Episode 69

Today is the day I have been waiting for, though, the day that Zevana will officially become part of the Abiezer family as well as Maxime who will officially become part of the Afsheen family and become the first son-in-law and the only son-in-law for the family that family.

These last few days they were super busy taking care of the wedding and going to all the places and also the office work that somehow suddenly overflowed and that's all Maxime did in a day even they were two overtime last day to get everything done as soon as possible because one day before marriage they both didn't go to work.

At this time Zevana was sitting staring at the reflection of herself in the big glass in front of her while waiting for her MUA to finish polishing her face, actually, since his face was finished in makeup even he already felt very beautiful but somehow the woman's hand never stopped and always went back and forth on her face.

After a long time finally finished makeup Zevana rose from her seat staring at her who looks perfect behind her beautiful dress, she said, he could not hide his smile when he saw his reflection could not be denied that he was very beautiful today.

His mother who had been sitting a little far away from him also walked closer to him “How dear, you are ready?” ask her mother with a face filled with a smile.

At first after being rejected the atmosphere between them was a little awkward but over time they got closer and closer and familiar even the expression of feelings that Zevana did became a joke for them and from then on they are as close as they are today.

After a while later the door to the room they were in was opened by someone and how shocked Zevana was when she saw her handsome father coming to pick her up it seemed like the show was about to start and when her father it walked up to her the others including her mother who was also in the room out of there leaving her with her father alone.

His father standing next to him also noticed his reflection in the mirror “Are you ready? Don't be too nervous baby, everything will run smoothly” said his father.

Zevana nodded her head “Iya pa, hopefully”.

“You look very beautiful baby, although the day is usually already beautiful but today is special” said her father a little raucous.

Zevana watched her father and as she looked at him she could see the teary eyes that almost brought down the water from there, he who saw it could not hold his must then cry as well as his father when he blinked his eyes the water that nourished in his eyes was falling.

“Darling though there are still many things I do not know about your personals but believe me I love you very much and always proud of you, I am proud that you are my daughter” said her father made Zevana cry even more.

“I’m so proud of you, promise to complain to me whatever your problem especially if it relates to your future husband” he said again and Zevana just nodded her head in response.

His father took his hand and led him out of there and came back to a stop at the other door that was still closed and inside there was everyone waiting for him, the people who will witness her marriage with Maxime.

Shortly after standing in front of the tightly closed door was finally opened and accompanied by a song that filled the room Zevana walked with her father to step towards Max who was in the room altarpiece. Around the altar everyone stood up, he occasionally glanced to the left and right side with a forced smile but when he almost reached the altar he displayed a sweet and sincere smile because he saw his mother and future brother-in-law and family big Abiezer over there.

Now that his gaze was locked to the front, Max was now looking at him in awe, yes it was probably fake because there were now many people present. Next to Max was Zack who looked at him proudly with teary eyes as well as Justin who was staring proudly at him.

His father grabbed his hand which had grasped his father's arm tightly and placed it in Max's hand but his father's hand was still between them.

“When I let go of my daughter's hand in your hand then my responsibility will be transferred to you therefore you must take responsibility for her happiness, protecting her and that definitely gave her a lot of love” said her father before he finally put his hand away.

Maxime nodded his head in understanding and smiled even though he did not speak but on his face as if everything had been written there.

“Don't let down my trust, nak” said his father again patted Max's shoulder twice then got off the altar and returned to his mother's side down there.

“Sure sir, I will not disappoint you” Max said formally and sounded very convincing even so Zevana knows for sure that this is just a scenario written by Max.

Max puts his hand on Max's arm and during the ceremony at the beginning Max always tries to make him not tense and after finishing reading the sacred promise Maxime kissed briefly his forehead and cheeks and kissed his lips enough longtime.

After that they faced the families and guests and a waiter came with a tray of two champagne glasses for Maxime and Zevana, Max raised his glass followed by the guests and the extended family toast together.

“Thank you to everyone who has been present to witness our love story, especially my extended family and Afsheen for blessing and supporting our relationship to be in the spot at this time. Therefore let's toast together, thank you for his presence” said Max and made the guests cheer for his happiness.

Max and Zevana did a love shot while gulping down the champagne and everyone enjoyed the event with joy and hope everything went smoothly, Zevana and Maxime were in the chairs on the altar and let the guests enjoy the dishes that had been provided, of course, there were photos as well.
