Mr. Stegen: A Man with a Hidden Identity
The Hidden Key

The night has come. As usual, Louis woke up from his sleep. He glanced at Lilia who was already asleep. For some reason, suddenly felt compassion for the young woman. However, Ludwig still did not understand what made him feel that way.

Be very careful, Ludwig flicked the blanket over. He got off the bed, then put on trousers and a T-Shirt that was strewn across the floor. Afterwards, Ludwig walked over to the desk drawer near where Lilia was, then opened it without making a sound.

Ludwig took the young woman's cell phone. Put the outdated phone into the pocket of the pants. The handsome man stepped into the door. As much as possible, he made no sound. Ludwig stepped out of the room. He walked down a dim corridor that was not too long to the stairs. The plan, the man from Germany was going to the barn to see the condition of Petra.

A little while later, Ludwig was already standing in front of the barn. The two men guarding the door of the building were still there. As it was this afternoon, they blocked Ludwig from entering. “I just want to talk to the girl for a minute. After all, Mr. Gunther has given permission,” Ludwig said sounds very convincing.

The two men looked at each other. However, they do not just believe. “Sorry. We don't want to take risks,” reject one of the two men.

“Should I report you for contradicting my words? I am the son-in-law of the owner of this farm,” reply Ludwig pitched threatening. Highlight his sharp eyes were fixed on the two guards in turn. “Termany of you.” After saying so, Ludwig turned his back. He intends to leave from there.

However, just as Ludwig was walking two steps, one of the guards called out to him. He invited Gunther's son-in-law in.

“I won't be long,” said Ludwig coldly. He walked in. The man found the sleeping Petra curled up on a haystack. “Build!” tell Ludwig to be a little rough. He was standing near the haystack earlier.

Petra who seemed to have not slept yet, immediately opened her eyes. He was so excited when he saw Ludwig's presence there. The blonde girl immediately got up. He even intended to embrace the man.

However, Ludwig immediately restrained him, so Petra undoes the intention. “Didn't you want to contact your mother?”

“Ya.” Petra nodded confidently.

“This.” Ludwig threw Lilia's outdated phone next to Petra's. “Quick, because I don't have much time.”

Without saying much, Petra immediately picked up the phone. He put his mother's phone number. The girl waited for a while, until her call was answered by none other than Albertina Harald, Petra's mother.

“Who is this?” ask for a voice from across there.

“It's me, ma'am. Petra,” replied Petra quietly.

“Gosh. Why don't you come home with your dad?” Albertina's tone implied a mother's typical anxiety. “Do you not think that I have trouble sleeping every night?”

Petra did not immediately respond. He looked at Ludwig for a moment. A moment later, the girl spoke again. “Can you persuade dad, so he's willing to meet the conditions I asked for?” ask Petra expectantly.

Albertina did not answer immediately. Only a heavy sigh could be heard from Oliver Harald's wife. “Why should you put your father in such a difficult situation? You know that Oliver has made many sacrifices, in order to get his post now. What you ask is too much, and certainly against your father's duty" Albertina said.

"You know that Ludwig Stegen is a dangerous fugitive. He is a true criminal. The business he was doing was terrible. I wonder how you fell in love with such a bad guy.” Albertina sounded very disappointed with Petra's attitude and decision.

“No one can predict who love will turn to,” Petra denies. “Already, mom. I can't talk too long. I want you to support my decision. Please persuade dad. If not ...” The green-eyed girl paused her words.

“If mother is not willing to persuade father until he grants my request, then I will be forced to tell him that you have had an affair with Mr. Kurt Schneider,” Petra threatened, which made Albertina instantly speechless. The middle-aged woman had no voice at all, even though she was still on the phone. Meanwhile, Petra instead smiled in satisfaction to Ludwig who responded by raising one eyebrow.

“Will I try.” Albertina's voice rang out again, after she had been silent for a while. “Contact me again tomorrow night,” the message before hanging up the phone.

“Ah, wait!” prevent Petra. “Tell dad, so he doesn't tell anyone about Ludwig's whereabouts.”

“You don't have to worry. As far as I know, your father has not coordinated with anyone on this matter. Yeah, already. Take care of yourself, son.” After saying so, Albertina completely hung up her phone.

Petra returned the phone to Ludwig who was smiling cynically when he received the phone. Without saying anything, the man with ash grey hair color turned his back.

Ludwig left Petra just like that. However, the handsome man's steady steps came to a halt as he was about to open the door. Petra followed, then held the back of the T-Shirt she was wearing.

Ludwig looked over with a cold look. It seems clear that he was not interested in serving the beautiful blonde girl. However, inevitably Ludwig had to give a response, to what Petra said.

“I've done a lot for you. Don't you want to give me a small reward?”

“What do you want?” ludwig asked coldly, without turning around.

Petra moved forward to Ludwig. The girl smiled mischievously, clutching tightly at the front of the T-Shirt that Ludwig was wearing. Meanwhile, the man only squinted, as Petra got closer to him.

Moments later, Ludwig came out of the barn. He said nothing to the two men guarding the building's door. Ludwig walked gallantly towards the residence of Gunther, which was only a few meters away from the farm.

However, Ludwig's steady steps had to come to a halt, as he looked at Gunther's figure walking alone in the dimness. The man did not head towards the barn, but instead went straight to the cowshed.

Curious, Ludwig followed Lilia's father while sneaking around. He walks on the alert, so Gunther doesn't realize he's being followed.

Previously, Ludwig thought that the owner of the farm was going to go to the cowshed. However, it turned out that the middle-aged man was deflecting the goal in another direction. Ludwig still remembered very well, with the road to the log cabin that he had come with Lilia this afternoon.

Keeping his distance, Ludwig oversaw all the movements of his father-in-law. A few meters away, he saw the middle-aged man crouching down, then unlocked the log cabin earlier. Gunther entered after closing the door tightly. Feeling that the situation was safe, Ludwig rushed over. He was looking for a gap, so that he could peek inside.

Ludwig surrounded the building which was all made of wood. However, he unfortunately did not find the slightest gap to peek. Forced, Ludwig had to sharpen his hearing in order to capture the sound of what Gunther was doing in there. Unfortunately, all in vain. The gurgling sound of the river water near the cottage, was much clearer in the hearing of the handsome man.

“Sial!” ludwig's grouse was upset. He almost hit the side wall of the cottage earlier, if he did not immediately resist the movement. Ludwig heard a thumping sound from inside there. I don't know what's going on and Gunther is doing it. One thing is for sure, that night Ludwig did not find anything he wanted. Moreover, since Gunther had already come out from there.

While in hiding, Ludwig watches as the ranch owner locks the door. Gunther then half crouched down. He opened one of the boards near his footing. From there, the middle-aged man took out a small iron box. Lilia's father had the key in it.

“Easy then?” Ludwig Sermon.
