I'm Husband!

Naina feels Reygan is very strange these days. Whether or not Naina feels Reygan is trying to get close to her. And Naina doesn't like that.

It was all because of that night. Naina becomes uncomfortable with Reygan, and is reluctant to be within the scope of the man. Even if that night had not happened, maybe their relationship would have been better.

And this morning, Naina half-heartedly left for the office. It has been since yesterday that he was upset that Alena contacted him that they would meet at the location of the two companies' cooperation project. Surely he will also meet Reygan later, the man he least wants to meet.

As usual he left with Chris to the construction site half-finished.

When the development manager greeted them. The weather this morning is very sunny and it looks like the afternoon will get even hotter. Naina wears a project helmet as well as Chris.

While waiting for Reygan and Alena, Chris talks with the development manager, while Naina only hears near them.

Ten minutes later, the long-awaited finally came as well. Naina turns her eyes away who initially sees Reygan putting a safety cap on for Alena.

"Sorry we're late. The streets this morning were very crowded" Alena said with a friendly smile. While Reygan, the man just stared at Naina who was beside Chris, since just arrived.

Chris nodded, "No papa. We just arrived" he said.

"Alright, because everything has come. We start from there, sir." said the manager who began to guide his superiors.

Naina chose not to join, her stomach was heartburn since then, until finally Naina went secretly looking for a toilet.

Public toilets are not far from the construction area. After finishing Naina intends to catch up with Chris and the others. But it failed because Alena had just walked up to him.

"Alena, are you going to the toilet?" ask Naina kindly. Despite knowing what Alena's relationship with her husband was like, Naina remained professional. Alena may not know that she is Reygan's wife. Because there's no way Alena's still so friendly to him if she finds out.

"Yes. Wait for me yeah, I'll just tidy up my hair." said Alena.

Naina nodded, and waited for Alena outside the toilet. Alena came out not long after, "Come" she said.

"How were your days after working at CA Corp?" alena asked to open the conversation.

Naina nodded with a smile, "Very good. I'm happy to work there. The employees there are good to me and Mr. Chris are too." replied Naina as is.

"I'm glad to hear that. But if you have a problem with your job, tell me, I can help you" Alena said.

"Yes, thank you. I must have told you."

"You're lucky enough that Nai can quickly adapt to your work" Alena said.

"Why is that?"

"When I was a new secretary to Mr. Reygan, everything was difficult. I have no experience with this kind of work, so at the beginning of many of my jobs were neglected." he explained.

"But you can finally become a professional right?" naina Typhoon. This time, Naina considers Alena has no idea about her marriage to Reygan. Maybe Reygan hid it.

Alena smiled, "Yes you're right. Lucky Mr. Reygan was very good to me. He understood, and guided me well."

Naina's smile faded when her husband's name was mentioned. "Then we're both lucky to have a boss like them." she said with a forced smile.

"Yes, we're lucky." Suddenly Alena held his hand. At first Naina was surprised, but let it go in the end. They both look like good friends.

"Oh yeah Nai, you've no girlfriend?" ask Alena.

Naina was silent, "Eh I mean, you are so beautiful, I wonder who the heart of this young, beautiful and smart girl is" she explained with a small laugh.

Naina chuckles, "I don't have a boyfriend."

"Seriously?" Alena showed a face of disbelief.

"Hem. And I've never dated." she said again.

"Then..."

"Yes Alena. Right now my main goal is not that." he explained. "Let's go ahead, our boss will." Naina deliberately sped up her pace to avoid Alena's question.

It was getting late and the sun was really hot. Naina rubbed her scratchy forehead a few times. Chris who was beside him was very sensitive.

The older brother attentively rubbed Naina's sweat using a handkerchief. And of course all that did not escape Reygan's view. The man did not hear the manager's explanation anymore, but stared intently at the two creatures in front of him.

"It's hot?" whispered Chris.

Naina nodded, "Take the umbrella in the car there" he said.

Naina is not resistant to heat, because her body will be very quickly weak if it lingers under the sun. Naina does not want her job today to be neglected because of her health. Before leaving, he handed Chris his helmet. He was uncomfortable wearing that hard hat.

The girl left them in silence towards the car. The car was empty, because the driver who used to take them did not come.

After taking out a small umbrella from the car, Naina was about to leave. But when he turned around, he almost shouted as a large-bodied figure stood behind him.

"Sir?" call Naina, looking at the towering Reygan in front of her. "What is my father doing here?" he said while trying to get out.

But Reygan hides him instead, imprisoning Naina with both hands resting on the car.

"Sir!" his screeches.

"Naina, you forgot my orders!" whispered the man with the sarcasm.

Naina scrunched her forehead, "Side. What do you mean by Father?"

"You know Naina. Didn't I tell you to stop working?!" hiss the man with his heavy voice.

Naina is getting confused, isn't this matter over? But why would Reygan still ask him to leave this job?

"Bather why the hell? I told you I'd never stop. Until anytime! Point!" cerca Naina with a fierce look.

Reygan likes to find trouble with her.

Reygan smiled cynically, "What kind of wife are you Naina? You can go against your husband's orders!" the man started provoking.

And Naina is not out of thought, indeed since when is there the seriousness of this relationship? Reygan has no right to say that.

"Father what the hell? Don't act like we have a close relationship. We are husband and wife, but we are not that intimate to listen to each other. You forget yes, my own father told me not to take care of each other's personal affairs. But why are you even tweaking me now?."

Naina is grieving, she's really fed up.

Reygan growled, anger covering. So Naina never took this marriage seriously. He admitted that he had said that. But still she is her husband, and Naina must obey him.

Reygan sighed, not wanting to lose control which instead made him hurt Naina.

"Naina, I'm your husband" she said softly. "At least appreciate me as a husband. And what you and Chris did earlier, really if you don't appreciate me." explained the man.

Naina gaped, she shook her head in surprise.

"Father forget or amnesia? Chris is my brother! What if we were close? We have nothing to do but brothers!"

"I know, I know Naina. But. You guys aren't blood. It's not impossible for people to think of your relationship as more than a brother and sister." Reygan seems to have lost his mind.

And for Naina, Reygan is ridiculous. He did not think through the thoughts of his former boss.

"Udahlah. I want to go whenever you won't understand. But you listen to this carefully, I'll never be far from Brother Chris."

Naina pushed Reygan, but the man was very strong. He held Naina in his confinement.

"Naina, you're really stubborn! I don't care if he's your brother or not. And I am your husband and regardless of how we are related, you still have to obey my orders!" firmly the man with a murderous look as if he wanted to devour the woman roundly.
