Surprise

With all his abilities, Reygan manages to escape the wife to a nearby hospital. The man is hysterical, while about to lift Naina from the car, Naina loses her consciousness. And Reygan was almost mad when his manic saw clearly blood pouring down his legs.

"Ahh. What's going on?!" Reygan is frustrated, seeing Naina rushed to the ER.

As soon as the nurse closed the ER door, Reygan covered her face with her palm. "Lord, help my wife. I love her so much. I don't want to lose him." prostrate the man. Not sparing her tears welled up in her eyes, signifying how great her fear was right now. The man was completely unable to see the woman he loved so much in pain.

Long enough, even taking almost half an hour, the ER door was still not open. Which makes Reygan unable to calm down out there. The man's lips ceaselessly chanted prayers for the safety of his woman.

But not long after that, the ER door opened. Reygan's looking for a doctor.

"Doctor what happened to my wife. She's okay, right?" the man was impatient.

While the woman's doctor showed a concerned face, "We apologize sir. We cannot save the fetus in the womb of your wife" said the doctor.

Reygan was silent for a long time, trying to understand the woman's doctor's intentions.

"A..what?" reygan's voice seemed choked, "What do you mean doctor?!" voice rising.

The man's body was completely seething filled with agonizing emotions. "My wife's pregnant?" his forehead was full of emotion.

"Betul Sir. Your wife is pregnant, and is two weeks old. From the results of the examination, your wife is too exhausted which causes a fetus that is still very vulnerable to complications. We couldn't save the fetus because before we got here, the fetus was gone." said the doctor.

For the umpteenth time, Reygan silently gawked like a fool. His wife is pregnant, but she doesn't know at all? And now, his wife is miscarrying?

Reygan holds his head in frustration "Stupid!" cursing himself.

Surprise came today. When he learned about his wife's pregnancy, he should be happy. But it is unfortunate that their baby candidate is gone.

"My wife. What about my wife. She's okay, right?"

Despite his heartache after losing his future son, Reygan must also not forget his wife who will feel very sad about this bad news. Because for her, Naina's safety is more important than anything.

"Your wife is fine sir. But now, the patient is still unconscious. You can see your wife after being transferred to the ward" the doctor said.

"I'm sorry sir." said the doctor.

Reygan was sitting limp in the waiting chair, his breathing repeatedly heard. How'this? How will he explain this bad news to Naina? Naina will definitely be devastated.

Reygan still faithfully sits next to Naina who is asleep on top of the hospital gurney. It's been over an hour, but Naina's still not awake.

His hand moved rubbing his wife's forehead that was slightly damp by sweat. How much he loved this woman, even if he saw her suffer, Reygan could not afford it.

"Dear, I'm sorry. Because of my insensitivity we have to lose our future son. If only I had known sooner, none of this would have happened. Maybe our son is still there today." said the man.

Reygan rubbed his wife's flat stomach. Look at the place where the baby was nesting before. Imagining his flesh blood there, of course, was a very happy thing for him. But now the baby is gone, even before they know their baby is a boy or a girl.

"Hubby.." suddenly the soft voice greeted his eardrum.

Reygan hurriedly wiped away the trace of his tears. "Honey, you're awake." the man sparkled to see the wife's bead.

"Emmm... I fainted, didn't I, Hubby?" ask those tiny lips.

Reygan nodded with a force. "Yes dear. How's the stomach, still hurting?"

Reygan still did not dare to tell the truth. Because the man was afraid of Naina's reaction which was certainly not good.

"Little. But it's been light. Not as sick as before" he said with a smile. The woman stared at her face intensely, making Reygan unable to stem her grief.

"Hubby, are you crying?" holding Reygan's face that felt cold and damp.

"No dear. I'm just a flickering dust." he replied of origin.

Naina even chuckled, "Lie. There is dust in the hospital. Especially the gini nights. Tell me you're worried about me. Afraid I'm okay?" pinching Reygan's cheek is gaunt. "Hayo ngaku."

Reygan just nodded, "Yes dear. I'm so worried about you." And then kissed her forehead long enough. "I don't want to lose you, baby."

How happy Naina was to see how anxious Reygan was about her, which also signaled how much love the man had for her. But Naina does not know, behind the anxiety, there is sadness that is still not revealed.
