THE P.O.V. Emma

Today is a big day in my life. Wh why? Because today I will marry my "Prince of Charming.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Emma Olivia and I'm 21. My boyfriend is William Knight, the man I've been since I was a kid. William is two years older than me. He is the most famous and successful billionaire and businessman in America.

William proposed to me last year. And guess what? Isn't it obvious? I gladly accept it. Who wouldn't accept if the person we liked since childhood proposed to us? Funny, right?

For me, love is not about wealth. I loved her long ago, before I even knew what love was. William also said that I was the only woman in his life and he loved me from the bottom of his heart.

Right now there's a bunch of fairies decorating me. When I was ready, I finally checked myself in the mirror.

"Ma'am, you look beautiful" said one stylist while praising me. I was embarrassed to hear it. I looked at myself once more and was about to get out of the room when suddenly my phone rang.

I saw the call ID and it turned out it was my friend John who called. John is a secret agent working for the United States Intelligence Agency. No one knows the secret except me.

"You guys just go. I'll be here soon" I said to the fairies. They nodded and left the room. I'll pick up the phone immediately.

"Hey, John, what-"

"Open the window, Emma."

I was shocked to hear his harsh tone. I rushed to the window and opened it. John jumped into my room.

"Hey! The Spiderman. Nice to meet you" I said with a laugh.

"I don't have time for jokes, okay? Just take this, "he said in a hoarse voice while giving me a file.

"This what?" I asked because I was really confused by her behavior.

"Just open it and read it" he said in a stern voice. I don't know why, suddenly my heart beats faster. I feel so scared.

Then he opened the front page of the file. My heart sank in my stomach. All the blood on my face was dropping. My hands are trembling with fear.

"There is a picture of William with the word 'DICARI' written thickly underneath," I said, staring at John with tears in my eyes.

"What's this?" ask me with a trembling voice. John then held his shoulder tightly and spoke with a guilt-ridden look. "I know I shouldn't have done this, but there's no other choice to save you now." I looked at him confused, even though my heart was pounding in my chest.

"What are you talking about?" I'm starting to panic. John then let out a heavy sigh and finally revealed everything.

"He, William Knight, is the Mafia" he replied.

"He's not a businessman, Emma. He is the boss of the most dangerous and terrifying gang in the world, namely 'THE BLACK DRAGON'. He lied to you. William's crazy obsessed with you, Emma. He's a dangerous lunatic who would do anything to own you. You and your parents are in great danger. You should immediately run away from him now," explained John in a single breath, while I continued to cry and shook my head in denial. I can't believe that harsh reality.

"NO. he won't" I couldn't finish my sentence when John suddenly covered my mouth with his hand making me speechless.

"Don't yell Emma. I'm just trying to protect you. If you scream, they'll kill me" whispered John. My eyes widen.

"What the hell is going on?"

"but why? And why tell me now?" i whine. John sighed and took his hand out of my mouth.

"Emma, I've been wanting to tell you this since many years ago, but William has always been watching me and forbade me even to meet you. You don't know, he even tried to kill me a lot but somehow, I was able to escape his claws. You have to leave, Emma. We don't have much time".he tried to hold my hand but I pulled it back because I was still in a state of shock.

"No John! I love him and he loves me too. He would not do such a thing," I spoke hesitantly.

"DO YOU WANT YOUR PARENTS DEAD?" John whispered loudly to my surprise.

"Emma, I can't explain the details right now. You should go with me and don't worry about Uncle and Aunt, I'll escort them in secret. Then you have to hurry to the airport and leave America quickly. I've planned everything." John tried to pull me, but I didn't flinch because I was still confused.he looked at me sadly.

"Please Emma, I beg you", she pleaded with teary eyes.

My mind became empty. I can't understand anything. Then he grabbed my hand and dragged me towards the window forcefully but before we could both leave suddenly the sound of gunfire in the room made me jump in fright. John fell to the floor. I can't process what just happened? Blood started to flow from his head.

"John!" I screamed as I saw his body lying stiff on top of the pool of blood. I immediately bowed my body but my right hand was held firmly and pulled violently. I turned around and saw an angry William looking at me with glaring eyes, in his left hand he was holding...

"A GUN"

The reality jolted me like lightning.

William is a real mafia.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?", I shouted furiously and broke free from his deadly clutches. I took a few steps back while looking at her with teary red eyes. William raised his left eyebrow; his face was blackened by anger.

"What..me...do?" he snarled threateningly. He approached me with threatening steps, his eyes never leaving my sight.

Anger filled my veins. Suddenly, my fear was replaced with anger.

"SO, YOU'RE A MAFIA. YOU'RE A LIAR, YOU'RE A FRAUD. HOW CAN YOU DO THIS TO ME? TELL me", I screamed with all my might while looking at him sharply.

"BE QUIET!", William shouted in a thunderous voice making me freeze in fear. I looked at him in fear as he raised his hand and started stroking my left cheek with a gun.

"Darling, I love you so much and I know that you don't like criminals so how can I risk our relationship by telling the TRUTH? but this BASTARD ruined everything... Don't worry we'll get married no matter what... And I'll MAKE SURE" he said darkly, kicking John's dead body.

"NO, NO," I pushed him back with all my might, making him stagger back. I bowed and hugged John tightly. I looked at William, and with the courage I held, I spit.

