Murderer

Murderer
CHAPTER 35 - Residents of the House of Corruption (Revised)

The sunlight woke up Citra, she peeked out from behind her eyes that were still wracked with heavy drowsiness. He could faintly see his mother was opening the window curtain.

"When did this child turn into a feminine woman? Her hair was long, but her behavior was still that of a boy!" his grunts slowly while cleaning up some of the Citra items scattered.

The image smiled clandestinely, she knew her mother loved her very much. Although he was not born from the woman's womb, but his affection felt much greater than a biological mother.

He slowly descended and tiptoed behind Rita. The image wrapped its hands around the waist of its mother, the woman in her early sixties was shocked.

"Morning, Ma," said Citra in a hoarse voice. Rita looked surprised. He struck lightly the arm of Citra that was tightly coiled around his waist.

"You want to make mama hang?" rita's protest was upset.

The child he had taken care of to grow into this tough woman only smiled and further tightened his embrace. He let such an image for a while. Since he served in Manggala, they had absolutely no time to chat.

"When do you want to be alone, son?" asked Rita while holding her favorite daughter.

The water of Citra turned sour. He had guessed which way his mother's conversation was going. There will be a discussion about marriage. Given his age that has almost entered the 37 years.

"Citra .. the nature of the woman ...."

"Ma, I have an apple in the morning, I'm ready, Ma" Citra cut. He quickly went into the bathroom without caring about his mother's screams.

As a result Rita can only shake her head to see the behavior of her daughter. After the shower, the image is ready to go to the office. Especially now that it was seven o'clock, he could be late for the morning apple. As he was about to have breakfast, he collided with Christian.

"You're here!?" tanya Citra does not accept. Not yet Christian replied, Citra had snorted and left him to the dining room.

"Ma! Why is this man staying in this house? What will the neighbors say?" rajuk Citra is upset. His mother just smiled, Mr. Adi stroked the head of his adopted daughter.

"Christian stays at the hotel. It's just, papa tell him to come for breakfast together," replied Mr. Adi.

"Simply, why must this man be in my house!" The hard side of the image is never seen if in front of both parents. Unless they are debating the problem of the difference in the principle of life.

Without saying much, Citra took a piece of bread and left while biting it. He did not even say goodbye to his parents.

On the way he grumbled to himself. The homeless case yesterday, this morning Mr. Warsita told him to report it as a suicide.

After all, he did not have any relatives who would ask for his case to be investigated, then last night his parents brought a man to be introduced to him. Citra stepped on the gas pedal deeply and drove the car with a little speeding, unlike the usual Citra. This woman's mood is bad.

The phone that was clamped on the front dashboard was vibrating. An unknown number appeared on the screen.

"Hello ...."

"Commander, there's a homeless body found hanging. This time in a public toilet near the market that's being renovated!" Haris' voice was heard from the phone.

"Share location!" his orders.

The phone connection was cut off and a location was sent by Haris from the message.

The image rotates the direction of the car to the location sent earlier. He turned on his strobe lights to make it easier for him to pass through the streets that began to be crowded due to working hours.

His car stopped in front of a building that is still being renovated and has been mobbed by residents. The image goes directly into the public toilet by breaking through the yellow line of police already installed there.

"Report, Ndan! Victim's a woman, a tramp with no identity!" Jaka reported to Citra.

"Hanging after death. He died in the drown, it looks like it was in the tub and do you know? His hand may have been cut alive" Rianti explained, emerging from the back of the body.

He pinched Citra's arm. "Bara's right, you are carrying a death curse!" his gerrick.

Imagery mengebik. He approached the lifeless old lady, hanging this time, not by the neck. However, the hand that had been cut was tied up.

"The time of death was around midnight last night" Rianti said.

The image frowned. Again the victim was a vagrant. Is Chief still going to tell me to close this case? Two victims have fallen.

"Yes! Is this a serial murder case?" ask Jaka.

"Because of this rope, it's the same kind of rope that was used to hang the old beggar yesterday. It's impossible if it's a coincidence." Haris chimed in on Jaka's question.

