Marrying a Friend

Marrying a Friend
Surprise

"For the morning, Miss is beautiful." Sapa Firhan as I squirm felt a kiss on the forehead, then opened my eyes and blinked.

The balcony curtain, which is the only ventilation in this room, is now open and shows a very bright and healthy morning light forging this room.

Hmm, it's eight o'clock.

"You're from jogging?" lirihku asked when he saw clearly he was wearing a tight shirt with no gray sleeves and maroon shorts.

I was still lying in a thick white blanket patterned with flowers, wrapping my body. It feels so lazy to get up from the bed.

"Even longer. Just surround the compound and get out not far from the highway."

"Why didn't you wake me?" the protests looked at him with annoyance and made me pout. However, only an innocent smile can I as an answer while pinching this nose gently.

"My son is very sound sleep and I am not willing to wake him," Firhan's martial chimed that made me turn my face and pursed my lips.

"Promise, will bring you a more beautiful and cool atmosphere," Firhan pleaded after gently touching my face and facing towards her.

My eyebrows frowned and looked at the man questioningly, but again a sly smile found on his face.

You surprise boy!

I sigh in surrender.

"Dress and get ready, honey. We will go to our real destination" Firhan announced excitedly and smiled meaningfully after peeping my forehead back, saying, but just ignored him without looking at him and asked him again who just got up from the bed and walked past Firhan— sitting in the bed— headed to the bathroom.

Just free! I already know her answer, this must be one of her surprises.

What else is it?

The look on his face wrinkled in wonder as he looked at my behavior who was secretly glancing at him from the corner of my eye behind the bangs. However, after a few steps away from him, I turned around and walked over to the man who was looking at me questioningly and carefully.

The kiss on Firhan's forehead landed softly which made him look at me unexpectedly.

"Thank's over the streets yesterday and last night. It was so much fun" I whispered and passed away leaving him increasingly incredulous and unfathomable looking at me. Asumsiku, maybe in his mind, I'll ask him.

You surprise giver sir!

I smiled cunningly without Firhan knowing while going into the bathroom. It didn't take long, we were ready. Firhan wears my favorite white T-shirt with a blue jacket and khaki black pants. And me, wearing a blue turtleneck couple with khaki black pants anyway. Leaving this house and town and down the street that made me enjoy all the way.

Not far from the city, Firhan's car that was traveling at normal speed was now entering an area like a countryside. Along the way, the left and right sides began to appear trees and various plants. The roads began to meander and sometimes climb. I just found out this place is the village of Malino, when pine trees began to appear that grew towering along the road and the temperature began to feel cool. Firhan glanced at me who was sitting next to him and so enjoyed.

"Malinos?" tanyaku began to open his voice in silence while looking questioningly.

He smiled warmly. "Yes. As expected, you know this place!" firhan Gumam.

I nodded in a knotty smile, then turned my gaze looking out the window, observing what was along the way.

"I never came here! This used to be a place I really wanted to visit. I recognized him because I often heard people say and tell me about this place. Especially, identical to pine trees, cold temperatures and some tourist attractions, as well as strawberry gardens. People call it, the peak of Makassar. Bogor has a peak, so does Makassar." I muttered, then grinned at the end of the sentence.

I feel like I miss my parents.

Firhan's car now stops at one of the modestly styled houses with orange paint. The house that is not large does not have a fence located on the road. The parking lot is not broad, even for car parks it does not fit. There were two wooden chairs and a rectangular wooden table placed on the porch of the house.

And a tall, somewhat full-bodied man in tanned black with thick, bangy black hair had stood at the front side of the house and was smiling warmly at us, as if to have been waiting for our arrival.

"Welcome, Mr. Firhan." Greet the man warmly in his Makassar accent which was still thick as Firhan and I approached him. Firhan grabbed his hand and shook hands.

"Sorry, sir, I'm Zul, Mr. Andi's friend who helped him look after this villa."

Oh, it belongs to Firhan's friend.

My eyes were busy watching this house and its surroundings. I'm not interested in their conversation. Looks like it's good here.

"Oh, Zul-chan. Just call me Firhan. Andi, the hell, has already told me about you… "

The atmosphere is very comfortable and cool. It was afternoon, but the temperature was still morning. So cold. I was so late in this atmosphere that I was no longer interested in hearing their long chatter.

Beside him was a villa made of wood. Yeah, it's a stage house. In paint with green tosca but unique style. And next to it again, a stretch of green grass surrounded by towering pine trees.

" … that's it, Mr. Firhan. Nice to meet you too, Mother...."

"Call me Nesya. He's my wife."

