After asking Luna to come out, I locked the door. Hurry up to follow the footsteps of the man in front of me. I was so surprised to see what Niko did to Roy who was on the ground and almost unconscious. 

"Mas Niko! What are you doing," I snapped while pulling his hand from Roy's bloodied face.

"Rani, why are you here" asked Niko who was surprised when she saw my presence and Luna. 

"It doesn't matter why I'm here, now explain to me what you mean by treating my best friend like that" I asked as I stared intently into his eyes.

"Roy, O God, son .." came the voice of Roy's parents who had just come and immediately helped him.

"This must be all because of you! Since childhood you always bring my son into trouble, if anything happens to my son you have to take responsibility," Bu Asih snapped to me to my surprise.

"Already Mom, we better take Roy to the hospital now," said Mr. Usman while helping some residents carry Roy's body that was unconscious.

After seeing Roy down to the hospital in the car of one of the residents. I immediately looked at Niko with a disappointed and angry look. I hurried to take Luna's hand beside me and bring her home. As long as I thought that the man who was once my husband had changed since the departure of his first son with Niken.

“Rani! Ran, listen to my explanation first,” shouted Niko as she saw me and Luna leave the place.

“Bu, Om Roy and Dad why fight?” asked Luna who was in my arms at the time.

I didn't answer Luna's question at all, not because I didn't hear. However, what is in my mind at this time is how Roy is. As I was about to enter the house suddenly a hand clenched my hand tightly.

“Rani, please give me a chance to explain everything that happened,” Niko said as she clasped my hand tightly.

“Luna you went into the room yes, I want to talk to Dad for a moment,” my orders to Luna he replied with a small nod.

“Plak!” a slap I gave to Niko when Luna had entered the room.

“How does my slap hurt?” I said to Niko who was instantly speechless after getting a hard slap from me.

“The pain you are feeling right now is not comparable to what Roy is feeling right now," I added as I looked into Niko's eyes with an angry look.

"I have a reason why I did that to your best friend" Niko replied in self-defense.

"Whatever reason you remain wrong in my eyes," I replied as I walked towards the door.

"I still love you so much Ran, I just don't want her to succeed in getting your heart, I realize that you are a woman who deserves my love" Niko said as I began to open my door.

“Since when do you think I deserve you to love? Is it since Niken can't give you offspring, or since you lost your first son, but unfortunately I don't have the same taste as you, already,” I replied as I walked closer to Niko who was standing before me.

“Not so Ran, I really love you. I beg you to give me a chance to be a good husband and father to you and Luna, I also promise I will divorce Niken soon,” Niko said as she held my hand.

For a moment I was pensive and crying while sitting at the door. Not because of my love for Niko or Roy, not because of the regret of my first marriage. However, more to the fatigue that I am currently feeling, sometimes I think until when I will be shadowed by the dark and painful past. 

"Mother, Father, I miss you here" I said, looking down and crying.

After being satisfied with my tears and after feeling if my feelings are better. I immediately stood up and walked to the room to meet Luna. The sight of my little princess falling asleep, her innocent face seemed to make me feel a lot calmer.

“Mother promises to try to make you happy Son, nothing can change your affection for you,” I said as I stroked Luna's hair that looks so sound in her sleep. 

From that moment on, Luna started to stay away from Niko every time she came to visit. For almost a month Roy no longer visited my house. Until making Luna who is close to the figure of Roy always ask about his current existence. 

“Mother why Om Roy never comes back to our house?” asked Luna who suddenly came out of the room and sat down beside me. 

“Om Roy is currently sick, it is better for Luna to pray Om Roy so that she will recover quickly and can play again to this house,” I replied while closing my laptop and directly hugging Luna's body from the side.

“What Om Roy hurt because of Dad,” asked Luna while releasing my embrace.

“Why can Luna think like that?” I asked a little surprised.

“We ‘will have seen Dad hit Om Roy to faint, Mom why Dad is so evil to Om Roy. Luna hates Dad,” she replied innocently.

“Darling, you are wrong, Dad has never been bad to anyone including Om Roy maybe Dad is like that because he is tired and there are many thoughts," I explained while holding Luna's small body. 

"So an adult if a lot of thought should hit ya ma'am?" ask him to make me shut up for a moment.

"You better take a shower and eat, because it's late in the afternoon, just pray Om Roy gets well, baby,” I replied while kissing my little daughter's cheek.

“Why don't I look at Roy at his house, I have to apologize to him and his parents, my inner” while tidying up my laptop.

The next day after bathing Luna, I immediately took her to a cake shop at the end of the highway. After some kind of cake was already in my hands. Luna and I headed straight to Roy's house. Because some people told me that Roy was home from 2 weeks ago. 

“Mother, Luna seneng deh we will meet Om Roy, oh yes yesterday Luna in ajari Bu Guru draw,” said Luna who walked very excitedly. 

“Oh yes ... Indeed Luna drew what?” ask me with a smile.

“There, Luna wants to show this painting to Om Roy,” he replied while showing the picture book in his hand.
