P.O.V Emma's.

I grumbled and slowly opened my eyes only to be faced with a huge fancy chandelier overhead. My eyes widen. I grumbled in pain as I felt pain in my head. I held my head and massaged it slowly to relieve the agonizing pain. I looked around and found myself in a luxurious bedroom. The room had a large wall painted in cream color. The windows are also large and covered with large thick curtains.

'WHERE AM I?'

I panicked and immediately tried to get up but was suddenly pulled back to make me fall in bed. My forehead is confused. I looked back.

"Oh God!!"

I'm cuffed to the bed. 'No, no, no, no, ' my heart started beating irregularly. Immediately an incident in the past appeared before my eyes. An ace? His cruel acts? I fainted. That means he drugged me?

cold sweat started to form on my forehead. No, I can't let him do this with me. That sick psychopath dared to kidnap me. His intentions were not good. He even harassed me. I started pulling hard at the handcuffs trying to free myself.

"PLEASE!!! ANYONE CAN HELP ME!!!," I shouted as tears of fear and despair began to flow down my cheeks. I pulled harder on the tie which only bruised my wrist. I cried, screamed but no one came to save me.

After about ten minutes the door opened violently making me jump in fear. I turned to the door, my eyes twinkling with excitement as I waited patiently for my savior but my hope died halfway through when my teary eyes met the same pitch black sphere.

Ace

Ace went inside and locked the door. He then turned to face me. She was still wearing her old clothes, but what surprised me was her eyes. His eyes were empty and very cold. His face is expressionless. He looked at me blankly while I looked at him with terror. All the memories of the past began to spin in my mind like cassettes. He started walking towards me. My senses instantly aroused on alert mode as soon as I saw him approaching me.

"Please, no. Leave me alone," I began to shout like a madman, but Ace remained unperturbed by my outburst of emotions. His gaze was still cold while his steps were extremely measurable.

I crawled back on the bed. Ace stopped by the bed and looked at me with a sly look while I looked at him, watching his every move. I was shocked and frightened at the same time. Tears kept coming out of my eyes because I was too scared of him.

The mattress slowly came down as he sat beside me. I moved to the corner and looked at him fearfully.

"Why so scared, baby?" he spoke in a mocking tone.

"Please leave me. I'm married," I spoke in a broken voice while wiping away the tears that kept flowing with the back of my hand.

His eyes widened in shock after hearing my answer. The flame of hope lit up in my heart seeing her reaction. I nodded hard to convince her. Suddenly he came closer to my face. I immediately retreated, the corners of her lips curled into an evil smile that confused me.

"William, William Knights," I immediately replied. Ace then came closer to my face. I immediately backed away from him.

"The mob you betrayed?"

He spoke in a stern voice while looking at me sharply. I was surprised to see it.

"I'm not betraying-"

A scream came out from my lips when he suddenly hit his hand beside my head on the bed board, making me close my eyes tightly. I opened my eyes and looked at him only to retreat back in fear.

Suddenly, his eyes turned blood red and his face darkened.

"DON'T LIE!!!"

He growled while biting tightly. I shook my head in denial as tears continued to flow like waterfalls.

"I'm not lying. I'm not me-"

Ace did not let me finish talking, he immediately grabbed my cheek tightly and pushed me into bed. Then he stood above me. I started rolling around and screaming in his clutches.

"You're a foul con, Emma. You left him to suffer alone. He was ruined because of you. And now you even dare TO LIE MY FACE!!"

He shouted ferociously while pinching my cheek loudly. I screamed in pain. I kept shaking my head, but he immediately let go of his grip. I was still in a daze when he suddenly took off my handcuffs. Then he grabbed my right arm and pulled me out of bed.

"Ace, listen... AHH!!", I shouted as he grabbed my hair and started dragging me away outside. I kept screaming because it hurt so much. I couldn't even look around me because she kept dragging me like an animal. Shouts of pain came out of my mouth when he suddenly pushed me to the floor. I turned around and looked at him in shock.

"From now on she's the maid in this house. She'll do all the housework. And I warned you all...NO ONE'S GONNA HELP HIM, OKAY?"

He shouted at all the guards and servants. They immediately nodded in fear. I got up and looked at him sharply.

I shouted furiously. He looked at me sharply and walked up to me furiously, but I ran from there. I looked around to find the exit. My eyes lit up as soon as I saw the large wooden door. I immediately changed steps and ran towards him.

"GUARD, CATCH HIM!!" the sound of booming screams throughout the hall made my heart beat violently. I sped up my steps, but soon Ace's guards caught me.

"NO, LET GO OF ME!" I screamed and started kicking hands and feet in the air like crazy. Then Ace grabbed me from them. I kept fighting in his grasp. He then pulled my hair so I looked at his angry eyes.

"Listen to me or-"

"NO!! NEVER WAS!! LET GO!!"

I didn't let him finish talking and spit in his face. His eyes immediately darkened and his chest trembled with his anger.

In an instant, he threw me over his shoulder like a cloth and started walking somewhere. I panicked and started hitting him on the back.

"NO, NO!! HELP!!! SOMEONE HELP!!!"

A sharp stabbing pain struck my stomach as Ace kicked something so vigorously that his shoulder collided with my stomach. I raised my head a little. He took me into a different room. Ace then closed the door with a thumping sound and the door automatically locked.

Ace then rubbed my cheek with one hand and I felt the bile rise up my throat and the breath become congested. I felt dizzy when suddenly, I was thrown into bed. I fell with my face down. I turned around and looked at Ace in fear. I tried to get up but he was immediately above me.

"Why are you doing this? What have I done to you?" I cried while trying to escape from his grip.

Ace then rubbed my cheek with one hand and with the other he began to tidy up my hair.

"Something you should never have done."

He snorted with tightly gritted teeth while looking at me ferociously. I looked at him in confusion.

"You can't escape me, little girl. So, you better obey my orders. Work for me as a maid and I won't hurt you. But if you dare to fight me... I won't hesitate to-"

He hissed near my lips while moving his hand to my neck and then, I screamed in fear.

"NO!!! HELP!!!"

"Then listen to me" he grinned.

I started to cry hysterically while looking at her in fear. He wiped my tears and held my face with his palm.

"The rules are simple - Obey me and you won't get hurt. Never insult me and... Never try to escape," she then licked my lower lip gently making me moan.

"Or you'll get the worst punishment of your life."

I looked at him with sparkling eyes. He then kissed my jaw line and spoke in a heavy voice.

"Do you understand?" He looked at me sharply. I nodded with defeat.

Ace laughs. He was clearly enjoying my helpless state. He came closer and almost kissed me, but I immediately slapped him hard on his cheek.

"DIDN'T YOU HAVE ANY SHAME? I AM A MARRIED WIFE"

I shouted furiously while looking at him with hatred and disdain. He sneered.

"Then where is he?" he's making fun of.

"Don't interfere in my personal life. You have no rights"

"I ASKED WHERE IS HE?"

He cut while growling loudly on my face, making me surprised.

"AND WHY SHOULD I TELL YOU? WHO EXACTLY ARE YOU?"

I screamed back with anger. Ace then laughed darkly. I bit my lower lip to control my crying, but she pulled my lower lip with her thumb and massaged it. I kept shaking my head while continuing to fight it, but the words spoken next made my soul leave my body. I froze while looking at him in fear.

"You don't know me yet, Emma?"
