Marrying a Hardenal Girl

Marrying a Hardenal Girl
Go away

Mikayla says goodbye to Laura Lavine, Scott's Aunt after handing over her resignation letter a few days ago.

He also did not forget to say goodbye and thank Scott for their friendship. However Scott has been a very good friend and also helped him a lot in many ways.

There was sadness in Mikayla's heart when she arrived at her house that afternoon and arranged a small suitcase to fill some of her clothes and other supplies.

Mikayla wants to calm herself from all the fear that continues to envelop her days. He has booked a ticket for the afternoon departure back to Indonesia for a while.

With wet eyes, Mikayla finished her pack and then checked her passport and other cards.

He decided to write a note for Delano. He did not want to send it via WhatsApp with the aim that Delano could see the flash disk that he would put with the note.

Mikayla began writing:

Delan, I'm leaving for a while back in Indonesia. I think the video on this flash disk can answer all your questions about my anxiety and sadness all this time.

No need to panic. I don't completely trust the content of the video and assume you're just being framed for this. However, I could not deny my heart that I was so disappointed and devastated.

Don't worry, you can explain later if I come back. I just want to calm down for a while and reflect on whether I still deserve to be with you considering I'm not the perfect woman, who can give you your wish.

Take good care of yourself. I will miss you, baby.

Kayla's.

After she finished writing, Mikayla placed the note on a table in their bedroom and placed a flash disk on it.

Mikayla glanced at the watch in her hand. He stood up, picked up his bag and pulled his suitcase.

For a moment he looked around the big house. There was sadness that made her tears fall. However, the house had carved a beautiful memory with Delano. Although he will definitely return, he is not sure how long he must calm himself and leave Delano.

Mikayla got out of the house and took an online taxi she had booked into Los Angeles airport.

Throughout the journey her tears still dripped. He tried his hardest to remain calm even though half his heart was still left in the city.

Mikayla rushes to check in. After he finished he decided to fill his stomach briefly in a Korean Food cafe located a few meters from where he checked in.

He glanced at the clock again. "There's still time." he whispered. Due to the rather cold weather accompanied by heavy rain and lightning, Mikayla decided to order a super spicy meal to make her body feel warm.

Finished enjoying the food, Mikayla immediately moved away from the place. When he was about to sit where the other passengers who were with him were sitting waiting for a call to get into the plane, suddenly his stomach felt wrapped around. It turned out that the food he ate was too spicy and made him have to run to the toilet.

Mikayla enters the toilet to relieve the pain. When he was in the toilet, he could not concentrate anymore on hearing the announcement of the last call from the plane he was about to ride.

Because her stomach still hurts too, Mikayla spent a long time inside the toilet.

When he got out of there, the plane he was about to board had taken off.

Mikayla can only resign. He also had to give up his suitcase which had been taken away by the plane that had left him. He then rushed to the express ticket booking section to buy a new ticket whose departure time was only an hour later.

He checked in and then waited again. Not long ago, he was sitting on a plane that would take him to Japan to transit there before going to Jakarta.

Mikayla closed her eyes. He would not look out the window. His heart was not willing to leave the city.

His feelings are mixed. But there is a sense of relief that slowly infiltrates the recesses of his heart when he remembers his hometown and also his gang friends.

A small smile accompanied him to sleep in a plane that had far left America for Asia.
