Ludwig looked at Lilia for a moment. “Sorry. I have to go.” The man turned his body. He rushed towards the guardrail.
“Who is that woman, Heinz?” asked Lilia with teary eyes.
“Hide in a safe place. Do not come out until everything subsides,” said Ludwig without caring about Lilia's question. He jumped out, following Petra who was waiting for him.
Instantly, Lilia's slender body collapsed on the ground. A crushing blow returned to him this time, having earlier found the human skeleton hidden by Gunther. Lilia sat down with a bowed face. The roar of tears, accompanied the sound of gunfire that he no longer ignored. “Ludwig Stegen,” said the young woman shrieked.
“Hey! You!” Suddenly, behind Lilia was already standing a masked man who had prepared with his long barrel gun towards the woman.
However, Lilia seemed to not care. The beautiful gray-eyed woman just stared at the man. He seemed to have given up on whatever was going to happen to him. After all, Lilia had no idea what Gunther was in at the moment, given the ranching conditions had been ravaged.
The fire spread everywhere, because there were a lot of flammable items. The night is no longer dark in the ranch area. The red hotshot devoured whatever was nearby without remaining. Everyone is running in no direction. Cows were moaning because they could not save themselves from the intense fires that scorched the entire farm area.
Meanwhile, Ludwig kept Petra away from there. He didn't know where he was going this time.
“Who was that woman?” petra asked after they were quite far away from the ranch area. Both sit down to rest.
“Not your business,” replied Ludwig coldly. He looked up, looking at the sky that was already starting to light up. Morning will be soon.
“Where will you take me?” ask Petra.
Louis did not answer immediately. He scooped up his rough face. “Damn it!” grumble the man. “I left the watch on the farm. How's this?” Ludwig snorted in annoyance.
Petra moved her body closer to Ludwig. He displayed an expensive watch that was coiled around his left wrist. “Do not worry,” said the blonde girl.
Ludwig looked at him sharply. The anger that was held back, made the look on the handsome man's face look very scary. His pair of eyes were red, because he didn't sleep last night. Without saying anything, Ludwig got up from his seat.
“Where are you going?” Petra stood up. He followed Ludwig's steady pace which was too fast for him. “What if I call my mom again?” cetus the girl.
“What is the benefit? You see for yourself, Miss Harald. Your father came to the farm with an army to arrest me. Your mother is unreliable,” Ludwig's lips are upset. He turned. The man continued his steps.
Meanwhile, Petra continued to follow him. While walking quickly, the beautiful girl seemed to think. “Wait!” Petra half exclaimed, as Ludwig was a few steps ahead of him.
Ludwig. He turned back. But the handsome man said nothing. Moreover, because Petra immediately pulled out her hand.
Petra takes Ludwig to a newly opened cake shop. They stopped in front of the store. “Wait here. I'll go in,” Petra said. Without waiting for an answer from Ludwig, the girl passed inside. He met a fat middle-aged woman. “Good morning, Mistress,” greet Petra. He placed his newly released expensive watch on a glass display case. “It's original. My dad bought it straight from Switzerland as my birthday present a few weeks ago. But now I need money. I'm also very hungry. Can I exchange this for some bread and some money? I need to call someone. Please.” Petra put on a face. Her acting is amazing.
“Where are you from, Miss?” ask the lady who owns the cake shop.
“I am from Germany. Come here for a vacation. I was robbed on the way to the hotel. I want to go home. Therefore, I had to contact both of my parents, so that they could pick me up here,” Petra said almost in tears. “I've been stuck since yesterday, Madam.” The girl was crying.
“Ya, Lord.” Petra kept crying. “If my parents come here to pick me up, I'll go back to your shop, ma'am. Thank you very much. You're a very nice woman. God always accompanies and gives abundant blessings to your shop.” Petra continued to cry as she walked out of the store. He turned to the right. A few meters from there, Ludwig had been waiting for him.
“Come, we find a public phone,” take Petra indifferently. He rubbed his wet cheek. Petra gave the bread she had obtained to Ludwig. “Eat. You have to fill the energy. I don't want to have a lackluster partner,” babbles the girl.
“What have you done?” asked Ludwig while linking his eyebrows because he did not understand.
“Begging,” Petra replied indifferently as she chewed her food.
“Ck!" Ludwig clucked violently. He looked at the beautiful girl who was walking next to him. "I must be really careful with your overly cunning attitude like this,” Ludwig shook his head slowly while biting the bread Petra gave him. Incidentally, he was already very hungry.
Petra laughed after hearing Ludwig's words. The girl was indeed very different from the sensitive and so gentle Lilia. “We need to move immediately. Faster to contact my father or mother, then it will be better,” he said. Without hesitation, he wrapped his hand around Ludwig's arm.
Meanwhile, Ludwig did not respond at all, because in his mind was suddenly filled with the shadow of Lilia. The beautiful face that looked so sad and hurt had disturbed Ludwig's mind. I don't know why, he became like this. However, Ludwig repeatedly brushed aside his feelings.
“See! Public phone!” show Petra. The young woman ran over quickly, approaching the red-colored room that looked clean and well-groomed.
Ludwig's daydreams became dispersed instantly. He followed Petra right in.
“Who would you like to contact first? My dad or mom?” ask Petra to make sure. The tip of his index finger is ready to press the number button on a public phone.
“Try connecting me with Oliver Harald,” pinta Ludwig flat.
“Alright." Petra's wiggle pressed the numbers on the phone box. He waited long enough for his father to receive his call.
“Harald here,” greet Oliver from across there.
Petra gave Ludwig the phone.
“Your daughter is safe with me, Mr. Harald," replied Ludwig, without further ado.
“Fuck you, Ludwig Stegen!” oliver's curse is loud and full of anger.
“You should thank me, for saving your daughter from the masked men,” Ludwig replied with a cynical smile, in response to Oliver's still haughty attitude. “Just imagine if Miss Petra Harald was still there. I think, right now you must be crying over his body.”
“Stop bragging! Say what you want!” jolt Oliver again.
“Still the same, Sir. I want to return to Germany without being a fugitive!” ludwig was full of emphasis.