I gasped to hear the name which immediately the search and exploration of my eyes that were busy observing around earlier made a halt and smiled clumsily towards Firhan and the man in front of us.

"Nesya? Star Elnesya?"

I was surprised to hear the full name.

"Sorry, but who, huh? I mean, why do I know my full name?"

"Jeez, Nes .. You and me, injoo moo ronk?"

And his last words made me laugh.

That's my silly line with Zul, when we were best friends. Sentences mixed with English and Makassar accents which means, that's it first. And instantly, the atmosphere became excited. I was late chatting with Zul, my old best friend.

"So, where—"

"Zul, sorry, yes, we have to go in. I'm afraid Nesya will get sick if she stays outside for a long time with this kind of temperature. She's pregnant again. Again, thank you." Sela Firhan quickly pulled me in after Zul nodded and smiled, without even giving me a chance to speak.

I just looked at the wonder of this guy who pulled me.

Why is he being so protective?

"Sit here, honey." Sahut Firhan while leading sat on the brown sofa, but the tone of voice contained cold and strange.

I don't know what's wrong with him.

His views are defensive as well. The emotional change is very fast. With a flat face, he went out and returned with our suitcases. I just looked at him as long as he was active. Without saying anything. But my eyes kept watching his movements.

"Take your clothes off, then put on your thick jacket. There will be a very cold temperature change. Outside it was cloudy, it seemed like it was going to rain" Firhan said, but I did not answer.

Long he was silent who seemed to be waiting for something, but I just kept silent while looking at him who was now looking at me and did not know what he was doing.

"Nesiah?"

I kept looking at him, even when our eyes met.

"What?" again, he asked indistinctly who looked at me sitting up while propping up his chin.

"What are you?" my elak insisted on defending himself who was still looking at Firhan.

"Why see me like that?"

"Why is your attitude like that?" Again, I answered the same question.

She rubbed and squeezed her hair after a look, then lowered her head.

I smiled and walked up to him and our eyes met. My hand was currently grasping the face of my husband who had looked at this face darkly.

Staring and enjoying Firhan's gaze for a moment.

"You jealous?" mulaiku again.

"Sorry, I should have—"

"I'm sorry. The please? I should have sensitized and appreciated you, "I muttered that was still staring at him.

He smiled, but nodded slowly. Her one hand touched my cold cheek warm because of the temperature here.

"I love you." Lirih Firhan with a big and happy smile that makes me smile. The word he rarely spoke managed to make my cheek heat up in embarrassment.

"I love you too, dear."

He smiled, then kissed my forehead and then pulled in his arms. The rain started to fall.

* * *

It had been a few days in this place, but Firhan had never taken me jogging with him. The reason is only one—like the first reason— would not disturb my deep sleep. How to sleep well if the atmosphere is so comfortable and cool. The smell of the natural panorama is so felt there. In addition, every day Firhan took me for a walk to the Tappanuli waterfall that is so beautiful, to the pine forest surrounded by fog and further beautify the panorama. Play area flaying fox and others. I was even just watching Firhan play, picking such fresh strawberries, shop at unique markets and buy edelwis flowers and also see rare plants that are new in this city—other in America of course and much more. Firhan's surprises make me happy.

This time, we didn't go for a walk all day. It rained heavily from morning until now and the fog covered the city quite a bit. The temperature was so cold that Firhan and I were forced to wear sweaters and thick jackets while chatting in the room, on top of a medium bed wrapped in green tosca sheets and the effect really makes it cooler because of the soft color.

We sat down while my husband was holding my body. Then chat the times where we are still friends, silly behavior to our dreams.

I put my jacket together and made her drag this body that was getting tighter as her hands rubbed my hair.

"The weather is really very cold. It must be snowing outside. Wanna bet on making a snow doll quick?"

I let out a sigh that instantly cold steam came out in my mouth. He started again with his silly joke. Sometimes, his over-imagination was crumpled. But, strangely it made me smile and be happy for his entertainment.

"It's Indonesia, honey, it won't snow,"

He chuckles. "There should be a fireplace in this villa, or what if we make a bonfire here?" he murmured again after his weakness subsided.

I chuckle. "Good idea, honey. How about a big bonfire? This villa?”

He laughed when he heard my prank, and then kissed this head. Apparently understand what I mean.

Okay, so, this couple is going crazy!

I smiled amusedly at the joke in my own mind.

"What would you ask if God gave a request that was granted?"

I asked the origin, hugs started to loosen and looked up at Firhan. His expression smiled warmly.

"To see someone I love smile and be happy is more than enough to make me happy,"

I smiled warmly with his width. "You didn't ask for your true love?"

Firhan smiled warmly as he glanced at me and stared for a moment.