"Never in my life will I marry a murderer, a criminal, a mobster like you. Never in a million years...YOU DIRTY DEVIL... AWAY ME... I HATE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART... GO!", I shouted with tears flowing like a waterfall, but I immediately regretted saying so. William stared.

My eyes widened as I looked at her blood-red eyes. The room temperature drops and the air around us becomes stuffy. His aura became grim and deadly. I started to tremble in fear just by looking at her. His eyes were blood-red, his jaw clenched, and his hand grasped the gun so tightly that blood began to drip from his hand. I was so surprised.

He then walked towards me with predatory steps and grabbed my forearm tightly, pulling me away from John with one hand. With his other hand, he fired a whole bullet in John's chest so I shouted out loud. William then looked at me angrily and said in a noisy voice that gave me goosebumps.

"If you don't want this to happen to your parents, DO WHAT I SAY, OKAY?"

I was surprised to see it. He then threw his weapon and smashed me against the wall violently. William then tilted his head like a madman. I started shaking in his arms.

"Don't you dare touch anyone but me. GOTCHA?... And Yes Dear... You're going down now... We're getting married HERE... RIGHT NOW", he said in a sinister tone while holding me firmly. I keep looking at him. My face was soaked with tears. Then, she wiped my tears with her index finger and started caressing my cheek.

"Don't cry. If I see the tears coming out of your eyes, I'll ruin everything or your mother and your parents will take their last breaths. Don't you dare fight, son", he said with a cynical laugh. William then took off my shoulder and called out to his bodyguard.

"Clean up this mess and all of you" she said, pointing to the stylists "Replace her dress and fix her makeup", william then looked at me and spoke in a cynical tone and smiled disgustingly "NOW".

He then left the room while tightly closing the door. I fell to the ground and started crying loudly. All the girls ran towards me and tried to cheer me up. They felt pity, but no one dared to go against him.

"Why William?"

Late P.O.V. Emma.

~ On wedding

The mansion is beautifully decorated. William himself arranged all the wedding decorations. The hall is decorated with white lilies and pink roses because that is Emma's favorite flower. She loved flowers so much, so she made special arrangements to decorate the entire mansion with flowers just for her love. A dazzling and glittering chandelier took center stage in the ceremony. All decorated very magnificently and looks very luxurious.

This is the peak of heaven.

William wore an elegant black Armani suit and looked very handsome. She talks casually with her friends but her eyes are fixed on the top of the stairs expectantly looking forward to the love of her life.

Suddenly, the hall became silent. William's eyes sparkled with love and happiness.

"Emma," he whispered.

There she saw her beautiful angel descending from the stairs slowly looking very stunning with her wedding dress. Her stunning beauty fascinated William. Emma was looking down nervously. William then approached Emma and extended his hand to her. But Emma didn't take it. Everyone gets confused. William slowly held onto his hand and tightened his grasp. Sounded ******* from his mouth but he still hasn't looked up to William. Then William pulled her slowly closer to him.

"Daughter, you look so awesome" she whispered into her ear as she gently put a hair behind her ear. Emma trembled at the touch, which William did not miss. William's eyes softened and he held Emma's hand gently.

"Don't be afraid of me, Princess. I'm not gonna hurt you. Please believe me," he said in a soft voice while raising his chin. Emma then looked at him with teary eyes. However, his sad look turned into an angry look that definitely provoked Mafioso's anger. William holds

his chin firmly and spoke in a firm voice.

"Don't be naughty here or try to mess things up, baby," then he tilted his body and whispered in his ear, "Or get ready to see your parents' blood." Hearing that, Emma's eyes instantly widened and William said as he whispered in his ear, "Or get ready to be submerged in tears."

she almost cried but William immediately restrained himself by putting his index finger on her red lips.

"No, honey, it's entirely up to you. If you play around with me, you'll see the happy faces of your parents, but if you dare to play games with me then you'll see the faces of your dead parents," he snorted in her ear leaving Emma in despair.

William then gently wiped Emma's tears away. Emma kept looking at him with a broken heart. His father then walked towards them. William smiled at her.he then looked at Emma and looked at her sharply. Emma smiled back at her father. His father smiled and gently patted his head. Then she held Emma's hand and walked with her into the hallway.

P.O.V Emma:

I don't know what to do now. I can't say or do anything. I could neither accept nor escape. I never even dreamed that the love of my life, which became everything to me, would do this to me.

I kept my head down because I didn't want to see this disgusting monster anymore. I hate it with all my heart now. He ruthlessly killed my good friend and even forced me to his madness. He is a complete psychopath. I never knew that the William I knew was such a ruthless person!!

I actually felt dead inside and shouted in my mind for my father to save me from this beast, but I was so afraid of him. William must have frightened me with his monster actions above. I won't be able to save myself from this demon right now, but at least I can save my parents from it.

We slowly reached the priest and soon began the 'I'm Ready' ceremony'. Then we changed the ring.

Everyone started cheering for us. I looked towards my parents only to see their sparkling eyes glittering with joy. William then held my cheek gently and pulled me into a passionate kiss. I didn't respond and he didn't even care. Then she let go of her kiss and looked into my eyes lovingly. I immediately cut off eye contact. Then she grabbed my waist and pulled me towards her.

"Now you're mine, Emma"
