CHAPTERS. 41 Preparations

William parked his car in Reyhan's spacious yard. The man was quite astonished to see there were three cars parked in the yard that was certainly not the car owned by his father-in-law.

"There's guests?" william asked, looking at Briana next to him.

"I don't know but it seems like there are guests" Briana said.

"Let's get down." William opened the car door next to him and went down first.

Briana also opened the car door next to her without waiting for William to open the car door for her.

Afterwards Briana approached William who was waiting in front of the car and took the man into the house.

The footsteps of the two halted when they arrived at the main door they saw both William's parents and the man's extended family.

Both of William's parents were talking face-to-face with his two in-laws. Apparently three cars parked in Reyhan's yard one of which is Julian's new car.

Larissa who saw first William and Briana came immediately up from her seat and immediately approached the two.

"Why are you standing at the door? Let's get in." Larissa drew William and Briana's hands towards the living room.

Arriving there Larissa immediately asked William and Briana to sit on the sofa.

William looked at Julian and Irene alternately then looked at Reyhan and Larissa changed as well.

"You must be asking yes, why Papah and Mamah you came here together with Oma, Opa, Om and your Aunt. We came here to propose to Briana officially to be your wife and talk about your marriage" Julian said.

"You don't have to bother, because I can do it myself." William looked at his entire family.

"Yes, Papah knows you're Willy's independent. But Papah wants our family included in your wedding preparations" Julian said.

"True Willy, Mamah is eager to be troubled in the preparation of your wedding. You are the only son of Mamah, and you are also the only grandson in our family, if you are not the one who troubles us then who else? So Mamah please do not refuse us to help prepare for the inauguration of your marriage," Irene said with a full plea.

William did not deny making Julian's father immediately talk.

"Opa was so happy when he found out you were married. That's what Opa's been wanting to see you get married and have kids. Opa hope you do not reject the wishes of Opa and your other family to help prepare for your wedding reception" said the man, who is 75 years old.

Seeing his entire family pleading to be included in the preparations for the wedding reception, William could not bear to either and in the end the man nodded his head.

All of William's family smiled widely, their smiles even contagious to Briana and the two women's parents.

After that the two families continued to discuss the marriage of Briana and William which will be legalized and all affairs will be taken care of by the lawyers of the Horrison family.

While the reception will be held in two weeks, considering the troublesome preparation and the process of legalizing marriage to the Religious Court is not as easy as turning the palm of the hand.

Days pass.

No more than 3 days Briana and William will carry out their wedding reception.

Their marriage process is also going well. William and Briana did not need to remarry and were only asked for proof of their series marriage and other files by the lawyer who handled the marriage legalization process.

Today their marriage book can already be taken in the Office of the Religious Court and only need signatures from William and Briana alone.

William invites Briana to Darwin Properties office to invite the woman to take the wedding book and look for the wedding ring that Briana wants, as well as fitting the wedding dress for their wedding reception.

Briana smiled broadly at William who had just opened the door of his study.

"Let's go, '" asked William after entering the room.

"To the Religious Court, taking our marriage book," replied William made Briana immediately rise from her seat.

Briana ran over to William with a big smile on her lips and hugged her husband.

"I'm very happy that finally our marriage is legal in the eyes of law and religion" Briana said happily.

William returned Briana's embrace with a small smiling lip seeing how happy the woman who was holding him was.

"Are you happy?" tanyanya.

"Don't ask again, I'm so happy Liam." Briana tightened her embrace with lips still smiling.

William rubbed Briana's long hair. In his mind William prayed that he could always make Briana happy like this.

Although William does not know how he feels about Briana, but he is determined to make the woman happy who has become his wife.

Briana unraveled her embrace on William's body, then looked at the man who kept wiping his hair.

"Why keep wiping my hair?" ask Briana.

William shook his head slowly, then pulled Briana's body again for him to approach. The man leaned his chin on Briana's shoulder.

Now it was Briana's turn to wipe William's hair. I don't know why Briana felt her husband wasn't okay.

"What's wrong?" briana asked with her hands still rubbing her husband's hair.

"There's nothing. Let's go now, our schedules are packed once today." William broke his embrace on Briana's body and took her away.

"Wait a minute, I'll get ready first." Briana approached her desk and put her phone in her bag and tidied up the files that were piled up on her desk.

Before leaving Briana told Linda if she would go to the Religious Court and take care of the preparation for their wedding reception.

If not ordered like that Briana worried that there would be people looking for her and Linda who would certainly be asked was unable to answer it.

William and Briana got out of the elevator, walking simultaneously through the crowded lobby with resting office employees.

Both of them became the center of attention of the people who saw them. Moreover William and Briana walked along with occasionally throwing smiles.

"I didn't think Liam was Miss Briana's husband."

"God! They're a perfect couple."

"They're very compatible."

"The harmonious couple."

William and Briana could hear the employees talking about them but they chose to ignore them.

Arriving at the Religious Court, William and Briana were asked to sign a marriage book and several marriage documents that needed their signatures.

"Congratulations on your marriage, Mr. William and Ms. Briana," said the lawyer who handled the legalization of their marriage.

"Thank you, sir, for helping to legalize our marriage." William shook the lawyer's hand outstretched before him.

"Together, sir, may your marriage always be given happiness" said the lawyer prayed.

"Amin" said Briana and William simultaneously but they did not know what was going to happen in the future.

They can only hope and leave the rest to the Almighty.
