Siska tea began to launch its action. He tried his hardest to be indifferent to Anisah. Siska tea had several times to hold back laughter while acting.

"Tea why Tea, Anisah cuekin all day" said Anisah wondering.

"Why-why Nis, Teteh do not feel indifferent you really" replied Siska Tea as if nothing happened.

"Have you prepared Mel's gift?" ask the Teteh.

"Udah Teh, about the gift you just trust Melani" said Melani confidently.

"OK deh, cake and gifts are finished, Teteh will quietly decorate the backyard, already yes" closed the Teteh.

"Tea Sipp" replied Raihan and Melani.

Siska tea quietly slipped behind the house towards the back garden. He did not want Anisah to be suspicious even knowing their plans.

After Teh Siska saw Anisah go outside the house, Teh Siska began to decorate the back garden. He was already impatient to make a happy birthday to Anisah. Siska tea is very excited because the day after tomorrow he must return to America immediately.

Anisah even forgot her birthday tomorrow because she was too busy thinking about Farhan's health. Anisah immediately contacted Raihan to ask if the man knew anything about Siska Tea's change.

"Rai, is Siska Tea in trouble?" ask Anisah.

The notification sounds are heard from Melani's phone. A message from Raihan adorns the screen of his cell phone.

"The company I picked up dong cake, the cake I ordered this morning, just pick it up" said Raihan.

Melani smiled happily at the contents of the message from Raihan. But he was eager to make Raihan upset and pout.

"Don't want to, call me by the name of my first brother I want" Melani replied nosy.

"Sister? that's right" Raihan continued.

"I am indeed your sister, I am older than you" Melani replied more nosy.

"You are older than I am, but my thinking is much more mature than yours" Raihan replied unwilling to budge.

"Call Brother alone, everything will be finished, very difficult" Melani replied not to lose.
