Marry my Raise Brother

Marry my Raise Brother
Chapter 18

Exactly two days after the chat in the study room between Erka and Veronica, an important decision was taken by the head of the family. After dinner, all family members including Cindy were asked to hang out for a while in the dining room.

Usually when the stomach filling event is over, each of them has raised their buttocks and continued the night activity in their respective rooms. Only Hutomo and Veronica sometimes chatted casually while watching television, filling free time while waiting for drowsiness to come.

The man sitting in the main seat cleared his throat slowly before opening his voice. He saw curious faces around him. Erka tapped her long fingers on the table, occasionally stealing glances at the girl across the table. Not daring to blatantly, he did not want to make everyone read his heart.

Cindy, his only son-in-law looked straight up sitting down, both hands squeezing in his lap. This was the first time she was included in an important chat with her husband's family.

Veronica looked smiling, occasionally looking at her daughter who was sitting side by side with her second Ersa—putra. He admitted, Ersan and Ayleen looked harmonious. Not only the physical fit, the nature of the two also complement each other. The gentle youngest and the loving brother.

“Begini ...”

Hutomo's words attracted everyone's attention.

“Daddy decides to retire from the company.” The opening words have not had any effect. All the dining table residents just listen in the original position.

However, when the next sentence was thrown Hutomo, Erka and Ersa reacted together. The gazes of the two brothers were fixed at the same point.

“Erka will take over the post of Daddy, Ersa becomes the representative. Documents are being taken care of. Daddy hope, PT Aryyacement under your leadership is getting better.” Hutomo close his lips, scrutinize everyone.

“Daddy decided to enjoy the rest of the age with Mommy in Bandung.” Pause for a moment, Hutomo looked at his two sons.

“Ayleen will come with us. Live and finish college in Bandung.”

Erka and Ersa were both flinched together. Both stared.

“But, Dad. Ayleen is just getting into college. What is not pity. He just adapted to the campus environment and had to start from scratch.” Ersa.

“Ayleen has agreed and does not mind. Isn't that right, Leen?” Hutomo asked for certainty.

“You heard it yourself, right? So, there's nothing for you to worry about. Regarding Ayleen, we have discussed and decided with Ayleen.”

Hutomo. The two hands intertwined on the table, the old man looked at Erka and Ersa alternately.

“You guys stay here, with Ersa too. No need to separate. We, the parents who stepped aside.” Hutomo looked at Cindy.

“I have my son, Cindy. Please take care of both. You've been my own daughter.”

“Yes, Dad.”

“I trust this house to you. Later Mommy will explain everything to you.”

“Yes, Dad.”

Cindy answered without daring to protest, while Erka looked at Ayleen unblinkingly. Throwing away his condolences, he did not care about the few pairs of eyes that were also staring in wonder at him.

“I object!” Erka argued. His eyes were on Ayleen.

“If Daddy is disturbed by my presence and Cindy here, I have no problem getting out. I have my own house. If anyone has to come out. That's me, Dad. Not you. Stay right here. Jakarta-Bandung is not too far away. It's just ... if anything happens to you, me and Ersa can't come as soon as they can while living in Jakarta.”

Erka is still fighting. He was trying to find the best solution. Can't imagine not seeing Ayleen. When God allows his feelings of love to develop, he is tested.

“Me and Cindy are out of here. How, Baby?”

Cindy couldn't answer, just nodded. Whatever the decision, he has no right to argue.
