Birthday of July

Noa looked at the birthday invitation in her hand. Birthday invitation from July. Noa exhaled heavily, it felt lazy to come to a party like this. Private Party with many top celebrities and other famous people. While Noa is not as famous as they are, Noa will probably stay in the corner until the event is over. 

A car stopped in front of his house. Tian had already come, today Noa was planning to go to dinner with Tian. 

Noa looked at herself once more in the mirror, after feeling nothing was lacking Noa then went out of the house welcoming Tian.

“ Hai”, greet Noa on Tian.

“ Hi, are you ready?”, Tian asked Noa who came out of the gate.

Noa nodded her assent, after which they left by car leaving the grounds of Noa's house.

Cruz paced back and forth restlessly near Loco and Brook who were playing PS.

“ Cruz can you calm down?”, Brook nagged to see Cruz who kept pacing back and forth while mengedumel slowly. I don't know what he's thinking, maybe a new song.

Cruz stopped pacing back and forth and took his cell phone. “Can't... can't be like this. How could he have preferred Tian over me”, Cruz grumbled softly at himself. 

Cruz texted Noa and called her sometimes. But Noa didn't answer, frustrating Cruz.

“ Arrkkkhhhh....”, Cruz suddenly shouted.

Loco and Brook were shocked. “ Woi. . . crazy ya”, Loco cussing.

“ Stress this guy. Sinting”, Brook joined the curse and then returned to play his PS stick. 

After getting a maki from his friend, Cruz immediately took a position lying on the sofa. 

“ Bebh, let's have dinner. I've prepared dinner”, Kim approached Loco.

“ Thank you bebh”, Loco stroked Kim's waist slowly. 

“ Cruz you're such a frustration. What's the matter?”, Kim asked curiously.

“ Noa ignore it again “, Brook help answer keep pressing the button on PS stick.

“ Again?”, Kim smiles then sits next to Cruz. 

“ I spaneng because it is very difficult to reach this woman”, Cruz confided to Kim.

“ Then ignore him. Express your feelings once again to her and ignore her. Give him a chance to think that he likes you too. He just wasn't aware of Cruz”, advises Kim.

“ Should I ignore it?”, asked Cruz.

“ Yes, because some women are sometimes afraid to express their feelings”, Kim said.

Cruz fell silent and pondered about Kim's words to her.  Is Cruz willing to ignore Noa?

Noa looked at her phone which from earlier kept on vibrating. Cruz kept fuming it as usual. Noa ignored her phone and smiled towards Tian who was looking at the food menu.

The moment their food order came, they ate while chatting lightly until the moment Tian started to step into their core conversation. 

“ Noa there is something I want to tell you”, Tian said.

“ Yes ?”, Noa looking towards Tian.

“ I like you Noa”, Tian said.

Noa was startled and slightly coughed at the declaration of love. Noa did not answer anything out of shock.

“ I liked you since High School. When you doused me with drinks, I already liked you, I always watched you every practice, I always looked at you from a distance. I used to dare not reveal anything to you because of my small guts, but now I really want to say Noa”, Tian stared into Noa's bead eyes.

Noa returned her gaze in silence, Noa could only swallow her saliva. 

“ I'm glad to see you back Noa”, Tian smiles at Noa. 

Noa returned Tian's smile with a stiff smile. “ Tian, I.. This is too sudden. I don't know what to say to you” Noa replied awkwardly.

“ I know you must be shocked. But I won't force you to answer right now, I will wait”, said Tian softly.

When Tian drove him home, Tian invited Noa to the July party together. 

“ Noa, will you come with me to a birthday party?”, asked Tian pretending not to know that Noa was invited.

“ When?”, Noa asks.

“ Next week saturday”, Tian replied.

“ Oh I also had an invitation back then. Is our invitation the same?”, asked Noa.

“ Model July?”, Tian asked back.

“ Yes, benar”, Noa smile.

“ Will you go with me?”, asked Tian.

“ Emmm. .. I'll let you know later Tian. I don't know yet if I'm going to go or not”, Noa replied.

“ Alright. I will wait to hear from you”, Tian said.

“ Thank you for dinner Tian”, Noa said then went inside his house.

Tian stared at the closed door of the house, it wasn't that easy to get Noa's heart. Tian knew very well that, therefore Tian would wait and be patient.

The tempest is coming !

Cruz met Noa at the July party. Cruz looked at Noa with a piercing look. How not, Tian held Noa's hand in front of Cruz and July held Cruz's friendly hand.

A few days before H, July called Noa. As usual July confided to Noa, saying that Cruz was willing to be his companion on his birthday. July is happy that Cruz is coming back with her. 

At that moment Noa's heart ached, it felt like there was a thorn piercing into his heart. In the end Noa decided to go to the July party with Tian.

And here they are now, standing face to face with a misunderstanding stretching between the two of them. 

“ July, Happy birthday”, Tian congratulate July.

“ July happy birthday”, Noa also congratulated while smiling at July and greeting Cruz slowly. “ Hi Cruz”, Noa smiled stiffly.

“ Hai”, Cruz cold answer.

“ Thank you for coming, you guys are a compatible couple. Enjoy the party”, said July continues to hold Cruz's arm.

And Cruz silently kept staring at Noa sharply. While the one in the face becomes the wrong behavior because of that. 

July who was not happy because it immediately dragged Cruz away from the presence of Noa and Tian. 

Tian looked at Cruz and then gave a small smile after that turned to Noa “ What do you want to drink?”, asked Tian.

“ Anything that does not make me lose consciousness”, Noa replied again.

Tian leaves Noa alone and returns with a drink for Noa. 

“ Have you known July for a long time?”, NOa asked Tian.

“ Long enough”, replied Tian.

“ I have a secret that you must not divulge to anyone”, Noa whispered to Tian amid the ear-splitting sound of music.

“ What is it?”, Tian said.

“ Actually I am not comfortable joining a party like this, I am an introvert” child, said Noa reassured.

Tian nodded then whispered back. “ I don't like crowds either. Maybe we are matchmaking”, Tian said with a smile on his face.

Noa was shocked and immediately fell silent making Tian laugh happily. “ take it easy I will not charge your answer now”, Tian said with a return.
