CHAPTER 30

Darwin and Gracia deeply regret their actions. Once they find out who Amora Cerry really is, they get even more scared of running her hotel business. Almost all Kurnia hotel business colleagues decided to cooperate. And now Darwin and Gracia are in ruin. Hotel guests are declining every day.

"It's all because of you Grace." Darwin snapped at his daughter. "You should be able to investigate who chef Amor is before you tell papa to do that" he continued.

"Why papa blames me, you should have investigated him. Papa has men who can find out. Grace's just a papa's daughter who doesn't know what. Everything was ruined because of chef Amor, our plan even Dion who is now still on vacation in Singapore." replied Gracia.

"You useless child, you can only spend papa's money and spoiled at home. Go back to your mama in America." Darwin ordered.

"Oh so now papa doesn't want Grace anymore, papa doesn't love Grace. All right, Grace's going back to Mama. But papa don't regret it, if Grace comes back to America. Grace won't see papa anymore." Gracia threatened.

"No papa doesn't want you Grace, you see our company is on the verge of collapse. Papa just doesn't want to hurt you, trust me. If this is done, Papa will follow you to America. We start again there exactly as your mother wanted." replied Darwin.

"You are crazy, you are husband and wife but choose to live separately. You've not been together for 5 years. What kind of household are you building. And I am the victim of your selfishness" Gracia said.

"Just what you say, Grace, we have our own reasons. And we do this for your happiness." replied Darwin.

"Papa and Mama are crazy, I'm not happy. I almost go crazy every year to go to America - Indonesia. What happiness have you given me." replied Gracia.

Plaaaakk...

A hard slap floated on Gracia's cheek. Darwin was furious at his daughter's words, but he regretted slapping her only daughter. Gracia cried and ran to her room.

"I'm sorry papa Grace." cried Darwin.

But Gracia didn't listen to him. An hour later the woman came out of her room with a very large suitcase.

"Grace, I'm sorry papa. Where are you going?" ask Darwin.

Gracia did not answer him, she continued to walk past Darwin. Darwin pulled his hand.

"Grace, replied papa. Papa knows papa hurt you wrong." Darwin said sadly.

"Go take care of everything here, Grace, wait in America. Forget everything that happened here. Come back with us before you go to jail for a lot of corruption that you do." replied Gracia.

Darwin was astonished by his daughter's remark, he let Grace leave him. His daughter was right, he had to sell his hotel immediately and return to America. He has made many mistakes that make his daughter like this. Darwin wants to see William, he hopes his best friend can help him now.

Steven was already in Lampung, he has been following Hengky Marco and his daughter since the incident. He did not want to release Amora, especially after Hengky decided their cooperation. Hengky was very angry, because he kidnapped his daughter. But this is not what he wanted. He fell in love at first sight with Amora. She is currently the CEO of Sheraton. And the woman was very famous for being the chef at her hotel. It made Steven fall in love with her.

Steven even knows what happened to the Pranadja family. It's been almost a month that Amora and Dion are out of touch, it's an opportunity for Steven to approach Amora. He looked at the Sheraton hotel in front of him. This luxurious hotel belongs to the Amora family. He will stay at the hotel to get close to Amora.

"I want to meet the CEO of this hotel" Steven said.

"I'm sorry, sir, have you an appointment?" ask receptionist.

Steven shakes. "Give me the best room here, then tell your CEO to meet me" he replied.

"Sorry sir, the best room is full. And you can't see our CEO if you don't make an appointment." replied the receptionist again.

The receptionist immediately contacted Amora. Then nodded a few times.

"Sorry for our rudeness, please wait in the lobby." said the receptionist.

"Are you putting me down, I told you to wait in the lobby." Steven snapped.

"It looks like our guest this time is very stubborn" said Hengky Marco.

Everyone greeted their president.

"How are you, Mr Stev?" ask Hengky Marco.

"I didn't think you were here, Mr. Marco. We haven't seen each other since you cut off our cooperation. Why did you give up that much money just out of anger over my treatment of your daughter" Steven replied.

"You're a very arrogant young man, Mr. Stev, if you're very famous in your area. Then you don't expect to be famous here, especially if I'm going to spread what you did to my daughter. Maybe your reputation was instantly destroyed in a day." said Hengky.

"Don't threaten me, Mr. Marco. You know, it's all your fault for hiding your beautiful daughter from me. I'm not letting go of Amora, because whatever I want has to come true" Steven replied.

Hengky laughs. "My daughter is not something you can take or you can just buy Mr. Stev. If you hadn't done the kidnapping, maybe I'd consider you as my son-in-law's candidate. But once I know how big your arrogant attitude is. I crossed you off my list of my son-in-laws." said Hengky.

"Fuck your list, Mr. Marco, I still want your daughter" Steven replied.

"And I don't want you" said Amora, when she arrived.

Steven was immediately surprised to see Amora who he missed so much. He could not even close his mouth which was now gaping.

"You came making a scene at my hotel, Mr. Steven. Looks like you're a businessman with a rule-less attitude." continued Amora.

Steven smiled at Amora's scathing speech. "Whatever your mouth may be, Amor, I still like you. I came here to ask you to be my wife." she said.

"Who do you think you are, I don't know you. I don't even like you, how can I be your wife." replied Amora.

The atmosphere became uncontrollable, they became a spectacle of hotel guests. Hengky and Amora realized that.

"You better get out now, Mr. Steven, you've been troubling our guests" said Hengky.

"I'll make a fuss over this if you still reject me." Steven threatened.

"You crazy man, I won't accept you." replied Amora.

"Go ahead of me before you take Amor away from me" said a man who made Amora's heart beat very fast.

Everyone turned and looked at the man. The man Amora missed so much. He stood up to face them. The man was very healthy without any flaws. The man who always makes Amora cry every night. The man is now in front of him, Dion Pranadja.
