Lilia leaned her head with her face looking up at the ceiling. “That's my life right now. Lech said that he likes me. Meanwhile, Berta kept reminding me to find a safe way." Lilia smiled bitterly.
"Luckily, I have a talent for dancing, so Lech doesn't make me a comfort woman who has to serve many men in person. Yes, although it's actually the same. Those men are enjoying my body from a distance."
"Nobody touched me but Lech. I just fucked her. However, he remains very scary to me. Like a lion, who might pounce on me alive one day. I wanna go. I don't like any of this. But I had no choice, for even God would not allow me to die. Every suicide attempt I make always fails. Finally, I have to live a fucking life like this!" Lilia scooped up her hair rough.
Ludwig, who had been sitting on the bed, pulled up the blanket. He got down from there, then walked over to nearby Lilia. Ludwig lowered his body in front of the beautiful woman, who was still sitting leaning back with her face facing the ceiling. The copper-haired brunette clasped tightly onto Lilia's fingers, then kissed her. “I'll take you away.”
Lilia flinched. He straightened his body. Lilia looked at the man who had married and dumped him. “Taking me away? Where to?” tanyakanya.
“Anything that can make you feel safe and comfortable,” replied Ludwig. “However, earlier I had to complete one mission first.”
“What mission?” lilia asked without turning her gaze away from Ludwig.
“Mission to restore my freedom. I got tired of running away and hiding. I want to live a normal life as Ludwig Stegen. Not the other one. However, that freedom I must redeem with something ...” Ludwig looks worried. He straightened up, then walked over to the glass window. His gaze looked far away, piercing through the night.
“You don't want to tell me?” Lilia's soft hands were tightly coiled in Ludwig's stomach. “Why can't I really hate you?”
Ludwig muttered softly. He touched the back of Lilia's hand, rubbing it gently. “I came to Poland to complete one task, which is to find the whereabouts of a person,” replied Ludwig flatly.
“Who?” lilia asked as she continued to hug Ludwig from behind.
Louis did not answer immediately. The handsome man squinted his eyes. “Radko Trava.” He turned around, looking at Lilia's beautiful face which often disturbed his mind.
Meanwhile, the night is getting late. The needle was already showing at two in the morning, when Ludwig had prepared to leave. Before leaving Lilia's apartment, Ludwig sat down for a while while observing a sketch of the man's face, which Valeska said was named Ulger. Ludwig carefully observed the picture, to the point that he did not realize that Lilia was approaching and was sitting next to him.
“Who is that guy? Is he the one you're looking for?” asked Lilia, who had been observing the sketch of the face earlier.
“I don't know. According to a friend, his name was Ulger. However, I ...” Ludwig did not continue his words, because Lilia immediately grabbed the paper she was holding. “Hey!” ludwig Protest. He stared at the astonished Lilia, who continued to pay attention to the image. “Why?” tanyakanya.
Lilia did not immediately reply. The gaze of the red-haired beauty was so serious, observing something in the picture.
“What do you see?” ask Ludwig curiously. He turned his body to Lilia who did not answer either. Finally, Ludwig kept quiet. Waiting for the beautiful woman to speak.
“I feel like I've seen a picture like this,” said Lilia moments later. He pointed at the snake tattoo that was imprinted there.
“Where did you see it?” ludwig asked, getting curious.
Lilia was silent again. The beautiful woman seemed to think deeply. It seems like he is remembering something. However, a moment later Lilia shook her head slowly. “Entahlah. I forget. However, I'm sure I've seen it several times.” Lilia kept on remembering. He returned the paper to Louis.
Lilia stood up. He pulled out his long hair, putting them on his right shoulder. “Be careful,” said the woman slowly.
Ludwig nodded. However, he still did not budge from before Lilia. It was as if something made his legs seem to be fixated so strongly, that he could not move. “I want to see you dance again,” she said accompanied by a smile.
“You've seen me naked many times and ..”
“I like it,” between Ludwig while gently touching Lilia's cheek. “You're getting beautiful.”
Lilia smiled sweetly. “Kiss me, Mr. Stegen,” the door.
Without being asked twice, Ludwig immediately gave Lilia what she wanted. After a while, the man actually left. “I will pay you with something priceless, when my freedom has returned. Hold my word, Lilia.”
Lilia showed her a sweet smile again. “I wait,” reply.
With a gallant move, Ludwig left the apartment building where Lilia lived. The atmosphere of the night was very quiet, not making him feel afraid at all. Ludwig continued to walk down the sidewalk alone to the house he was living in.
However, before Ludwig arrived at his destination, he had to stop. The man's sharp instincts said that there was someone following him, ever since he came out of the apartment building where Lilia lived.
Ludwig stood up for a while, to wait for the movement behind him. However, he felt nothing after that. Ludwig looked slowly. Far back, there were only empty streets. That night, the atmosphere there was like a dead city.
Eventually, Louis continued on his way home. He took another path that was not towards where he lived. This is done just in case. Ludwig even walked into a bar, and stayed there for a while. After feeling safe, then he went home secretly.
“Sial!” grumble the man. His presence there began to be disturbed. “This must have been due to a fight yesterday,” he thought while taking off his jacket and hat.
Ludwig exhaled a rough breath while lying down. He had already nearly closed his eyes, when the phone placed on the table next to the bed shook for quite a while. Apparently, there was a call coming in.
The copper-haired handsome man forced himself to get up. He walked over to the table, then grabbed a cell phone. On the screen, there was Lilia's name as the summoner. “Lilia?” sweep it while squinting your eyes. “You haven't slept?”
“I can not sleep, because thinking about the picture earlier,” replied Lilia.
“Gosh.” Ludwig shook his head slowly.
“I've remembered where to see it.”
“Where?” ask Ludwig.
“In my father's hand.”
