"Yes..." Yuki felt awkward about the situation. He felt Raymond's sadness. "I'm sorry, but I have to go"

"Would I take you ?" 

Yuki knitted an eyebrow. "It's still Raymond's school hours. You can't ditch. Remember, this afternoon you have an interview about your scholarship with the university" Yuki reminded with a serious face. 

Raymond will be taking part in the final interview scheduled this afternoon. He will enter one of the prestigious Universities abroad. Just like Yuki, Raymond also majored in medicine.

It was Raymond's dream since childhood. Dreams that ultimately spread to Yuki.

Now, Yuki no longer wants to ruin Raymond's life. He wanted to see Raymond become successful and slowly forget about Yuki.

"Until the school gates, do you agree ?" Raymond bids quickly expectantly.

"Yes..Alright" said Yuki finally choosing to give up.

Yuki finished tidying up the items that Yuki planned to bring to her home world. Put it all in the school bag. Then he closed the locker door and locked it. 

Raymond waited quietly until Yuki felt ready.

Then they walked along the hallway of the school. Yuki was shocked when Raymond grabbed Yuki's hand. Hold him tightly. Raymond's hands were warm. Reminds Yuki of the memories of when they were still together as lovers. Raymond always held Yuki's hand as he does now.

Yuki has made up her mind. No matter what happens, he cannot be shaken.

Some disciples cleared their throat teasingly when they saw them walking while holding hands. But Raymond didn't care. She still clasped Yuki's hand tightly.

 

 

Raymond stood still. When Yuki finished telling her origin and where she had been all this time.

The turn of the lesson bell rang loudly. The low boisterous voice of the students in the school rang out, united with their footsteps upon entering their respective classes.

Neither Yuki nor Raymond budged from his place. They seemed to wait until the atmosphere was quite calm, before saying goodbye.

"Don't play with people's feelings anymore, immediately find a good woman for you" Yuki's heartfelt pinta, breaking the silence.

"Nobody is as good as you" Raymond replied softly.

Yuki laughed awkwardly. "Stop seducing me like I am now, I will no longer be affected by your different waves"

Now the school grounds are completely deserted. They were both standing near the school gate. Their classmates, who happened to see them from the classroom window. Directly cheering them loudly. Making a furore that sounded until the other classes.

Yuki sighed while looking at Raymond deeply. Ignoring the cheers that tease them.

It feels very heavy. Yuki and Raymond had known him for quite a while. Although their relationship is not going well, Raymond is the one who always trusts Yuki even though other people continue to denounce Yuki.

"Now is it ?" Ask Raymond.

Yuki nodded her head. He slowly let go of Raymond's hand. Taking the necklace around her neck, the necklace with the pendulum from the shard of coins that was the legacy of her mother, and also the necklace which is a sign of the engagement between She and Prince Sera.

Without hesitation, Yuki dressed her to Raymond.

Yuki shook his head slowly.

"I can't. I'm sorry Raymond"

"Goodbye, Raymond, thank you for being in my life this whole time"

Yuki on her tiptoes brought her face closer, and Raymond naturally bowed his body towards Yuki. Yuki kissed Raymond's cheek as a farewell greeting.

"I'll never be able to forget you" whispered Raymond sadly.

But Yuki chose not to express his feelings directly. He did not want to give Raymond the slightest hope. Yuki knew, that hope would hurt Raymond more later.

Their classmates cheered loudly and watched the romance between Yuki and Raymond. It causes its own fanfare. They do not realize how Yuki and Raymond feel. They think it is happiness, not separation.

Yuki looked up, looking one by one at the faces of his friends. This was the last time Yuki could see them.

Rather than them, it seems that Yuki was the first one at graduation and left school sooner.

"I'm leaving" Yuki said.

Slowly Yuki stepped foot. Leaving the unmoved Raymond in his place. Yuki lowered her head, continuing to strengthen her heart to step forward.

Yuki waved her hand, smiling cheerfully to hide her sadness.

Someday. Sinewed. If Yuki misses the world she grew up in. Yuki will always remember Raymond. A guy who becomes Yuki's girlfriend and first love.

 

When we got home. Yuki is surprised to see that in front of the connecting door is already leaning against a large backpack, which Phil used to use for camping and mountain climbing. The backpack was full of items Aunt Sheira claimed with the label "will be in Yuki's custody someday".

"What's all this stuff Aunty for ?" Tanya Yuki could hardly believe it. He tried to pull the backpack with both hands. But it didn't work. There might be over ten kilos of weight. "How can I take him ?"

"All are things you'll need someday there. Don't protest too much. You can just drag him inside the connecting door, not carry him all the time. It will not be too heavy" said Aunt Sheira satisfied, in her hand there is a small note containing a list of items that have been checked by her.

Yuki grumbled inwardly while still trying to drag the backpack, to find out its strength. Whether or not He is able to pull Yuki into the door to drag the bag.

Yuki decided to shut up. Not arguing with Aunt Sheira because she's sure she won't win against Aunt Sheira.
