First Day Assistants

Cruz looked at Noa closely. "So where did we get to?", Cruz asked Noa to begin their serious conversation.

Cruz and Noa sit opposite each other at Cruz's mini bar. "Until you offer me food" replied Noa innocently.

Cruz held back his smile, wanting it to feel like he was squeaking Noa's head. "it's about our agreement Noa" Cruz explained cold-ass.

" Oh sorry", Noa replied shyly.

" This is a letter of agreement from me, read it" said Cruz handed over a letter that already contained points from Cruz. "if there is something you want to add, please fill in at the bottom".

Cruz looked at Noa who was reading the contents of the paper with a very serious face.

" So I don't have to pay with money? Just being your shadow assistant?", Noa asked correcting.

"Yes right. Shadow assistant", Cruz smiled meaningfully.

" Okay, I agree. But I have a condition", Noa offered.

" Yes, what's your condition?", asked Cruz.

" I only want 1 year. The rest I will pay with money" Noa said.

" all right. The salary per month as an assistant. Since you are inexperienced then I will pay you 5 million per month. So for 12 months you can make 60 million. How?", bargain Cruz.

" Are there overtime?", asked Noa wary of being trapped.

After Noa left her apartment, Cruz sat down and called her manager Letu.

" Sister about the woman I told you about yesterday. I hired him as my other personal assistant" Cruz said on the phone.

" Yes.. I'm going to sleep faster" Cruz ended the conversation.

Then start playing the game alone. A few minutes later he was bored and threw his PS stick just like that onto the sofa. Walk into the room while playing with his phone. Cruz called someone.

" Hello", Noa answered from a phone call.

" Hello, tomorrow is your first day at work. So by 9 you should be in C magazine, please bring Americano coffee without sugar and don't be late" Cruz ordered.

Letu handed Cruz a glass of Americano. Cruz refused.

" I'm waiting for my assistant to bring me coffee. Don't go in until he comes in" Cruz said.

" 5 minutes your assistant doesn't show up, you need to stay inside. Okay", said Letu firmly.

A red car came into the parking lot, minutes later Noa got off and rushed to find Cruz in the parking lot. Cruz stared at him from the car, after which Cruz opened the car door and called Noa.

Seeing Cruz Noa smile is like getting a new toy. " I thought you went inside for a photo shoot. Thank goodness you're here" Noa said like a scared child in the living.

Cruz smiled at Noa's words. This girl was able to make him smile because just because every word sounded what it was without being made up.

" It's an Americano without sugar" Noa shoved the coffee under Cruz's face.

" Hold. You're an assistant so you have to hold on to that. Don't forget the straw", Cruz ordered.

"But I.", Noa wanted to protest but Cruz cut in.

" This is my manager, Kak Letu, and Kak Letu, this is my new assistant, Noa, the woman of the moon" Cruz introduced them.

Noa gave a friendly smile which was countered as well with a friendly smile from Letu. "May you be at home" said Letu kindly.

Noa smiled meaningfully, thinking that Letu did not know the problem with Cruz.

Cruz got out of the car and walked into the building following Letu and Noa behind him. Noa holds a coffe cup and a bottle of Cruz. He was like a real assistant.

Cruz greeted the staff there kindly and sat down at the dresser.

" Coffee" Cruz said.

Noa who was being made dumbstruck with the set state around did not hear Cruz's call.

Cruz looked at Noa and called again. " Hey moon, coffee" Cruz said.

" Oh sorry", Noa hurriedly gave Cruz coffee.

Tan comes over and notices the interaction between Cruz and Noa. Tan nudged Letu's arm curiously.

" Who?", Tan asked.

" That woman. The one in the car for weeks", said Letu while whispering.

" Why can?", Tan asked curiously.

" You know your foster son, right? So stop asking" Lethu replied lazily.

Tan nodded in agreement. Tan kept watching them. Any need for something Cruz does not call Letu but calls the woman.

Until there was an unpleasant incident that Noa experienced. One of Tan's team members from the makeup section scolded Noa in front of the other staff while Cruz was doing a photo shoot.

" You know it's expensive, how can you spill your coffee here!", he was angry at Noa.

" but.. It was you who was", Noa tried to defend herself.

" What? You've been wrong to defend yourself?", he shouted furiously.

Noa stared silently at the woman in wonder. "But you nudged me. You focus on your phone" Noa denied trying to be patient.

" You.", the woman wanted to slap Noa, just as Letu stood before Noa and accepted the slap.

Everyone was shocked, including Cruz and Tan who had just entered with Letu earlier.

The woman who slapped Letu was shocked. "pardon me, Mr. Letu. I didn't mean to hit you" he said fearfully.

Noa fell silent behind Letu as if she could not believe what had happened.

" Miss, which team are you from?", asked Letu patiently.

" team ... Make.. Up", he answered fearfully.

Cruz and Tan approach Noa and Letu. " What's up?", Cruz asked Lethu.

" It's okay Cruz. Noa please take care of Cruz" Letu told Noa.

Noa nodded in understanding. Noa followed behind Cruz to their car. Cruz knew Letu's gaze showed his anger. So it's better that Cruz is in the car with Noa, that's better.
