Marry my Raise Brother

Marry my Raise Brother
Chapter 9

The blessing of the marriage was over, Erka and Cindy had legitimately become a couple. After doing various processions, the event continued with a wedding reception in the evening. Still housed in the same hotel, a grand event was held to celebrate the union of two business empires that are now bound to become one family.

The round table was already neatly lined with ten chairs surrounding. Given the number of important people invited, the Hutomo family chose a sitting party to entertain all invited guests.

Ayleen looks tired dragging a long dress glowing red, into a ballroom that has been transformed differently during the blessing event. Round tables that have been partially filled, making Ayleeen steps hampered until someone helped lift her dress.

“Eh!” Ayleen flinched as her dress felt light. When twisting his body, his eyes collided with a handsome figure that was already very familiar. The grown man she knew, her brother's best friend.

“Mana Koko-mu?” The heavy voice greeted. No smiles, but it is friendly.

“Kak Rendra?”.

Ayleen's eyes narrowed, trying to recognize the charming-looking handsome man in a black tuxedo. In his right hand he held an invitation.

“Hmmm.” The man whose full name is Rarendra Tanuwijaya is smiling. A young businessman whose name is quite taken into account in the capital. Rarendra did not grow up in Indonesia, the handsome man spent many years abroad.

“Kak Erka still ...”

“Don't tell me that the boy is having fun with his new wife.” Rarendra.

“Hah?” Ayleen. The word new wife makes her innocent brain think far.

“Your shop has many wives. Every night is changing,” whispered Rarendra.

“Really?” Ayleen was still questioning.

“Little children should not know. Where's daddy? If I don't report my presence to Erka, I have to say hello to Hutomo.”

“On the front desk, Kak.” Ayleen pointed from a distance.

“Take me there. I have to report to Commander.” Rarendra blinked, revealing a high-voltage smile that could crush the hearts of many women.

Ayleen. Without much protest, letting the handsome man help lift the dress while following her steps.

“Sit here only. There are still empty seats.” Hutomo pointed at the empty spot right on Ayleen's side.

For some reason, from the beginning the presence of Rarendra who greeted with his daughter disturbed the mind of Hutomo. His brain was stringing its own story in a selfless manner. He saw a young man who took a seat according to his direction.

Thin grins etched on the wrinkled face of Hutomo. He sat down and whispered to Veronica.

“I want to make him my son-in-law. How?”

Deg—

Veronica jerks. From the beginning wanted Ayleen for her son, but the old woman failed. Erka refused and she had to accept the reality.

“Why should he? We still have Ersa.” Veronica refused.

Hutomo chuckled softly. “Why can't I go with Rarendra Tan? Handsome, successful, and from a distinguished family. Who doesn't know his father? Especially ... He's Erka's friend. I don't think there's any doubt. Just try it first, as soon as you have to see the designer again to prepare a dress at your daughter's wedding.”

“I disagree.” Veronica refused. “I don't want my daughter to go far. Not with Erka, Ayleen can still be with Ersa.”

Hutomo smelled a smile. “Why be so possessive? Why go with our sons?”

Veronica gasps. “Because I love him.”

"Love who?" There is a tone of emphasis in the voice of the Hutomo.

Veronica shook her head.

Hutomo's smile grew cynical. “Not because who's the father, is it?” sindir Hutomo's.
