Episode 83

Maxime woke up earlier unlike his usual days, today his feelings are in good shape even just by opening his eyes and seeing Zevana who is still sound asleep in his arms alone makes him so unable to hold his smile.

He never thought that even imagining small things like this would make him happy. She's so pretty her brown eyes match her long, wavy hair and her laughter and even her smile can make your day change.

It's true people say if you want to know more about your woman then look at her face when you wake up and before going to bed. This was not the first time they had slept together but this was the first time he had noticed the woman in such detail.

Earlier when they first met they got a bad impression of each other and the first thing that came to his mind was ‘he bitch’ ya just think it was possible back then because of their first meeting not going well. And he thought she was just a spoiled woman who would be a burden on his family and always had to get what he wanted but getting to know Zevana was not at all what he imagined.

About the fact that Zevana is Afsheen's family he had absolutely no idea about it and when they met in Justin's office he instead thought that Zevana was Justin's bedmate because of that he became a little interested to know more about the woman. And about the threat he once gave it was just nonsense how could he threaten his family when he did not know him at all but because of the reaction given his woman he became aware that the woman was in a family that was but she did not think that it was Afsheen's. As he announced about the engagement he thought it was fun because he liked every response the woman gave him and as the family meeting happened he really felt cheated due to the fact that the woman was a sister from best friend.

Although initially their relationship did not go well but these last few weeks he felt something strange about him towards the woman and the more he knew her the more he liked the kind, gentle side of her. And what makes his heart pound the most is that even though he was busy all day running around here and there, he said, planning everything for the wedding but he never heard the woman complain in the slightest to him and always came back with a smile that adorned his face.

And most amazingly even though he was tired he kept coming back and made him dinner when he had told him several times that they could eat out or order it but he said that no it was good for him to work so hard all day and eat outside. The woman was so amazing!

He planned to change his nature and treatment to the woman and he promised himself that from this day on he would treat her like a queen. He looked at the wall clock that had shown half seven in the morning they were sleeping long enough, Max got up slowly so as not to disturb Zevana's sleep and put on his clothes and walked to the bathroom to wash his face.

After that he went out of the room to the kitchen and there he saw the figure of the apartment owner who was sitting relaxed in his suit while sipping his coffee “You came back? Wow you are hard to believe” he said hello to Zack.

“I left my important stuff” said Zack while showing his phone “Again I just came back this morning and you guys.. you guys are very hard to believe being in someone else's house all day especially when the homeowner has no” protest.

“You just got back?” ask Max again

“Yes of course, you think I will come back despite knowing what crazy thing you guys are going to do” he said.

Max gave a quick glance at Zack who had been staring at him with a clear nervousness in his eyes “Tell me, you want to tell me something, right?” guess it.

Zack sighed rough “You know not before he was with you, I always looked after her even when she didn't have a friend beside her I was always there for her but now she's married and there's you beside her. Maybe I'm a little late to say this but after yesterday's incident I thought I should say it and forget for a while about our friendship”

Max stopped his activities and let Zack continue his words “Don't hurt my sister! She's been through a lot of bad things in her life when she's a good woman but I don't understand why she's always been hurt. I just want him to be happy because he deserves to be happy then if you guys have a problem please tell him well for him to understand so that he does not hurt” Zack said again.

“I saw her, I saw her sad face that seemed to be begging you but you just left. He doesn't want to get out of the room after you're gone, he looks heartbroken and I really don't like to see my brother put on that face because I think because of you he'll be happy because you're his man of choice. So that's why I beg you never to hurt him again no matter what the problem is”

In the end Maxime could only be downcast embarrassed, he knew that he was the cause of the pain suffered by the woman but at that time he really did not know it because he thought the woman did not love him.

“It also hurt me. I promise you from now on I will pay more attention to my attitude to him and I will make him happy and take good care of him in your place.” Max assured his best friend and brother-in-law.

Zack got up from his chair while looking at his watch then sighed in relief “I already said what I wanted to say then I'll go first, please make sure to change my bedsheets” he said ending with laughter.

A few minutes after Zack left, Max finally finished the meal for breakfast and for the last time he poured milk into a glass for him and Zevana, he arranged everything in one tray and brought it back to the room and so until he was presented with a calm view because the woman was still sound asleep.