Rianti looked at Citra. "What'sthis? You're carrying the curse of a serial murder case again?" sindir Rianti circas.

He handed the CTP over to forensics and Jaka. Citra had to invite Haris to return to the slums of the cardboard house yesterday. Somehow he had a feeling that the woman was Miss Maryam.

His car stopped at the end of the slum's driveway.

"Why are we here again commander?" ask Haris in wonder.

Citra glanced ferociously at Haris, she walked quickly down the muddy and trashy streets. Haris tried to keep up with his commander's pace while covering his nose with a mask, due to the stinging stench of garbage there.

The area was quieter than yesterday, there were only a few people who were scavenging for trash while occasionally glancing at them with an alert glance.

The image approached one of the middle-aged men who was scavenging the trash. He showed a photo of the woman found in the public toilet, the man just shook his head not knowing. So did the other bums he asked.

"I just saw them here, I'm going to find a little boy named Anto. He must know who this woman is, you keep looking for information to the people you meet here! And one more thing, please be kinder, they are human like us, only their lives are less fortunate!" image Command on Haris.

He then left Haris and went through the whole area to find Anto, but nil. He didn't even find the people he met here yesterday, their cardboard houses were empty.

...----------------...

Anto walked cheerfully into the slum with a bag of burgers in his hand. He intends to eat it later with Maryam's grandmother. Arriving there, he saw some people were leading residents of this area to the end of the road opposite the police car.

Secretly the boy turned around so as not to be caught, he walked as fast as he could to reach the police cars. However ....

"Where are you going, little boy!?" sergeant is a man wearing a black shirt and a mask.

Anto took a few steps back, the police brother's car was seen. However, her tiny body was inferior to the man who had confronted her. The man smothers Anto and then takes her away with other homeless people to a box car that says Healthy Frozen Food.

In that car container they were taken somewhere. After arriving, they each tied their hands and blindfolded, then led to walk to a place. Without exception some children including Anto.

They were then in brackets in a large container that was definitely very stuffy. Because it contains dozens of sleeping tramps piled up and lined up like garbage.

"Anto, why are you being taken, son?" hiss a woman with a weak voice, who was none other than Maryam's mother.

"Grandma, Grandma Maryam why is she here?" whisky Anto.

Miss Maryam's index finger stuck to her lips. "Don't say much, you'll be tortured like that kid!" he whispered while pointing at a sleeping child with wounds all over his body.

The boy complied and was silent, but he kept looking around the place. I wish there was a gap to escape. Like understanding Anto's thoughts, Miss Maryam whispered something to the boy.

"You're pretending to have a stomachache. Grandma's gonna help you get out of here, then run away and get help!" mrs Maryam and Anto nodded.

"Aarghh! Pe—my stomach, ouchh!" Anto groaned while holding his stomach.

Miss Maryam banged on the door of the container from the inside. He knew the guard outside the door was only two people.

The guard came in. "Why are you guys so noisy!?" the hardic.

"Ma—maaf a—nak her stomach hurts," said Miss Maryam stammered while pointing at Anto.

"Basic rubbish! Just bother!" He pulled Anto's shirt and dragged her out. They took the boy to a building not far from the container.

"If you had been an adult, the big boss would have hunted you like a game!" the guards took him there.

The building is like a clinic. Just as he entered, the scent of medicine burst out in Anto's nasal cavity. He was still pretending to be in pain, Anto was told to lie down on a bed.

The building is made of container as well. Only, what distinguishes is that the building has a window that has been fitted with a trellis.

That night, he saw several guards herding a woman. Anto recognized the clothes the woman was wearing.

"Maryam's grandmother ..." she muttered as she looked at Maryam from behind the window. After that he no longer knew what happened to Miss Maryam.

The image finds out where the inhabitants of the cardboard house are. Bantaran time Between this turned out to be dismantled and erected a luxury apartment on it. So where did they evacuate Anto and the other bums?

His search has not yielded results. Anto was not found.
