The Suffering of Ken

The morning when Ken got a short message from Aiden, the man just smirked a little. He was a little upset, but he was no longer surprised. Aiden asked him to vacate the schedule for the next 3 days. Well, after all, this isn't the first time Aiden has broken a contract. Now 2 days had passed and it was already back at night. Perhaps, Aiden was going through another hot night with Zura. Though a little envious, Ken is happy for his best friend.

Unfortunately, Ken was wrong. He thinks Aiden emptied his schedule to spend some sweet time with Zura after solving the problems that were weighing on his heart. Then, why did that bastard now even look exactly like an undead? How Ken wasn't surprised!

Suddenly he was called to the hospital in the middle of the night because Aiden is now being treated.

“You are so fucked up, Aiden.” said Ken.

Seeing Aiden's condition lets Ken know that the man's problem with Zura is not over. Maybe even worse. As a best friend and assistant, Ken can't let him. Aiden's acting career can be ignored. But what about the Antarest Group problem? If Aiden ignored the job as well, then he would soon be destroyed. Just now, many higher-ups were underestimating and were constantly trying to bring down Aiden.

Aiden was silent. He had no intention of ignoring Ken, only that his head was too dizzy.

The sound of knocking on the door made Ken move closer. After the door opened, Heris and Helios were emblazoned with worried faces.

“How is Mr Aiden?” helios asked after entering the hospital room. His hands are still carrying baskets containing various fruits. While Heris beside him was just silent with a worried face.

Ken breathed a rough breath.

“What Zura didn't come?” Ken asked back. He did not understand what the matter was between Aiden and Zura. But, letting him go will only make Ken's fate in the future even more on the brink of the abyss.

“Keen.” Aiden spoke softly and looked at the sharp assistant. The man didn't have enough energy to scold Ken.

“Nona has not returned to mansion.” Helios whispered, deciding to answer Ken even though Aiden already looked very angry. Heris looked at her brother a little in amazement. If he saw Aiden like that, Heris wouldn't dare to answer Ken's question.

Ken who heard it only nodded briefly. Even now his head was getting hotter as if it was about to explode. Really, the person who has the most difficulty and the most loss in this condition is probably Ken. He had to take care of a lot of things in place of Aiden. Including the anger of many. Is there not a peaceful day for an assistant?

“What are you guys talking about?” ask Aiden sharply. He could not hear Helios whisper.

“Rest, sir. Or should I tell the big lady about your situation?” ask Helios.

Aiden grunts as hell. Helios! That person, despite appearing cold and indifferent, he always paid better attention than anyone else. Look at how Aiden now feels threatened by just one sentence!

Even Ken raised one eyebrow with a face full of enthusiasm. He was amazed and interested.

‘I have to learn from Helios!’ ken in the heart. He will remember this well from now on. If he managed to graduate from the study session with Helios, Aiden would no longer be able to behave arbitrarily.

Heris grabbed the fruit in her brother's hand, then she approached Aiden.

“Ka-Mister. eat the fruit first. I'll peel off the skin.” Heris. He almost slipped and called out to his brother in front of Helios. If Helios knew, she would have to hear a lecture at length, and that sucks.

Helios only glanced at Heris. He turned to Ken and whispered slowly.

Ken glanced at Aiden for a moment.

“I can find out where Zura is now. But is it okay to invite her when their relationship is this bad? Are you sure it's okay?” whispered Ken lirih. Seeing how Helios was able to make Aiden shut up, Ken became a little confident in this man.

“Sure. I'm sure it's okay. Although Mr. Aiden is very grumpy, we can trust Miss Zura. Miss is very patient and airy-hearted.”

Ken nodded briefly. He immediately came out of the room to carry out his duties.

"Please drink it, Ken's assistant." said Helios, giving him coffee cans.

"Thank you." Ken glanced briefly at Helios before continuing his remark.

"I've sent a message to Luci. Do you think Zura will come?"

"Miss is coming. At least even just to fulfill the obligation, miss will definitely come."

Hearing Helios' reply made Ken's forehead wrinkle.

"Meet the obligation??"

Helios turned around, looking at Ken.

"Do you not know the lady well? He is a person who cares deeply about his obligations. Although others do not see, even though others do not care, even though others blaspheme it. For the lady, duty is duty. Including the obligation of a wife to take care of her sick husband. No matter how bad they quarrel, the lady will still come and take care of the master."

Ken barely blinked. His eyes widened to hear every word Helios said.

"Helios, I will contact you more often in the future. Save my number, okay?! I sent a message to your phone" Ken said.

Helios gave a long sigh. He felt lazy despite just imagining Ken who would often call his phone in the future. Come on, Helios isn't Heris who likes to talk.

Lazy to think further, Helios chose to re-enter, and it appears that Heris was still adamant to make Aiden eat even if only a mouthful.

Ken was about to follow that very moment. Unfortunately, another protest call due to Aiden's absence re-rattled his phone.

"Damn!! It's not gonna be easy." Ken Gerrutu. Seeing the name that was plastered on the small screen made his mood deteriorate again.
