The Friendship that is Used

" I'm here to meet my best friend. Right Noa?", July looked at Noa while sitting on the chair that the maid had brought for him. Sitting between Noa and Cruz.

Noa just fell silent, not knowing what to answer. Noa can't understand July's way of thinking. Noa never said in July that today she was going to meet Cruz. How did July know they were there.

Cruz looked at Noa for an explanation. Noa just shook her head signifying not understanding what was happening.

" Where do you know I'm here?" asked Cruz.

" managers. But I'm working around here somewhere. I stopped by, I was worried because I said you were recovering from Al's illness ", replied July, looking at Cruz without caring about Noa.

Cruz snorted at July's reply. Cruz looked at Noa who seemed silent not giving any reaction.

" Noa what are you doing with Cruz? ", july asks as if Noa stole her favorite candy.

" i... Dinner with Cruz. There was some business we were talking about July", Noa replied with a smile.

" Oh so", July answered innocently. " I'll order food, too. You don't mind if I join?", asked July.

Noa simply smiled nodding, whereas Cruz could only fall silent. All his plans to express his feelings for Noa are officially broken due to July's arrival.

July ordered food from a menu book and a bottle of wine. After that he took Noa to the toilet.

" Noa let's go to the toilet", take July.

" Yes", Noa stands up and walks with July to the toilet.

Arriving at the toilet, Noa asked. " What's up July?".

July held Noa's hand tightly. " Noa this is my chance with Cruz. Can you just leave us alone? Please?", curios July full of hope.

" but... Why should I go?", asked Noa astonished at July's attitude.

" Cause Cruz was my first love and I loved him. And you're our best friend, I'm sure you can understand how I feel. I beg you", July pleaded with Noa with a sad face.

Noa silently stared at July's hand. " I.", Noa hesitated a little, then looked into July's sad eyes.

" i.. Going away" said Noa heavy-heartedly.

July's face turned happy, "wow ... Thank you, Noa. You are understanding. My best friend. Thank you", July hugged Noa happily.

After that July came out of the toilet leaving Noa standing there with a sad heart.

Why would he do this? Because Noa feels Julu looks more worthy with Cruz. And it seems very clear that July still loves Cruz with all her heart.

Noa breathed out, then walked out of the restaurant to the parking lot.

Noa sat in the car and pondered for a while. Is this a mistake ? Is letting July be with Cruz a mistake?

Noa would blame her car when she saw Cru coming out of the restaurant with an angry face. July walks behind him, babbling and trying to grab Cruz's arm.

Noa noticed they were arguing for quite a while in the parking lot. Noa was a little choked up as July hugged Cruz while crying. Cruz lets go of July's embrace and the argument ends with Cruz getting in the car, then drives off the car leaving July crying while calling Cruz.

Noa sees Julie getting angry herself while throwing her bag to the ground. Soon her tears turned into anger. Like being in a show.

Then July got in the car and left the parking lot.

Noa was alone there, in the car. He felt funny to himself when he saw the scene. They looked like lovers who were fighting.

Like the moon and the stars in the sky, Noa is a cloud of clouds that come to disturb their light.

" Noa what are you trying to achieve? True love? Stupid", Noa told herself. And cry over his stupidity.

Cruz kept breathing long. His mind was confused by what happened yesterday afternoon. Noa left him at the restaurant. Maybe he's upset about July's presence? 

‘ Aah.. What should I do?’, Cruz thought. 

The filming time for their variety show was two more times.The 6 months seemed to pass very quickly for Cruz, and his feelings for Noa deepened. 

After 6 months they have to renew their contracts. If Noa refuses, Cruz has no reason to see her.

‘ Maybe I should meet him at home?’,Cruz tried to think. 

“ Hey Cruz, you're out of focus. Moon is waiting for your assessment”, Loco nudges Cruz's arm and whispers to surprise Cruz.

“ Oh yes, I'm sorry. Ii'm sorry. Could sing that part once again”, Cruz apologized.

“ Okay “, Moon repeated the exercise on her part.

When they had lunch Loco spoke to Cruz. “ What problem do you have? all morning you've been so unfocused”.

“ Just a little trouble with Noa”, Cruz replied as he opened his bottle of yogurt.

“ You guys got into a fight?”, Loco asked again.

“ No, it's just that when I almost reached it, suddenly July came in between us and made a misunderstanding”, Cruz let out a long sigh. “ I am confused, what should I explain to Noa”, Cruz continued.

“ July? You have to reaffirm your relationship Cruz. You know from the first CAIN beauty goddess will never want to understand anything if it concerns you”, Loco said.

“ I've confirmed it. But suddenly, somehow Noa could become his best friend”, Cruz said confusedly.

“ Friend? you sure ? Since when did July have friends outside of celebrities?”, Loco asked in wonder. 

You could say Loco long enough to know July. From the beginning of July into Cruz's life, Loco knew July was not the right woman with Cruz. But July's beauty and charm close her best friend's eyes. Loco is happy because now Cruz has changed, can see the other side of the Goddess of beauty he once adored.

Cruz just shook his head not understanding. I don't understand July's attitude.

" Ah I'm dizzy. What should I explain to Noa", Cruz removed the spoon in his hand.

"Tell him you like him. You love him", Loco gives a simple solution.

" Noa was not that easy. 6 months I managed to melt his heart to trust me. Now it looks like it's going to ruin all the work I've done" Cruz said in frustration.

"Did she like you?", asked Loco.

" Yes, I think so", replied Cruz confidently.

"Then, go after him. Don't let go, do your thing again. Make her yours because her heart is already on you" Loco said.

Cruz looked at Loco meaningfully and smiled happily at her best friend's advice. Cruz then gave him his fist which Loco responded to.

" Ma bro, you're the best" Cruz smiled happily, knowing what Loco meant.
