The nobleman Voldermont sighed. He sat down near Yuki and gently embraced Yuki's shoulder. "Yuki listen to me. Riana actually loves you very much. But jealousy has blinded his heart and his senses"

Yuki sighed. Then He leaned in and embraced the nobleman of Voldermont in friendship.

"Thank you" whispered Yuki.

"Together the little cats" said the Noble Voldertmont after being silent for quite a while, and hugged Yuki back tightly.

 

 

Next day. Yuki had just finished taking the medicine when Jaine's mother walked into the room. Yuki immediately stood up to welcome the arrival of Jaine's mother.

"Daughter Yuki, sorry to bother you. I'm delivering guests to the Princess"

"Guests ?" Yuki asked confusedly.

"Yuki..." 

Yuki's heart seemed to stop. Very familiar voice. Yuki immediately turned around and found Prince Sera already inside the room. Apparently He came with Jaine's mother. 

Prince Sera walked slowly towards Yuki who was just standing around with a face of confusion.

"Don't worry. I got permission from the Queen Mother to pick you up to the palace" Prince Sera said again trying to explain that Yuki did not feel more confused about her arrival in the room. He then grabbed Yuki's face with an apologetic look. "Sorry, I'm late"

Yuki shook his head slowly. Removing Prince Sera's hand from his face. 

"Yuki, come with me to the King's palace. I'll clear your name" Prince Sera gently persuaded.

Yuki shook her head again. Looking at Prince Sera nanar. "I didn't want to tell him, Prince. Don't do anything else for me. I owe you too much, Prince. I beg you to stop" pinta Yuki softly with a trembling voice. "Let them say whatever they want. I don't care anymore"

"Even though you don't care about your own life. But I care about Yuki. I still care about you" whispered Prince Sera firmly. "You are my woman. It's my duty to protect you"

"Why did you do it, when I've hurt you so much" Yuki said in a choked voice.

Prince Sera pulled Yuki into his arms. It was as if he was taking on all the burdens that had been pressing on Yuki all this time. "Don't you know why Yuki. Is this love you can't see ?"

It was not that Yuki could not see Prince Sera's feelings for her. But Yuki felt unworthy of all Prince Sera's kindness. He did not understand what Prince Sera's heart was made of. Why is Prince Sera so airy forgiving all of Yuki's attitude towards her.

Yuki had already hurt Prince Sera so many times cruelly. But Prince Sera stays there when Yuki needs her.

 

 

Prince Sera managed to persuade Yuki to come to the King's palace with him. They went by riding a horse-drawn carriage.

The chariot stopped in front of King Bardhana's palace. When Yuki came down. He almost turned away when he saw all eyes looking at him with a strange look.

Prince Sera held Yuki's hand gently. Yuki looked at Prince Sera pleading. "Stop the Prince, I beg you. Stopit"

"Yuki's.."

"The prince has been good enough to me. There is no reason for the Prince to destroy the Prince's reputation for me"

"Why did you say that ?"

"What the Prince doesn't see all the gazes on us here. I can't stand to see it. Stop already. Just let them talk bad about me. I can accept it, but I can't see the Prince getting dragged into my troubles and being a humiliation"

"I don't care about their judgment" Prince Sera said with a serious face. "Don't I ever tell you before Yuki. I will close my eyes and ears to the bad things about you Yuki. Did you forget ?"

Yuki remember. Prince Sera said it when he knew Yuki's chastity had been taken by Prince Riana.

Prince Sera then pulled Yuki to follow him.

They had arrived in front of the hall of the royal palace of Garduete. At the door was already waiting for Reverend Naru and the royal bodyguard Argueda. Prince Sera gripped Yuki's hand tightly. Strengthen Yuki to step up.

The door opened slowly.

The palace hall was already full of people. There's King Bardhana and the Queen Mother. Prince Riana, his Royal friends, Princess Marsha and the Royal Ministers. All were curious about the results of the Knight trial that Prince Sera proposed.

Everyone is waiting for their arrival.

When they had arrived in the middle of the hall. The sounds of whispering to each other sounded. 

"I'm ready" replied Prince Sera calmly. "So soon start this trial"

King Bardhana raised his hand to give a signal. Four soldiers came in carrying the furnace with a licking fire. The furnace was placed in front of Prince Sera.

"Princess Yuki, you better back off. If the results are not good later. Your life will be threatened" said Reverend Serfa reminded.

"Princess Yuki, before the results came out. You should remember well today. Given how people who do not trust you treat you and the Baby in the womb of the Princess" Pastor Naru said not to be outdone.
