Season 2: The Return of the Past
When Shalihah is out of prison, she begins a new life with her son and husband. Of course Shalihah hated both, both her son and her husband.
Shalihah hates Prayoga because she loves only one man, Raihan. The Shalihah hated her son because the biological father of her son was a depraved man who raped her.
Time after time passed, Shalihah grew older and embarrassed to blend in with the society of many. He did not want to visit invitations or communicate with outsiders.
The Shalihah also secretly searched for information regarding Raihan. But he knew fighting Raihan who was already at the peak of success was foolishness.
Prayoga had a best friend since childhood, his name was Jaya. They are friendly from SD to adulthood. Before they get married, they promise to betroth their child if anyone is the same age.
Jaya is Papa Wendy who is ill at the moment. Jay is an ambitious and kind man. Actually Jaya did not want to force her will to betroth her daughter, but Jaya had already promised Prayoga.
Just like Jaya, Prayoga is also a good man. Although Rendi is not the son of his womb, Prayoga still loves Rendi like a biological son.
Prayoga also doesn't want to match Rendi to Wendy after she finds out that her son doesn't love Wendy. But because of the demands of the Shalihah, Prayoga could only keep quiet and follow the will of his wife.
The Prayoga Company has recently been hit by bankruptcy. That is why Shalihah is eager to match Rendi with Wendy. This will save their company.
"You just follow what Mama wants, what Mama says is true" Prayoga told his son.
"Yes Pa" replied Rendi who had never had power against her so kind-hearted Papa.

Anisah was crying in the corner of her room. Farhan who had just finished reading the newspaper approached his wife.
"Darling, what happened" asked Farhan.
"Darling, I don't know what else to do" Anisah replied.
"Why dear, tell me" said Farhan.
"That's good news baby, why are you crying?" asked Farhan astonished.
"The problem is that the girl has been betrothed by her dear family" replied Anisah again.
"Did the girl accept the matchmaking her family made?" ask Farhan.
"No dear, but the father of the girl has promised her best friend" replied Anisah.
"And you know who the father of the man who will be the future girl?" tanya Anisah provides a surprising puzzle.
"How do I know baby, tell me" said Farhan.
"His name is Prayoga, and he is the husband of dear Shalihah, the one who hurt us first" Anisah replied in tears.
Farhan was shocked to hear this. He did not want to remember the bad things about the past that they had slowly buried. All those memories were re-enacted in Farhan's head which made his body go limp.
"Do we have to give up and get Fauzi to find another woman?" asked Anisah between her tears.
"It must have been hard for Fauzi" Farhan replied.
"Why should we bond back with that woman" Anisah said sadly.
"Honey, we must pray that our hearts are calm" Farhan said.
"Love, may God always protect us" Anisah said.
They embrace each other. Anisah and Farhan are unaware that Fauzi has heard all their conversations. When Fauzi wanted to go to Anisah's room, he accidentally heard her name mentioned. Fauzi did not understand everything his parents said. Farhan and Anisah never told their children the dark past.