"My family is certainly my chain of strength and patience. And Allah knows my true love, even in Halal—at least destiny has been outlined. And that fated companion of life will become true love. I really believe that,"

I'm smiling too.

"At some point, if the sadness comes without my protection, just close your eyes, say the name of God, then imagine the face of your loved one, that calmness will surely appear." Whisper Firhan and then hold me.

"Sleep, tomorrow if the weather is friendly, we jog early and see another surprise for you." Pinta Firhan in her promise, then kissed my forehead and we lay down.

In his arms, my eyes closed and like listening to music from an ipod near the ears. Firhan's soft voice sings Richard Marx's Right Here Waiting For You, my lullaby, which he always sings to me when he sleeps and brings to the land of clouds in warmth and cold.

"Where do you want to ask?" asked Firhan to the many times the prank questions were thrown from his mouth all the way.

He still clasped my hand tightly as he stepped back against my steps. It was very cold this morning. It was only six in the morning, making cold steam out of my mouth while breathing, that I fantasized about being in the snowy continent of Europe.

A cold mist enveloped the city and the towering pine trees along the way looked beautiful as mist enveloped it. I wonder if it will snow here?

My weirdness was heard when I laughed at my own silly questions and began to imagine.

Yes, Firhan finally kept his promise and took me jogging around this city, even though it was still around the villa, not far away. My cheeks were so cold that they felt in the pores of my face, as well as the hand that was now held tightly by my husband.

Just wearing my thick sweatshirt and jacket as well as my thick black leggings while Firhan continued walking next to me without wanting to take off this grip. He said jogging of running, but instead the road continues.

"Hey, asked me how to daydream?" sela Firhan broke me.

I smiled and looked at him. "What was that?"

The man smiled, then tightened his hand. This time with his two hands that had been grasped and blew repeatedly with the intention of warming up.

"Bored of asking and not wanting to know?" start again without giving up flirting and seducing me.

Hearing that, I frowned and pursed the lips that made him chuckle. After being in an area where there was no home and surrounded only by flowers and plants and vegetables, he turned in between the flowers and plants, along the not too far and find a field that only overgrown with a few bussolom flowers and orchids, then pull me again to the north and stop right specifically red roses grow. My assumption earlier was, I thought he would introduce the flowers here, but it seemed wrong.

I turned my head while looking at Firhan questioningly as he bowed next to me. What makes me happy and amazed is that these roses are covered in fine grains of ice like snow

But, how can it be? Is there no snow here?

"Beautiful, right?" He interrupted my wondering thoughts. Then, his expression and smile changed when he saw me looking at him in astonishment.

"What's wrong? You don't like it?" Firhan asked carefully and anxiously.

I shook my head quickly, then looked back at this beautiful rose. I usually just look at it and admire it in photos. But today, it really made my dream come true.

"Oh, I know! I told you, I'll give you another surprise today, right? And here's the surprise, special for my beautiful wife!" My happy and radiant face I can't hide, I'm really happy and enjoying it.

"But how can it be?" Firhan smiled cunningly.

"I don't want to know and don't want to know if I'm telling you why because of a surprise!" sambarku chimed in which made Firhan chuckle.

"Yesterday, I asked Zul for help to carry out my plan. Ask him to shrivel and smooth the ice, then sow it in these flowers. The weather and temperature are friendly. And as for this idea, I've heard you mumble to see something like this. So, since we're on land with cold temperatures, so why not, huh, right?" A carefree smile instantly burst open as his eyebrows rose repeatedly, then followed by a flickering eye teasing him, making me unable to bear to not blush in a smile.

Thank you, Lord, for she's mine!

I was so amazed and amazed at his efforts that made me happy and made those dreams come true. Firhan then stood firmly with me and half-captured me while smiling in admiration for the rose with an artificial snow blanket on it. In fact, I took a picture of me with that beautiful flower, and also some with her in a selfie.

"Why choose Makassar for our honeymoon? Don't you like London, Tokyo, and Paris?"

She nodded in agreement as I looked at her questioningly, in her half-detachment.

"I want to visit my mother and father-in-law. After all, don't you miss this city so much? More than your parents?"

My eyes sparkled to hear his words in a nod of agreement and a smile that made him smile while pulling my head in his chest lovingly while gently rubbing this head covered by a blue wool hat.

"Thank you, Firhan, for everything!" shriveled me and made her nod and smile looking at me lovingly and warmly, then that affectionate and gentle kiss landed long on my forehead.

"Anything, for someone who makes my life perfect, for that part of my life," whispered Firhan who I could feel sincerity in his words.

He's getting closer to me.
