For a long time the two were silent, looking at each other. Reygan's mind is filled with turmoil, somehow he will tell Naina the truth. Tell them that they have lost their future baby.

"Hubby, I think I got some karma" said the woman, starting to open the conversation.

"What the hell, baby. There is no karma. Mending you rest, do not think strange." said Reygan.

Naina chuckles, "Yes. But Hubby's sleeping too, huh?" the woman shifted her body with great difficulty, leaving room beside her. "here. I want to sleep in your arms." he said, patting the bed.

But before Reygan was about to join his wife, the door was knocked, two people entered the room.

"Good night, sir. Sorry to interrupt." it was the doctor who took care of Naina earlier, along with the nurse beside her.

"I checked his wife out" said the doctor.

"Please."

During the doctor's examination, Naina only saw her husband, who she unknowingly was anxious.

"How's doc, is my wife okay?" reygan asked as soon as the doctor finished checking. On that day, the nurse was replacing Naina's finished infusion.

The doctor smiled, "Bu Naina is fine sir. Don't worry." he said which made Reygan breathe a sigh of relief.

"Bu Naina is the spirit yes. I'm sure God will replace your baby" the doctor told Naina.

Naina frowned confusedly, seeing the doctor and her husband taking turns.

"What doctor do you mean? I don't understand." asked Naina. From the doctor's remarks, Naina can catch the implicit intent. But Naina did not believe that.

The doctor sees a shocked Reygan, but Reygan still hasn't told Naina.

"Doc?" call Naina because no one intends to explain to her.

"Doctor, just let me." Reygan said.

"Hubby, what do doctors mean? How did he say that? What do you mean, I don't understand." scolded Naina as soon as the doctor came out of the room.

Reygan took a slow breath, then lowered her face closer to Naina's face.

"You calm down, baby." while stroking Naina's head.

"But then. What do doctors mean?" although Reygan looks calm, but Naina can't. The doctor's words had managed to mess with his mind.

"No dear. There's nothing. The doctor said it wrong." Reygan said. Honestly, the man couldn't tell the truth.

Naina looked at those clingy eyes, she wasn't that easy to fool. Her husband is lying, Naina knows that.

"You're lying." her voice shook. Reygan can't hide his feelings right now. His wife's manic can make him weak.

"I.. miscarried huh?" lirih Naina hesitantly.

The words finally caught Reygan. Reygan pecked, looking at his wife with a troubled heart.

"Hubby?" seeing that Reygan was just silent, Naina was getting scared. He was just guessing, but whether his guess was correct.

Suddenly, Reygan pulled her into his arms. Who also fished Naina's cries.

"Hubby..."

"I'm sorry, honey. I can't take good care of you. Because of me, we lost our baby-to-be." Reygan's son was full of guilt.

Knowing that she was pregnant had made her heart beat. But after learning that her baby was gone, Naina felt as if she had fallen to the bottom.
