Actually Anisah wants to study in London. His friends also knew that London was the city of Anisah's dreams. But the woman suddenly wanted to study in the Netherlands. The place where her husband studied while in college.

Anisah opened her face, her face still covered in tears. Tomorrow morning her husband will leave for Taiwan. Anisah already knew the hospital her husband would visit after he found out more.

"I have to be strong for Mas Farhan" Anisah said as she tidied her face.

After the completion of the dzuhur prayer, Anisah continued his activities. The woman was preparing for her husband's needs. Anisah meticulous in packing her husband's belongings.

After Anisah finished packing her husband's belongings, she immediately searched for a piece of paper and a pen. Anisah intends to write something.

"Dear my dear husband, when you read this letter means that you have recovered from your illness. From the very beginning I knew your illness, the instinct of a wife will always be in me. That's why you can't hide anything from me. I am happy that you are finally free of your illness. Mom, you don't have to worry about me. I know for myself that I am a strong woman. We also do not need to feel guilty about everything that happens in our homes. You are the greatest husband, you can be patient with my childish nature. You can pretend to be tough in front of me as long as you are seriously ill. I know there are a lot of tears behind me. Therefore let us strengthen one another, for I am a part of your life."

The letter was written with tears. Anisah immediately folded the paper and put it in a pink envelope.

"I beg you to help me, this is all I can do" Nisa said.

"How do you know about his illness?" ask Mario.

"You know how a wife's instincts. I want you to give me this letter when Mas Farhan recovers from his illness" Anisah said.

"But if God wills otherwise, I will be sincere, all we can do as human beings is try and pray" Anisah continued.

"So you won't tell Farhan that you know his illness?" ask Mario.

"Therefore the letter will reach him if he is completely healed, otherwise, never give the letter to him" Anisah continued his sentence with tears.

"Alright if it's your decision, I'm amazed at you Nis" said Mario.

"Farhan is really lucky to get you as his wife" Mario continued.

"You're wrong, I'm the one who's really lucky to have Mas Farhan as my husband" Anisah said.

Mario smiled in admiration. He had known Farhan since childhood, they grew up together until studying in the Netherlands together. Mario is grateful his best friend has a woman who sincerely loves him.

After they finished talking Anisah immediately parted. He did not want their meetings to be known to others, especially Farhan.

"I'll excuse you" Anisah said.

"Yes, you're careful" said Mario.

"Please keep our meeting secret from Mas Farhan" Anisah said.

"Yes you take it easy, I will keep everything a secret until he recovers" Mario replied.

"Thank you Mario, Mas Farhan is also lucky to have a friend like you" Anisah praised before he turned around and went home.
