Season 2: Fauzi

The fallen leaves fall in the courtyard of the mosque where children learn to teach. The sound of the iqro sound coming from inside the mosque is so soothing. It appears that some children are memorizing hijaiyah letters.

"Alif, Ba, Ta, Tsa, Jim, Ha, Kho, .." said the boys.

"Alhamdulillah brothers, you have been well memorized, today until here, continue in each house yes" said the handsome young man who was twenty-six years old.

Although he was only twenty-six years old, this young man had already become a person who was beneficial to the crowd. He is the owner of the largest and best pesantren in Bandung. In addition, the young man also became a free teacher at the mosque for children who want to learn to teach.

"Look at that Ustadz Fauzi, he's very handsome, I hope he'll be my daughter-in-law" said a mother who was shopping for vegetables around not far from the mosque.

"Don't dream Mom, a handsome and mature man so will not want to be a mother's daughter-in-law" joked the other mothers.

"I can too" replied the mother again.

"Basar is not aware of the age of hahaha" replied his friend.

Fauzi was the son of Farhan and Anisah. He has a twin named Fauzan. Since he was a child, Fauzi aspired to become a hafidz. Every day he spent time memorizing the Qur'an and the hadith.

Fauzi graduated from the best Islamic university in the world, the Islamic University of Medina in Saudi Arabia. He managed to get a full scholarship and came out as one of the best students.

Fauzi decided to build the best pesantren in Bandung since he was twenty-two years old. The pesantren started operating since he was twenty-three years old. Although the age of the pesantren is still three years, but the pesantren has earned the title as the best pesantren in Bandung.

Fauzi was very close to his mother, Anisah. She really likes her parents' halal romance story. Fauzi even remembered how his parents met. Farhan often told these things to his two sons.

"Son" Anisah told Fauzi.

"Yes Mother?" ask Fauzi.

"Why Mother?" ask Fauzi.

"Because Mommy thinks you and Fauzan are ready to marry baby, you are twenty-six years old" replied Anisah.

Fauzi hugged his mother, the greatest woman of his life. She will always remember the struggle of Mother who gave birth and raised herself.

"God willing Bun, just pray for Bun" said Fauzi.

"Yes dear, Mother will always pray the best for you" replied Anisah.

Anisah's face is relatively young at the age of forty-eight years. Farhan was six years older than himself. Farhan was now fifty-four years old.

Their family was very happy even without any other woman besides Anisah. Since Anisah does not have a daughter, she only hopes to have a daughter-in-law who she will consider to be her own.

"Mother prays that you will have a good woman who you can lead to be a godly wife" Anisah said.

"Yes Bun, Aamiin" Fauzi replied.

Anisah knows that her daughter Melani likes her son. Anisah also knew for sure that her son did not have a special taste for his daughter Melani. Honestly Anisah want to match them because Laila is very good and shalihah. But as a mother, Anisah did not want to impose her will.

"Choose a woman who can accept your bad good son, who wants to be invited to cooperate up to Jannah" said Anisah.

"Aamiin, insyaallah Bun" replied Fauzi.
