"Prince Enzo looks so dashing!" jenny exclaimed with twinkling eyes.

Natalie again elbowed Jenny's waist which mouth was very slippery. Natalie seemed to remind Jenny not to admire the husband of people, let alone that they are with the wife of the prince at this time.

"Sorry noble." - Jenny bowed, she realized her behavior had made her look humiliating in front of princess Artha.

"It's okay Jenny." said Princess Artha with a small smile, she also realized that the silhouette of Prince Enzo's body must make all the women who see it will be amazed.

"Let's go back. Soon at lunch, Jenny had to go back to the kitchen to prepare the dish." said Princess Artha and walked back to the room followed by Natalie and Jenny.

Prince Enzo looked at the side of the field, he could see the silhouette of princess Artha walking there .Then her smile broadened a little.

"What's up, your majesty?is something bothering you?"general Valentine said when he saw Prince Enzo's sudden smile.

"It's okay uncle. I only saw a little bird on the side of the field." he smiled as he raised his bow.

General Valentine stared at the side of the field not found a sekor bird perched there.
