CHAPTERS. 48 Test of Loyalty (3)

William steps into Sabrina's ICU. William wore clothes, and a special green headgear for the family of the patient who was about to swipe the patient into a coma. In addition, William also wore a mask and gloves to keep the ICU room sterile.

As he continued to step deeper into the ICU room, William looked at Sabrina who was still lying in a coma with the contents of his head considering the words of Doctor Kei who had explained the condition of the woman.

"Sabrina's condition is getting worse. The oxygen we put in was also sometimes not received by his body, resulting in Sabrina's body convulsing. But so far Sabrina can still survive. And I think he has a high life desire. Keep praying for his recovery."

Arriving next to the comatose Sabrina, William occupied the chair that had been provided there.

The man grabbed Sabrina's right hand and then grabbed her and kissed her. The hand felt smaller than the last time William held it.

"Sab, it's Willy."

William stopped his speech to see how Sabrina's body responded when he found out he was by his side.

Sabrina's body did not respond to anything, only her closed eyelids moved slightly.

"Sorry I just came to get you. I just found out that you were in a coma all along after we had an accident back then. I also just found out if the accident caused you to miscarry. If only I hadn't taken you on vacation out of town you wouldn't have been in a coma and our son would still be with us."

William took a breath that felt tight in his chest. It is very hard for him to accept the fact that the woman he loves is in a coma and miscarried because of her actions.

"I beg you to wake up Sab, you have been asleep here for too long. It's time for you to wake up, everyone is waiting for you including me."

Again William did not see any signs of movement from Sabrina's comatose body. But the man did not give up, he would continue to talk every time he touched Sabrina because it was also one of the stimuli to Sabrina's subconscious. Although Sabrina's body did not respond but she was sure the woman heard it.

William then recounted the memories of their love journey in a relationship since middle first and enter the same high school then continue to study until S2 at the same university.

William did not tell me if he was married to another woman because he was worried that it would trigger Sabrina's condition to worsen.

'Briana,' William's mind was reminded of his wife who must have been waiting for him at home.

"I'm going home first, Sab. The day after tomorrow I'll swipe you again" William said, then kissed Sabrina on the forehead and stroked the woman's cheek.

Before opening the exit William saw Sabrina first hoping that when Sabrina opened her eyes but that hope was dashed because the woman was still closing her eyes.

William then opened the door of the ICU room and there he was immediately approached by Vania who asked him questions.

"Did Sabrina's body respond when you asked her to speak?" ask Vania.

"No aunt," replied William shaking his head.

"really?" vania asked disappointed when she had hoped that Sabrina would come to her senses after William swiped her.

"Sorry Aunt, I have to go home now. But the day after tomorrow I promised I'd come back to get Sabrina" William said.

"Can't you stay here to keep Sabrina in a coma until she wakes up?" ask Vania.

William was silent at a loss to answer. He couldn't have told Vania he was going home to see his wife.

The previous mistake had not been forgiven by Sabrina's parents, William did not want if he told the truth it would make him even more hated by them.

"Can't Aunt. I have an important job, came here last night I left my job. I promise you the day after tomorrow I'll come here again and I'll be here longer" William said.

"Ohh yes already. Be careful on the road" said Vania.

William nodded then approached Hikaru who was sitting in the waiting chair.

"I came home first Om," said William but not overwhelmed by Hikaru.

Afterwards William rushed out of the hospital to get to the airport and will return to Jakarta.

"Is Briana at Bi's house?" ask William to the waiter.

William had just arrived at his home after a long trip from Tokyo to Jakarta.

Arriving in Jakarta the day has changed in the morning, and now he arrives at home when the time has shown at 06.00 am.

"There's Master. But since yesterday Mrs Briana did not come out of Mr.'s room" said the maid.

William frowned.

"Why not go out?" william did not understand.

"Said Madam, he will come out of the room if you invite him. Looks like Madam really misses Mister."

The servant's words made William pull his lips and smile. His feelings of sadness were also instantly better. William now wanted to quickly meet his wife and embrace her.

"Then I went to the room, Bi," said William then stepped up the stairs.

Arriving at the door of his room, William said he heard someone was vomiting. William hurried to open the door of the room and circulated his gaze looking for Briana but there was none.

"Bri" called William but there was no answer.

William put his foot into the room.

"Bri," he called again but there was still no answer.

Hoek.

Uhuk.

The sounds coming from the bathroom made William immediately open the bathroom door.

"Why are you?" william asked frantically to see Briana vomit and her pale face.

Briana turned her head then shook her head.

"It's okay, Liam, I'm just dizzy and nauseous" Briana replied.

William helped Briana walk out of the bathroom and sat the woman on the edge of the bed.

"Wait a minute I'll get you some warm water" said William and was about to leave but Briana held his hand.

"Where did you come home from now?" ask Briana.

William's face changed pias, he could not tell Briana the truth if he went to Japan yesterday to visit Sabrina his fiancee long before he married Briana.

"I had a job yesterday. Wait here I'll get you some warm water." William rushed out of the room.

The man was forced to be dishonest to Briana, for the common good. But William promised he would be forthright with his wife. William did not want to cover it all for too long, because after all his wife was his soulmate. William loved her very much.
